Most items looked better in the pictures. The clothes rarely fit. Long wait most of the times and some items broke immediately. On the positive side there were some things I would not have found in a regular store. A few things lost in mail, but wish gave me money back for them.
I ordered small things, just to see how fast shipping is and the quality. Have to say, came sooner then thought and I love my new stunner shades (sun glasses)! They r da bomb. Do it! Now. What are you waiting for!? Do it! -Shia lebouf-
The items do take a long time to arrive and what you get probably will not look like the picture. Everything I've ordered has eventually arrived, or been refunded. I like about two thirds of it, and throw away the rest. I get the quality and service I would expect for the price.
I recently downloaded Wish from the app store. I couldn't believe how low the prices were. It made me wonder if maybe it was too good to be true. I checked the Better Business Bureau and they have an A+ rating so I decide to order a few things for my nephew's birthday. Everything arrived in a couple weeks and was great quality. My nephew loved his gifts. Will be back to shop again.
I ordered nearly $80.00 worth of goods through wish, waited a week then got an email saying I was being refunded the order. They couldn't fulfill it. Why couldn't they have told me that when I ordered the stuff at the beginning, so what you see online probably isn't even there. Garbage... don't waste your time even looking.
I have been ordering from Wish for 1 1/2 years now. I am 95% happy with my purchase's. You need to give Wish 30-35 days for most orders. Some of the items did go right to the garbage as junk but not too often and I always write a review to hopefully help future purchaser's. If an item didn't get to me by 35 days, they will always refund. I also write every item I buy down with date, amount and good description of item so I can cross them off when received as things will not all arrive at the same time. I purchased a lot of jewelry making items as they are sooooo much cheaper but so are a lot of items. Shipping is high but added up you are still saving $$$.
No one reads the emails. The have pre-set statements and just push a button. I have 26 emails going back and forth were they haven't even read what the problem is. Calling them is a joke, the phone just rings endlessly. I will never order from wish or house again. Worst services ever
Clothes all run extremely small. Electronics support devices like charger cords are hit or miss. Make up brushes, party favors and little gimmicky items are worth getting here because you can't beat the price. Just plan well in advance because shipping takes forever and is very unreliable. On the bright side, they are more than willing to refund money and / or resend upon request and the refund process is extremely easy.
Wish is ok I guess but the vendors sell junk. Bought sexy male underwear from them. The ones with the detachable crotch were reasonably comfortable but the snap restraining the nads on the bottom broke off after a use or two. This happened in two pairs. These Asian garments are definitely not designed for Afro/European male parts. If you are delicately proportioned in the down there regions, this might be a win. I also bought torn up mens jeans. They looked nice, but aft the first wear I had to bring them to a local Taylor to have the from snap replace because it broke.
I bought several items. I got a few and was actually happy but every item I bought that cost more than 20 dollars never came. It shows they were delivered but it's wrong. I have no way to actually talk to anyone and even see about a refund. This app is a joke
Ordered a simple tiara for my granddaughter two weeks ago... first told delivery February 9... did not come! Emailed them asking where it was... was told 13 th! Did not come! Emailed again and was told in transit! I know it was made in China... surprise! I didn't know it was taking a rickshaw! Here it is the 17th and still not here. Just received another email saying March 5! So much for Valentine's day! Maybe it'll make it by Easter! FIRST TIME ORDERING! NEVER AGAIN!
Recently I made a purchase on wish concerning small and loose items to see if the shipments work (fishing lures, very competitive as prices).
Everything arrived within three months, in various packages of 3 products each.

Every purchase made is always a great price along with discounts with your purchase at check-out. Always a great bonus. You typically can't ask for more. All items are exactly as described. If there is ever a problem, Customer Support is right there to immediately resolve the issue. I'm a very satisfied shopper.
Buyer/Seller Beware! Found a bunch of items that were being sold with out proper license from the Patent holders. When asked to remove these items we were told that is wasn't their(wish.com) problem and we should sue them. This could be cause for a class action law suit. If your IP is on this site let us know and we can all suit this Billion dollar company together.
It takes a terribly long time to receive your items (i have yet not received what I ordered 2 months ago). They do not abide by their delivery dates but always keep pushing the dates forward, they do not allow you to cancel the order citing item is already shipped. All the reviews on their site/app look fishy as they mention fast delivery but everywhere else people are saying delivery is slow and uncertain. I strongly advise against using this scammy platform. Spend a little more and at least have your product!
I ordered a puzzle that took over two months to arrive. It came in a cheap box that was totally crumpled on arrival. The puzzle pieces were so cheap and thin they would not even stay together. The paper backing was not cut correctly so it made working on the puzzle much harder. Trying to return this junk was not easy; the site is not user friendly. Stick with Amazon. They make it so simple.

Very bad online shopping site. Items received not as advertised. I ordered 10 items 3 of them had some issues:- I got one item instead of 2 items advertised when contacted customer service they replied that they r sorry and will contact the warehouse to check it then they sent me a discription of the item.
The second issue also I got one solar light instead of 10 of them with irrelevant answer and excuses.
The 3rd order has 2 items one of them damaged not working.
Their prices are tempting but no credibility at all. When u compare it with Amazon. Wish is a big headache and scam.
Don't waste ur money or fall in this trap.

I am a very unsatisfied customer. I found the product that I bought from your website to be of inferior quality. The shipping was three weeks late, and the product did not fit. Now I can not get customer support to answer my emails or give me a solution on how to return this garbage for a refund.
Ordered a XL Cashmere Jumper. Size was so small I couldn't get my arms into the jumper. Would fit a 12 year old child, maybe. An extremely complicated method to raise a complaint. When going through all the steps, basically I was ignored. No refund given. I will never buy from this site again.

Overall, I'm mostly happy with my experience. There's been only a few issues with not receiving my items. I've spent a lot of money on this site and I love it! Wish I got everything I ordered but not the case.
Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
