I have bought 2 items from Boticca, one of the item is a file bag and I was very pleased with the design and material. But the other item which is a handbag, colour of the bag looks very different from the image, and I had to return. Unfortunately, I have not register myself from the Boticca when I purchase both items, thus unable to return the 2nd item. I have written a few emails to *******@boticca.com but haven't had any replies since a week ago. Thus, I really doubt their support of easy return of unsatisfied item with no question asked within 14 days. Buyers please be very sure of your buyings with Boticca, and Boticca, please upgrade your support system and contact point for return goods, I actually felt cheated by the easy return within 14 days.
