Stay away,,, far far away. This company changes item descriptions on products en route to your home. Ordered 4 "laptops" and 8 Cell Phones. Recorded items descriptions after purchase. All item descriptions changed during the course of shipping. The package content was switched in the item descriptions and the only thing arriving as ordered was a cheap watch and some useless trinkets not worth the shipping fees to return.
Was terrible products such a rip off! Straight to the bin, they copy upmarket clothing sites and try to copy, the clothes never for the material is a joke totally see through and thread bare don't waste your money or time
Wish has unfortunately went through some changes in the past few years.
I personally will not be shopping with them in the future. From poor customer service, over priced items, horrid shipping cost, and bad business practices.
I have been a wish customer for many, many years, even before the site become majorly popular and became known. With that said understand the Wish you see today isn't the one I knew.
You can find MOST of the items your looking for on Wish on other platforms for either far cheaper or higher quality.
I have personally bought MANY items from Wish and the last few times I have been ripped off from the items being insanely late, being the wrong item, to not even showing up. Wish also makes promises it doesn't keep with their own policies.
Sometimes they SAY they will issue you a refund however sometimes it doesn't show up in your bank at all.
Buyer be warned.
So quick tips. Wish is cheap because of long shipping.
Refunds will show up as refunded but can take up to 5 to 7 business days.
China and Japan sizes are different. Order one to two sizes up. This isn't the businesses fault.
Read the description and look up reviews on your items on google.
Shop verified if you're doubtful by looking for the blue check mark.
Wish is a fair good site Wish isn't the distributor they are the Hub. They refund and these bad reviews are from people who aren't very intelligent.
I have ordered over 50 items and only had an issue with one and got my refund and they still sent the item I got it for free.
I ordered two items almost two months ago and still nothing. I have messaged the company multiple times and they just keep telling me that it's in process that it's almost here. What a joke. Do NOT order from this site.
I love this app. Found things I had never seen before... clothings you can't find here and really quick shipping. The tracking needs a little work I have received items but can't give a rating because the tracking says it still has two weeks til delivery. Will continue to use.
Goods are what you pay for not cheap looking.
Sometimes take to long to receive but all around pretty good service. I have been ordering from wish for 3 years and have only not been satisfied maybe 3 or 4 times.
You can contact them when you find out how to do so (good luck!), but nobody will answer you anyway! They get your money, and if something goes wrong (no delivery in my case), you can forget getting your money back!

I have bought products in the past and they have come slow but finally would appear recently I have bought items the Have nots arrived and when I asked for a refund sometimes I refund the shipping cost of the item never gets refunded I have like 5 items on order now that have not arrived. I will not be buying from them in the future shipping is extremely high even though the products are fairly inexpensive but if you don't get them you still wasted 15 or $20. And there's no real way of customer service

Every one of my orders start with a shipping time of 1-2 months, then after the original delivery date passes they push the shipping time out another 2-3 months, and they will not let you cancel your order, but they sure take the money out quick when you order! There are no customer service reps you can talk to either! Save your money, you will not get what you ordered anyways!

Most of my orders have been pretty legit, the only complaint is how darned expensive the shipping fee is, and maybe I've been spoiled by amazon prime but why should it take 2 months for me to get a pair of earbuds? I've had some orders straight up never get delivered, but at least the micro SD card I bought works.
Great fun to start with and then the wait begins - the delivery date goes from weeks to months. Totally unreliable.
Great bargains because they do not deliver. I ordered a set of 13 and when one arrived, they said the entire set arrived. Just a Lie.

I purchased a Bluetooth keyboard for my iPad mini. Itook forever to arrive but seemed perfect on arrival. 31 days after it arrived the numerical keys except for 5 & 6 stopped working. The company refused to exchange the defective product hiding behind a 30 day return policy. Buy directly from a company within your country, I know I will from no on Wish.com is a complete and utter scam
I was definitely enticed by the prices. And i was aware that items were coming from over seas so i paid extra for rush delivery. Was supposed to be 5-7 days... yea. More like 2 months! For one shirt that did NOT look like the picture at all! And the material was so plasticy and had the weirdest smell i threw it out. As for refund of any sort. Ha! Maybe if you can actually get a response from them! So seriously buyer beware here people.
Wow, can't believe I got so scammed. I've always been so very careful about ordering online - don't know what I was thinking ordering from wish. Only a 3 of the 20 items ordered arrived and even then 2 of the 3 were complete junk. Sent a complaint about one of them and they say they're going to refund but I'm not holding my breath.
I have made my first purchase from wish. With shipping the total was 16$. Im not expecting Calvin Klein type products lol. The order confirmation tells u when to expect ur products. Some are a month, some longer. What I have found off is my CC has 3 transactions for 16$ however the16 was removed only once. I'll stay on top of that and maybe report back when I have received the order.
The seller wrote a confusing description about the quantity, I was expecting more items that what I received. Customer service kept me asking by proof, and replying that the seller sent the right quantity. Stay away from these scammers.

These jokers kept sending my mother-in-law things she didn't order, and charging her account. When she called to rectify, hackers took over her computer and siphoned off a lot of money. 3rd world scam artists.

Only one item I have ordered has arrived here and that item was in very good condition and worked perfectly. So I know at least it's not a problem with the shipping address. But many of the other items I've ordered haven't arrived due to some issues. It's annoying that the sellers don't update tracking very often. Because you never know if your package is late or lost... But I think the main problem is that customs take a long time. They may be keeping my items somewhere for inspection. And who knows when they'll get out. I may or may not ever receive them, which would be quite unfortunate if I didn't, but I will keep shopping on wish because when you don't get your items at least they give you a full refund and whenever I try to contact customer service they answer WITHIN THE SAME DAY and they are always polite and eager to help.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
