I have ordered over $300 worth of stuff in the last few months and have had not one thing that im not happy about, its all been recieved before estimate due dates and my mother in law got a refund back for an item the same day,
It has been a great experience buying from Wish, service and product quality are great!
When having issues with delivery dates they are very fast in helping and aswering any type of questions I have had
I put an order through or items badly needed, after ordering they changed delivery date by10 days. Tried contact only response is automatically generated.
Order was do today, however, all items show to still be in China somewhere and most show no activity since the 9 th, it is now the 24 th! I
I will never do any business with them again!
I purchased men's running shoes. (Almost $60) Paid by credit card. Shoes arrived damaged. Soles not glued, wrong size, cheap poor quality. I tried to report the problem and apply for a refund but the shoes arrived with no purchase order. Website allows only contact by email with PO. Web didn't recognize my email or provide PO until weeks after the product arrival. I took pictures, uploaded complaint for refund and was refused because "30 days after purchase." what a rip off. They controlled the entire process and refused due to their own delay.
Items appear under a google search at a good price. When you click through the link the price has increased. When you then add the item to your basket it again increases. Rip off and time wasting just to suck you in.

Every electronic device I have ordered arrived broken. It's a fake or no quality control from the manufacturer and these items have to be properly disposed of at the dump which also costs money and is bad for the environment.
Smaller household items have been wonderful and they don't hassle you when requesting a refund. They also don't require you to return the item.
It's hit and miss when it comes to any type of electronic device.

I'll never ever consider buying again from Wish, I have ordered about 23 items a month ago they have been shipped in less than 10 days. The delivery in UAE is by using Emirates Post which cost me ( 2.7 * the order cost"378 DHS") a big amount of money because they charge 31 AED for each delivery of each item since each of the items is collected in different times. Half of the items are to my liking while others are not that high quality but ˆ-ˆ acceptable. Overall, I think some items deserve buying but the process is hella expensive and isn't worth os my money and time.

I wrote review on this Company a couple of days ago. From 5 items ordered I have received 3 (only 1 of which was as ordered) the other two were far more basic than what I had ordered.
Today I received the 4th item ordered (a 50,000mah recharge battery pack for phone, camera etc etc) After receiving this item my electronics friend challenged the 50,000mah rating as being false. I then decided to look up on google to find if anyone had run any electronic tests on them to determine if they are as advertised. The responses I found puts the true output at around 5,000mah - nothing like the 50,000mah claimed on the advert within WISH.

They post false reviews fast shipping I ordered face masks April 15 I found out they won't here till June 24 74 days. Tired to cancel the order they said I can't becauce it already been shipped. Total scam. Stay away.

I made a purchase from "your wish store" on Nov 30,2016. Xmas gifts. Paid through PayPal. Never received my merchandise. I have contacted them numerous times, at least 6 times, I get the same response overtime, written in pidgin english, saying nothing. They are sorry they are working on it, the same form message each time with a different persons name on it. They also charges my payola account twice for the same purchase. Yes, they took one of the charges off but today is Jan 15,2017 and no one has resolved this tissue. There is no phone contact for them and Customer Service is a joke. Stay away from this site.
Ive never been told that they were out of product. It just doesnt show up. Leaving me to track and then complain that I havent received product. Twice it happened both times were about purses / handbags. I will say you are very good at putting funds back into my bank account. Other than that I have been really happy with Wish and products.
You will receive the product or a refund 50/50 chance after months of waiting But what you will get is absolutely disgusting, ignorant, couldn't careless, useless customer service. I never believed such horrible service could exist.

I love the site and usually like what actually arrives. The arrival time is a bit more than the advertised If you can wait two weeks. Many items never make it although Wish is good about competition. My biggest complaint was I didnt receive 2 pretty good amount of money items and tracking said I did. I went through a complete royal run around with post office and never have received compensation.
I leveraged Wish.com, skeptically, for my son's birthday party as we needed a bunch of items that would cost a fortune on Amazon and they came through for me. We even went through the effort to line-up a back-up ordering plan if the site was not legitimate. In the end, the purchased items were delivered about 2 weeks earlier than expected and the quality was exceptional. Further, I had some questions that were immediately answered by the Support staff. All I can say is that I am very pleased with them.
As of late, I have had some issues with shipping. Wish is great about giving a refund but that usually doesnt really fix the problem. Because I then have to reorder the item and wait even longer for it to be delivered.
I shop mainly on Geek.com (a "portal" rebranding of Wish.com) because for some unthinkable reason, Wish.com required me to send "verification documents" before they will "allow" me to shop there! Yet, at Geek.com (again, this is wish.com with a different "skin"... it's really just wish.com with a slightly different marketing focus... even the packaging has wish.com on it!), just providing a valid method of payment was more than sufficient! (Like *all* legitimate online shopping businesses... even Amazon!). Why in the *world* would you need additional verification of who I am? So I just refuse to shop at a store with such idiotic practices! Sorry... but you don't need the information you are asking for... and trying to pass it off as "protecting" me is beyond insulting! I smell fraud and identity theft!
Please review all the pictures before purchasing, the clothing is knock offs of knock offs. If your shaped like the ladies in the specific picture of interest then go ahead take a shot if not I suggest " don't do it " you'll want to cry especially if this is something you were depending on. Their items are like cheap surprise packages either you get garbage or just ok. I haven't tried any appliances or other items but "good luck with that" I suggest you try aliexpress if you are trying cheap at lease they don't charge for shipping on most items. And their products arrive within the time frame indicated or guaranteed free.
Wish shopping designers have to be unexperienced they really suck and the materials are not even the same.

Wow i cant believe its the same story with almost everyone! Mine is the same; i ordered some items about two months ago still havnt got $#*! cant email them because it keeps telling me sending failed inbox full so im assuming their email is full from everyone wondering what the $#*! is going on. My question is how can Wish be a sponsored app when they rip so many people off?
I ordered several items and instead of sending it together they charged shipping for each item, so i bought 50 worth of stuff and ended up paying 50 for shipping. Utterly insane. Half the items looked nothing like the photos, were super cheap looking, one item came damaged. They say some of their handbags are leather, but they aren't they're PU leather. So false advertising. I will never use this site again. Late night shopping binge i totally regret. I sent email to customer service with no reply from them. No phone number for customer service.
Wish is the worst online shopping experience ever. I would rather pay the extra and know that I will get the product and when. They offer products then tell you they are out of stock but then you see it at a higher price. They keep delaying estimated arrival day for months and there is no way to return the item even though it's no longer needed. The clothing sizes are not correct (even using the Asian size table) most of my orders do not arrive (even waiting for 2 months). I now have items which have been delayed for the 3rd time and I cannot ask for a refund. Nobody to talk too.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
