I'm sorry. I find it extremely difficult to take people seriously when they are unable to use basic punctuation in a review. It sounds uneducated. A similarity I have noticed in most (not all!) one star reviews is that the writer doesn't either know how to, or have time to, write a review that actually makes them seem intelligible. Not only does it make you look like a dumbass, you also come across as not being credible. If you want others to start taking you seriously, slow down and actually take time to form an intelligent response. Also, Summer P., no one can "waist" your time honey. Crack open a book!
You get what you pay for. I ordered 4 things before I checked the reviews. Got emails to say items had been sent. Looked at the reviews and deleted my account. I didn't even care about the 60 bucks I spent. Got a dress in the mail today. LOL 3 sizes too small, wrong colour, zipper that broke as soon as I tried to unzip it and bits of cotton hanging off the dress in 3 different places. It's the most see through cheap fabric and the lace has a yellow stain that looks like it's been bleached but they decided to use it anyway. Can't really blame them if these girls are making this crap ffor $#*! wages. I'm taking it to my dressmaker friend just to have a laugh but for 10 bucks what do you expect. I'm pretty sure the other items I ordered won't arrive now but if they do I'll be sure to put up another review. I went cheap. I got cheap. Hahaha lesson learned. A two dollar store will be better quality.
I bought a watch. On delivery, the second hand moved one second right, then left, just to be repeated. I sent them a video showing that action and they replied, better luck next time. I will not deal with these shysters' again.

Everything arrived within three months, in various packages of 1 product each.

I order multiple items they came in little packages all squished (silk flowers and crafts) bad quality wrong sizes and incomplete shipments I called contact customer service and they were unable to give me answers about the shipments after 2 months I'm still waiting for my refund
The Better Business Bureau has over 4000 complaints against Wish.com in the last 3 years alone. SCAMtastic. Don't waste your money here, because, as the Better Business Bureau says, they will send you either nothing in return, or an incredibly inferior substitute. Leave while you can. These deals really are too good to be true.

Things sold for 8 dollars are marked up to 30 in your cart, they slap a timer on your cart to create a sense of urgency, you can't be positive that what you are looking at is what you're going to buy, you can't even BUY things with a valid card half the time, and if you do manage to get through all of this, the product is rarely what was being advertised, or the quality is pretty much garbage. Don't even bother giving this site a minute of your time.

Recently ordered 2 items of which clearly aren't what I ordered. Wish has stalled and denied wrong item sent on 1 item and am still waiting for a settlement on the second item.
It is absolutely horrible that they are able to operate with so many repetitive issues. I'm of the opinion that there may be deliberate attempts to avoid or scam consumers.

Over 11 orders never arrived. I was expecting these all before Christmas this year. I ordered some in September and some in October. I contacted support and they tell me all packages got lost in transit. How does that happen? I feel like they never shipped them out... At least they re funded me but I'm still extremely disappointed that I never received my items.
I read so many bad reviews about wish but I decided to give them a try bc of the low pricing and free shipping. ALL the items I received looked nothing like the actual item I ordered. This site is perfect if you like throwing your money out the window in exchange for junk. Another issue I had was some of the items doubled in cost after checkout?! Wtf wish.com?! You guys are scum and so shady. I felt compelled to write my first review to warn others.

Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S7 smartphone from Wish.com with 'Expedited Shipping'. They never listed the shipping type nor offered any other shipping types and nor did they offer shipping extras like insurance or signature confirmation. The seller shipped my $200 phone via USPS Parcel Post (the cheapest option available) and when my item never arrived, Wish just threw up their hands and said "Sorry!" and ignored my support tickets for help. Was never granted a refund or store credit. Took my money and ran.
They are middleman scammers with the worst support. I wouldn't spend $1 there.
I ordered some things for good price, mostly paid shipping and the items don't look exactly like the picture BUT they were okay. Jewellery is not as high standards, phone cases are ok if you just want to have one. Pencil pouches are pretty good may have different coloring and I am still waiting on a couple more things. Overall everything is ok nothings special.
I do recommend you go to the reviews in the product you want to buy. There are a couple of tabs following and people usually get points for giving their reviews in videos, pictures, or just comments. Check those reviews they help. And you can see what the customer got instead of just the promoted picture
I have 3 kids and I am always ordering items online. My 8 year old son loves Pokemon, he wanted to use his own money to buy Pokemon cards. He found wish.com and showed me how amazing the deals are. I was skeptical, it just looked like a scam site. I registered and ordered $19.95 in Pokemon cards. My credit card was charged the day after the order. That was on October 5th. It is now November 14th and nothing has arrived. I have never received a confirmation email that my order was received and have no shipping or tracking information. I have sent 5 emails to their pathetic customer "no help" department. You cannot call them and talk with a person. Their email team does not read my gripes. It is a total bunch of crap. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY trying to buy from this company.
Ordered a pulse ox in April. Never came as promised and kept blaming Covid. After 4 months and only a refund of $4.00 for delivery charges still no product. Several emails sent to them and only get the same generic response. Now it looks like all that they will give me is a store credit. Saying I do not qualify for a cash refund because of their return policy. I did remind them that they kept pushing up the delivery date, if not received by 8/31/2020 I could request a cash refund. Highly recommend to buy elsewhere.

Some orders arrive. Some don't. Some of the clothing I finally got was way to small for me. Their 2x size.is about a medium in North America. Gave it to my neighbors kids. Ordered about 40 purchases 4 months ago. Most are months past expected delivery date, I don't expect to receive them. Lesson learned. Anyone recommend a reliable online site? Thanks.
I bought a sewing machine to make masks for the people I work with in the NHS at an hospital in sheffield. IT like a toy. The photograph shows a MAN using it. What a waste of money. Not even going to bother to send it back. I wont be buying again from wish. I should have read the reviews before ordering.it's a rip off.

I was hesitant to buy because of the reviews but I still gave it a try! I ordered 3 times already and I received everything I bought! Shipping took about 2 weeks and there was an item that got lost and they refund me my money and send me another item for free!
Placed my order for less then half the price they are in the shops, received emails letting me know where it was all at and then 10 days later got in the mail, no problem at all.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
