I recently ordered 3 sets of Elixir guitar strings from Wish. What a rip off! They arrived reasonably quickly but when I put them onto my guitar I realised that, although the strings appeared to be in an Elixir packet, and in individual envelopes, they were not in fact Elixir strings (high quality gore tex coated strings) but ordinary old strings which sounded completely dead. Beware!
I had a feeling this was too good to be true especially because of the prices. I paid the $1 for the so called free gift and chose the serving tiered platter... I received an envelope in the mail with nothing but screws! The sender was from China and it listed my account through Wish! Thank goodness it only cost me $1 to realize what a crock this was! Buyers beware!
Their cancellation policy is atrocious. I tried to cancel items that i accidentally purchased, within a matter of few minutes, it wont allow me anymore, its not even 24 hours, i will not shop here anymore. I like Amazon the best
Some things arrived at a decent time. However, two pair of earrings have taken weeks, literally a month to arrive and I'm still waiting. So, yeah... never again will I order from here. I could have driven there and picked them up for less time.
I will give them kudos for the dress and top I ordered, however, always order your clothing two sizes bigger. That says a lot as well.
I have ordered 8 different items from Wish, I was satisfied with the products, did not even mind how long it took to get them.

I get a call from my bank about suspicious activity on my card. Someone had stolen my card info, made a clone card, and spent $539 with it at a Best Buy in Georgia.
I have not left Kansas City, Mo in years.
This was a relatively new card and the only place I've used it was Wish. They also attempted to steal another $2,000 but it was declined. This might not happen to everyone but after reading these reviews it sounds pretty risky.
I have at least 4 items past delivery dates and have no idea if or when they will be delivered. Ive contacted customer support and their only reply is wait or refund. I would like to know where the items are.
Have ordered 5 items. Three arrived as wrong model, one was faulty and looks to be a fake, the last one was too small for standard fit on common household items.

Received a different item to the one that was purchased. Wish support staff went against policy and refused the picture proofs. I had to screenshot their money back guarantee policy to make them read their policies.

I was very skeptical at first and just ordered 1 item. It came and was perfect. Since then have ordered at least a dozen items including jewelry and women's and children's clothes. Shipping takes on average 2-3 weeks from China. I'm not thin but just order a size larger and everything fits. I must say I only ordered items with 4 or more stars and do read the reviews carefully first.
Like many has reviewed, Wish.com is totally a scam.
Ordered a small kitchen accessory back then in April 2020; it was supposed to arrive in mid May. Wish keeps changing and extending the estimated delivery date without notice. Now that I got fed up and requested for refund; they replied that refund isn't possible for order within estimated shipping window! They are so sneaky! Of course it's still within the shipping window when they are the ones who keep changing the estimated delivery date!
Till date, I have neither received the item nor have they agreed to a refund.
Do not order from Wish.com anymore. They are a scam!

Still trying to get my money back for something I didn't get now goin on 51 days I get a reply from wish try resetting your phone and try to get it again not sure how that could help me get the item or a refund that's the kind of crap you will deal with
This is a ridiculously terrible app, don't bother with it. Everything I ordered has been refunded except one item that was supposed to arrive 3 months ago and I still haven't been able to get a refund on. Don't use Wish
Ordered over a year ago took my money but still haven't gotten my stuff. Tried texting nothing... Do you have a phone number or just give me back my money it was for more than 100.00 dollars worth of stuff... Scammers

Fortunately I only paid postage for free gift to try it out. It still hasn't arrived, so I won't be using this app again. Also the prices are way inflated giving the impression you are getting a bargain. Stick to eBay.
How many times do they have to be told about incomplete shipping labels. It has caused me to wait over and over again to have to wait for my paid for items causing problems for Canada post. Maybe wish should have there shipping department take a reading test in order to work there. This is a childish way of doing business. Grow up and be a responsible business considering you take people money and then not care if the package even gets to the paid customers.

I ordered lots of items from Wish last year for Christmas presents. I ordered them in October, and some items did come in until AFTER Christmas. They said it takes about two weeks for orders to arrive (HA!). The two pairs of leggings I ordered were sized for a toddler (and I'm only a size 4) and ripped the first day I wore them out. Ordered my best friend and I some cute Harry Potter charms and they arrived to my home already broken! Cheap $#*!, horrible customer service, and ridiculous shipping methods. Socks should not take 2 months to ship out!
This app is actually very convenient and all round just an amazing place to shop. The fear of scammers and poor quality products may scare you at first, but it is not dangerous or as bad as some people make it out to be. They only thing I would recommend to do would be to carefully read and look through all the comments and photos of all the products (posted by the purchasers), I do this because sometimes the products (especially clothing items) are not as they seem. Also, the shipping does take around a month which sucks. So if you are buying gifts then make sure you give enough time for the products to ship to you before you need to give them. In spite of these things, the wish/cute app is amazing and i would recommend for everyone to give it a try.
WISH! I never had a bad experience. Great service and products. Always read the description and the reviews. Their sizes do run small but getting a bigger size is your best bet. Excellent return service. Love, love, love wish. Usually my orders come faster than expected. No worry. They have your back. Will shop at wish often. Love browsing through Wish to see what else they have. I usually find something. Try Wish.
Bought a refurbished iPhone 6 from an accredited iPhone dealer on Wish for half the retail price of a new phone. Phone died completely after 5 weeks so can't even be switched on. Automated replies from customer service only redirected me back to order page. I can't get any further because the phone died after 30 days. Total con because there is no way to contact the seller and get the phone repaired!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
