When ordering items that are way below the cost of similar items in the stores near you, don't expect to get a Rolex Oyster for 4$ + 4$ shipping cost. The only items that I can buy at that price, are at Dollorama or some other dollar+ store... I received the smart bracelet last Friday and it works as well as advertised. Go check out jewellery store and ask for an inexpensive watch and they will show you a variety that may start at a few hundred dollars. Having had companies myself, there are always complaints, that are quite true and personal opinions. Just remember that if you want high or better quality, why are you buying a 4$ watch, ring or necklace? Don't get me wrong, in all my purchases, I had comments to give only 2 times for something that did not resist. Thanks Wish for being there. Thanks Mike.
My review is that most of the descriptions of the products don't make any sense, have words that have nothing to do with product. Sometimes it says cotton and I get a polyester see-through shirt, shorts, ect., that I didn't want.
Quality items and cheapest prices. You have to remember the sizes are very small when compared to USA sizes, A US Medium is an XL size when buying from most Wish shops. Always check the size charts. Remember to also check the cost of shipping and to expect your item. Refund policy is very good as well. Some items fail to show up, but you will get a credit.
Everything is super ugly. Nothing is worth even A dollar... save your money& time! Pure junk! Most items are tooo small- or already broke- I can only say the good thing is that most things came before the date they were suppose to... sad I wasted my time and $$
Please be careful when your buying clothes from WISH.COM. That is another Chinese site, the sizes are not comparable to American size and it will cost you more to ship it back to China. Also, watch out for delivery fees, everything that you place in your box has a different delivery fee. You can end up paying more for delivery fees that the cost of the items.
I signed up for Wish because they have really good deals. A couple days later I had someone charging gas to my credit card on the other side of the country. Coincidence? I doubt it. I have never had someone hack my card before or since. It seems like their main business is to collect credit card numbers and sell them. I closed my Wish account the next day.
Read reviews, look at ratings, see how many other people bought it and look at THEIR pictures of the product to see if it is to your liking. I have bought jewelry, toys, lingerie, and makeup from Wish. I have yet to be disappointed. I order gifts for people 2 months prior to ensure it gets to me on time. It is a great way to save money. Just think ahead.
I have purchased a fair amount of merchandise from Wish, but noticed that the price advertised is not always the price you pay. All items sold for 2 to 5 dollars more then ad price plus shipping. Found a really cute coat and was advertised for 9 dollars. When I got to the point to pick a color. The price was 30 dollars plus shipping.
They don't give you a way to ask why they advertise one price and charge another.
I don't recommend Wish anymore.
Just received my phone yesterday that i had order last week from the app but apparently they sold me a phone that didn't seem to work at all as i kept trying to get it to turn on with the power button on the side but no luck with that or getting it to charge up. So i won't be ordering anything else from that fake app ever again.
I will never purchase anything from wish.com. It has been 45 days since I ordered a handbag they didn't ship my item yet. This is absurd. No way to contact.

Bought a few items so far a few hair pieces and a dress for my daughter... they were all nice, I read the reviews before buying... you need to be reasonable with your expectation when you only spend a few dollars..
Shopped a lot and was willing to accept the delayed deliveries, but when an item didn't arrive I was told that I couldn't get a refund as it is too late. How can I tell if something will arrive or not- while waiting for over 2 months for each package?
6 weeks the mask that I ordered has not arrived yet. I wish I knew merchants here are in china. They won't refund my money. The email just said it's on it's way. Wait few more weeks. Don't do business here.

I thought I would love the App. Local never can get a reply. I ordered for Christmas and paid extra for shipping. The app. Told me dates of arrival, then I got an email that said I was charged but it would be delivered in January. Not Christmas went in to track and app just a circle that spins and never comes up. Plus shipping was more than the gift "app sucks "
I have been dealing with Wish for almost a year and I have gotten good items as well as some real garbage. I had made many orders last month about 40 different types of items. About 15 items were not delivered. Oh... I get refunded but I will no longer be wasting my time and money on a company whose sellers can't or won't deliver on time. Most of their ratings cannot be trusted since they are probably using employees... shills or possibly even using random photos of persons illegally just to give them an air of a great company. I have online debates with them all the time and it's always hit and miss with them. Don't buy electronics from there BC they are not the real deal. I am starting to order only minor items from there since they can't be depended on. They got better for a while and then went back to their old tricks.
I ordered multiple clothing items. It is recommended to order 2 sizes up "to fit American body type". So what i actually recieved were 3 shirts and one dress(bag) that are so see through they can't be worn in public and they fit like maternity clothes! I do not recommend buying clothing from wish.
Ordered some goods on this site, they took my money but failed to deliver the item.
Despite several Customer Support messages they gave me the run around and said that I had gone past my 30 day money back guarantee. Problem was that I had never received my item!
What can you do?
Contact PAYPAL and lodge a consumer complaint against them.
PayPal will investigate and you may get your $$ back if they believe you have not received the item you purchased.
I will never be using Wish again, they are fraudulent and hard to deal with when things aren't delivered as promised.
Look at my order history. I've had over 15 refunds on items I've been waiting over a month and a half for. This company or the call center they have employed sucks! They don't care about customer service, this site is crap. Why have an English app if know one in customer servise speaks English? Stupid waste of time and effort.
All my orders were late. They came 2 months after the receiving date and in most of the cases the products were bad, nothing like the picture or they were broken. Horrible experience. I do not recommend buy on wish anymore
I'm tired of the misrepresentation of items. Also, they take to long to get here and if its not what I ordered its to expensive to send back. I've had several items that don't come at all! I spent I think more than a 1000. 00 it would be nice to get a good discount one of these days. I mean a better one than offered now.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
