Husband placed a order for a gift for me. The order date was the 11th shipping date was 16-18, he received one email stating there was a delay and this was sent to him on the 16th. Since then we have tried to call and email with no replies from them. I will contact BBB as soon as the holidays are over. Today is 21st. There is a loop on the phone number at the company that sends you back to email not a chance to speak to anyone. Someone else sure would have appreciated our business.
