They suspended my account because i brought up consumer law. They were not taking back a product that was falsy advertised. Under the law, we have 14 days the reject the item if it is not as described.
They tried their best to delay things by asking me multiple times to take photos of the product and also suspended my account so I couldn't even contact the help.

Do not use Wish
They are deceptive. I purchased two items on the Limited Quantity Deal ($1)which were subsequently charged at FULL COST plus postage. The site says if you are not the first order processed at the $1 Limited Quantity Deal rate then you will be refunded.
I was not refunded. I was not informed that they would be charging me full price.
Customer service is mainly automated and does not respond to the real issue. The Customer Service agents just copy and paste standard replies that are FUTILE.

At first glance, wish.com seems like a legitimate marketplace for bargains and unusual items. I've actually found some good gifts and clothing on the site. But the majority of the items on there are cheap Chinese crap that looks much better in the photo than it does when you get in the mail 4 months later. They are notorious for bait and switch listings... I purchased what I thought was a pressure washer, but all they sent was the nozzles. See the pictures below... I purchased what was advertised as a rug with the prince emblem. Looks Great in their photo, but the second picture shows what actually came in the mail. Some cheap thin pad with a poorly printed symbol... Completely useless piece of crap. Very shady sales practices, and zero sympathy for the customer.

I have been with wish Since 2018. It took me this long to realize that I was not really getting good deals. The item is cheap but you pay more for the shipping and taxes than the price of the item. That's how they make their money. I spend over $400 dollars buying from wish before I came to my senses. One night I was up at 3:00 in the morning I ordered 25 items for a one time price the most was $1.00 then the next day they had had to refund money one at a time because they said I was never the first to order. With that many items I had to at least be the first to order at least one item. I taught this is a scam. It took a long time because each one had to be put back on my credit card one by one. It took days to do it. I know I was one of their best customers I also brought other customers. I now am looking for other companies. Wish screwed me around. I will no longer order from them. Just be careful things are not always what they seems. When you order any items electronics no books or pamphlets telling you what to do you have to figure out yourself. It took me that long and so much work. I have other stuff I ordered that takes sometimes 2 to 3 mos to receive by the time you receive it you done forget you ordered it. I learned my lesson the hard way. I told the people I brought on that I will be giving up on ordering from wish. Please don't call me if something goes wrong with your items. Like I said things aren't always as it seems. I accumulated lots of points and promo codes and high percentage off but it's not worth it. This is my experience.

Noting I can say that hasn't been mentioned in the thousands of complaints here already. It looks good on the surface and you may get lucky like some buyers but you probably have as much chance of having a good purchase experience as winning the lottery. So good luck if you bother trying.

Charged $649.10 when I tried to buy a 50 cent item... They dont answer their telphone. They send you an email saying they will have someone contact you in 2 to 3 days. Well that dont happen,, In 2 to 3 days you get the exact same message,, Your credit card company tells you to contact them... 360* circle,,, Well they messed with the wrong person,,, All that stuff I had in my cart from Christmas shopping that I didnt want after shopping elasewhere is sitting in my foyer waiting to go to court... Does Walmart or Target charge us for things in our buggy before we put them up on the counter to check out? NO we have the right to put it back if we find something else for a gift... Well I'm spending another $100 to take them to court... All you people need to boycott this HOAX company,,, They are thieves..

Wish stole my money! I placed a order, after Wish took my money for the order the screen went blank. I have been sending emails for six months. I kept getting the same responses. Go here, send this We'll get back to you. I kept saying the screen went blank, but you guys took my money I even sent a screen shot of the m. C. bank statement. Nothing happen! They sent me a email saying they could not find anything and to send a confirmation number. A number that never Came, They kept saying they couldn't find anything with the number I sent showing the date they took my money! The last 2 emails I sent both got form email both said someone will get back to you in 2_ 3 day. One was 9 days ago, the other 6 days ago haven't heard a thing. Can't speak for anyone else but 468. And change is alot of money for me... another order was suppose to be delivered in oct. I got another email in oct saying it would in dec In Dec. Got a email saying it was with Canada post along with a tracking number, no phone number at Canada post to check. I finally call Canada post. They had nothing! People stay away!

I purchased a RC car that was held up in her arms look about 2 foot long. When I received it was like 6 inches long. False advertising. I put in a complain and finally got a refund but that add is still up there making money for Wish ripping of honest people. If wish can't play by the rules they need to be removed from the internet..

I really love the prices but you do have to be careful and really be familiar with their products. Their sizes are a little different and sometimes the products are different than imagine. Overall most items are still great!
Been tracking this one particular item. Stated it is transit in Hermes approximate location for the last 3 days. However when I click on the item posting. I get a "oops" item order can not be located. Wish has no live agent. Also like to mention I have 15 refunded items that wish advertised for. 50. All cancelled and refunded

One of the reasons wish is a 8 billion dollar corp. Is because they sell items cheap and if you dont receive the item they never refund your money... they play the"allow 14 days for the refund to go back into your"account and then from the 15 day onto the 30th day they continue to say that and then on the 31st day no refunds! I ordered an item that I wanted and it came with a FREE carry case(worth around $2.00)I received ONLY the FREE bag but not the item I wanted... so that FREE bag that I didnt want cost me $42.00... and it's been excuse ever since for my refund from the automated contact BOT ever since... there is a reason #Wish has a horrible name for itself and its Merch... Buyer beware! Odds are you will get taken for by their corrupt business practices, but with no repercussions to their Standard operating procedures they will continue to increase the value of their business and you will end up getting taken...

I placed an order with Wish. I was informed the product was no longer available, but they would replace it with other products available of which I choose 1. The item took 6 weeks to get here and when it did arrive, it was not the correct item. I contacted customer support and they said because it took longer than the 30 days their refund policy states that they could not help me. This is just another scam they preform. I also tried to purchase other "low" priced items only to find out those items were not available. They did refund my cost but in Wish cash. Do not fall for there scams.

If you have anything in your cart and you is interested in something else they will empty out everything in your cart and charge your card, and they don't ask you if you ready to purchase items in cart they will empty everything charge your card and don't sent half your items because they be out of the item but take your money they is very sneaky and slick

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
