Do not order from Wish. Never received product and since they and the merchant are separate? They cannot send another product since it may have been lost in transit. Did you ever hear of such a thing! Seems they are in China so this added to the fact that I never received my order after waiting two months, leads me to say thumbs down..
Just a few weeks ago I happened to see the ad for Wish.com. I decided to check it out and I am so glad that I did. I have shopped other online sites for many years now, but WISH is hands above the rest. It doesn't matter where my order is coming from I am getting them rapidly and usually sooner than estimated date.
I've ordered from wish but not received anything. Shortly after I was sent emails about my Paypal account being suspended. Instead of clicking on the Link in the email I contacted PayPal and they told me it was an attempt to phish info to hack into my account! I'm now waiting on a refund. I know it was Wish because it's the only activity on my account. I won't try to buy anything from wish again! After reading reviews most are negative. The deals sound too good to be true! That's why!
I've submitted and received a number of orders in the past 2 months, and the quality of the products goes up and down way too much. Some things are obviously counterfeit, others are exactly as shown and decent for price. Shipping is also incredibly inconsistent. Some items arrived early, others on time, and others are still in transit. I recommend sticking to Amazon or Jet - they seem to have MUCH higher control over quality and vendors.
Yes, not the best quality of products, but what do you expect when everything is so cheap! Yes, it takes long for delivery, but you are already informed. Plus, it's being delivered from CHINA! Yes, did not receive some products, but customer service was very helpful and when emailed that I was getting a refund, I received the refund. No problem. I enjoy this website and will continue shopping.
I ordered some costume accessories from Wish several months back. This week I was charged $210 for 12 XS sweaters of the same style. I'm XL and why would anyone but 12 of the same sweaters? While I was trying to work with Wish to sort this out they tried to put the same order through again! Luckily I had already deleted my payment information. I've gone to my bank to help recoup my losses but I received a message from Wish that the items I didn't order have been shipped.
Do not use Wish!
I ordered a blanket as a birthday present for my daughter. I received the wrong blanket. I followed the procedure on Wish to report the problem. I uploaded pictures as requested by Lovely May the customer service agent. That was the last I heard. I have contacted Wish four more time and still nothing. I get the automated chat assistant that says someone will get back to me in 2-3 days. Nothing happens after the automated chat. No updated, I don't know if anything is being done. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Jewelry is not sterling silver even know it says it is. Cloths never are true to size. The only thing I got that was ok was a stuffed animal everything is just crap. So don't waste your money it is not worth it

Sizing is a problem for me, it's never right. I also don't receive a lot of the clothes. I have bought a phone case, sink sprayer, a change purse and other things that are great. Thank you for making it so easy! I just wish I could speak to a human sometimes.
Very bad, if u add an item to your cart the price just goes up like 20$ than is original price. A cheap phone case I considered ordering rang up to 60$!, it was just a slide on case! Doesn't even get 1 star in my opinion. Very cheap and thrifty Items.
I ordered dresses for my students dance show on Nov 10. Nov 14, I received an email saying my items had been shipped. I still have not received them, and it is now December 10. I sent an email asking where they were, and expressing that I needed to know when they would arrive. The reply was brief and uninformed. They don't know where my items are, or when they will arrive. Our show is tomorrow. I hope they get here in time, but I'm not banking on it. We are never ordering from Wish for our dance outfits again.
I received my items in 6 weeks as projected.
1. The purse organizer is excellent & only $4.
2. I wear a medium, ordered a large, the blouse was skin tight & had to be given away.
3. The blouse had lace & would have been beautiful had it not been for the many holes & loose stitching of the lace (sized too small).
4. I took pictures of #3, emailed them to WISH, who refunded my money.
I bought two things off wish recently, both were as expected. If you are paying $5 for a sweater, you should know it won't be amazing quality. My only complaint is that the shipping takes around two weeks. The customer service is great and refunded a purchase the day I requested it.
I can't say whether the product was any good because it never arrived after numerous times of asking when i could expect it. Every time i sign on the site to track my order, it pushes the date out another few weeks. I just ordered the same product for $9.00 more on Amazon but it is only a 4 day wait.

I shop Wish all the time. Always go up 3 sizes when ordering from China. The jewelry is nice, shoes are always a size up as well, art, on canvas are beautiful, pillows cases of all kinds are gorgeous. Always take a picture and collect points to get 10% off your total.
The app is easy to use however it needs a far better search function.
The site has all sorts of interesting things that are often not in the our local shops. Quality of many items is very good, especially at the prices offered, but some items are only worth the low price.
All and all it has been a very pleasant experience doing business with Wish. They have very good product at prices that will blow you away. Yes there may be times you don't receive an item, but the good thing is you don't lose out they will refund your money. I give it 10 stars instead of 5.

Don't bother purchasing from this dreadful company. Received dress wrong size returned at my cost, various delay tactics employed like cant read picture of return receipt sent further copies with details of return code and when delivered and who signed for it. Still delay tactics until now return times out. So not only cost of dress and delivery plus return cost, but no dress either. Use this company at your own risk rubbish products and dreadful customer services

I ordered a few items and the delivery date continues to change, now it is saying between Sept - Nov. They are refusing to cancel my order. If anyone else is having the same problem contact your card customer service and dispute the payment to get your money back and have wish investigated.

I ordered some film for my instant camera and i got a bit of plastic?... Dont order from them! They will take your money and when you try get in contact with them they dont reply or take ages! The delivery also takes 1month plus

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
