Common sense prevails

I've ordered from here dozens of times, any items over £15 I order pay after delivery, no card details are required and that way if an item doesn't show up when expected then you're not out of pocket.

This happened to me twice and I just cancelled my order and nothing else was needed. Twice out of numerous orders is to be expected considering most things come from China and I'm in the UK. Before you order check if payment is available via klarna, there service is excellent and a God send if your wary of this site.

Thanks everyone for your reviews. I almost was one of you and ordered this cheap stuff. I ordered a beautiful mother of brides dress from Izzy China Co. And it came different size and different color. Needless to say I was out of 170$. Please do not order from China!

For the last six month this company sistematically and knowledgeable charged my credit card with different amounts of $. When i noticed the situation I talk to my bank a wrote to WISH costumer service requesting an investigation and a credit to my card. They gave me a issue # and requested imire info. I sent them over 20 transaction # and ammount of over $600. Charged. So far they have not answered any of my follow up mails. Theres no other way to communicate with them and my bank can only do an investigation that can takes several months.

I was really happy with Wish until I had to be refunded for two different items that never came in. Some come in and others don't. You just know which one will come in... another item is past the due date to get here by tomorrow and I've already told wish that if that one doesn't come to me either than I won't be buying from them anymore

You get what you pay for

For years I've order the same cheesy items from eBay. Wish has better prices but you have to expect cheap crap if you're only spending a few bucks. Also, China sizes are much smaller than American. Most items do state this, at least the ones I've seen. I'm not defending them as I have gotten some pretty questionable items but buyer beware.

I was an idiot and did not read the reviews prior to using this app. Let me tell you, it has been nothing but disappointing! I spent $170 on JUNK, CHEAP JUNK! This is China crap! Too small, inaccurate descriptions, tainted makeup, stinky clothes, and materials used not fit for humans! AND GET THIS EVERYONE! MY IDENTITY WAS STOLEN soon after using this site! It's the only place my card was used! RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY FAST!

I adviseer iedereen om niet meer dan €10 uitgeven.
Als iets mis gaat krijg je niks terug. Het wordt geadviseerd om geld bij je eigen bank terug vragen.
Ik heb €26 betaald maar ik krijg niks behalve onzinnige e-mail's terug. Dus alles op eigen risico.
Mijn ervaring: beter ergens anders gaan shoppen.

Never Again from Wish.com

I ordered a hoverboard pre-xmas using my Paypal account. Wish.com put the orders on hold as they wanted me to confirm my ID by faxing in various documents. I used a 10 year old Verified Paypal Business account so asking me to provide documents sounds a bit dodgy and provided resistance 101. I cancelled the order and eventually got refunded and closed my account, but they did not want to let this lead go, took them ages. Horrible buying experience.

It is ok

I bought 3 things a high waited skirt jeans with lace siding and a skull mask for my sis I got the pants last week on thursday and it smelled pretty bad so I washed it and it still smelled but now they smell ok and I like them alot it is now 2/9/16 and my skirt should be hear thursday or friday and my skull mask should be hear next week but other than this the jeans looked exactly like the picture and it shipped fast I would recommend I like wish thanks

I will never buy clothes but will always buy accessories: bags, purses, jewellery, socks, scarves etc. the clothing is always too small. Everything else's - no problem.

Do not buy anything from here. Ever. The product pictures are all ripped off the internet so the real, * product doesn't have to be shown.

Most often times, you'll get the product, and it will fall apart the next day, or you'll open your package to a huge, disappointing * from china that in no way matches the description of the item bought.

Want a refund? Wish.com will gladly tell you to * yourself with its non existent customer service.

You have a fifty fifty chance of never receiving your items, by the way. Buy domestic. Not china.

They give you a shipping date that is almost a month out and they STILL cannot get it to you on time. Then, when you ask, their "customer service" people tell you to allow "at least 30 days from the date you order" (then WHY provide a date to begin with?). THEN, it still doesn't arrive by that new due date! I finally just cancelled my order because I was so sick of dealing with them, but now still have not received my refund! WORST COMPANY EVER! UGH!

I've bought several, several items. Been very pleased with all the jewlery. Clothes on the other hand I'm normally an XL and I have to get a 3X. Most clothes are cheeply made but for what you pay you can't complain

Ive noticed that the photos advertised in many of their ad's are not photo's of the actual merchandise being sold. The products i received were sloppy cheap versions of the ones shown in the picture. Very deceiving. Save your $

The items take a long time to arrive but worth the wait. Prices are so low that I had my doubts about the quality of the product but the products were actually very good. I ordered a 10 Items over Christmas. 2 items never arrived. Could have been a problem with the post office rush over Christmas but I contacted wish.com by email and they replied immediately. Very pleasant and issued a refund with no hassle. The best thing I bought was a hair straightening brush. They sell on tv for $250 but I only paid $22 and It works beautifully.

Stole credit card info

If you get random charges from UBER.com etc... this is from vendors in europe using your card info. It; as been verified through wells fargo fraud department. The products were fine but not worth risking more fraud so i will not be ordering from them
