I ordered a laptop that was $189.98 total. What was sent was a piece of alloy with a foreign language on it... which translated to "gold alloy". I contacted the company via their chat feature. They said they would get back to me in 48 hours. They never did so I contacted them again but I did not receive any follow up. Do not buy from this company. You may get scamed.
Ordered an external CD/DVD burner for my new iMac, since it doesn't have one (like ordering a car without a windshield, but I digress.} Product was cheap ($16) and due to the very confusing site I ended up ordering two ($16? Throw it on the shelf). Order date was April 28. First due date was MAY 18. Today it is either June 2 or it landed in the US on May 5. Zero confidence they will ever get here. Feel this was a scam. The 800 number doesn't work either. WISH I'd ordered somewhere else. AVOID!

With the understanding these are European sizes, I purchased several items for family and have been very pleased with the value and delivery. I had an issue with one of the addresses I entered and they responded in a reasonable day or maybe two and handled the issue appropriately. I do not buy on line much ( I make my partner do it), but was surprised by this experienced. The Head phones were a huge hit as were the fingernail products I purchased, will buy again.
Please, Please live in the real world and don't believe the 5 star ratings, the Wish site is a total scam that will try and rip you off with meaningless discounts, offers and promises, when you do eventually lose patience and want to complain, the only way is through an automated system that, after all the questions will inform you it is to late to do anything but wait for your package(finally asking you to rate their service) they give you no time to cancel your order, again saying it is too late as it is being "processed", then when there is a problem with the post, "we can't do anything, it is in transit" please wait for you package and then we may be able to do something.
Above all, If you don't believe me about the rights demand your goods or money back before that time is up

Order all ya want, but 70% orders dont arrive and there is no customer service. It's all automated and I suspect a real person never even follows up on it.
Your better off looking at an ad and then lighting your money on fire. The result is the same.
I placed an order for 3 orders and didn't receive any of them, checked online and said I can cancel or wait should be there within weeks. Nothing ever came and now it's too late for a refund? Terrible experience I will never ever do business with them again

I ordered two items may 21st and still haven't received either and every time the arrive date gets here they change it on top of that they won't let me cancel the items to give me a full refund. You can't even talk to anyone just a automated system!

This was my first time placing order from Wish I ordered silver rings and waited pretty long time ( it seems) for delivery.The rings came yesterday and i am disappointed because 2 of the 3 looks terrible like a burn shadow lines the designs and inside i see the mistakes made but i got what i paid for. I already knew before i open package that i would keep products not deal with return. I tried to delete my account the other day but i could not i do want my credit card number removed. Anyway the price is too good to be true and it is not true.
Listings are very deceptive, for instance, item is a 3-pack, and shows picture of 3-pack, with the words 3-pack, including when it goes in the cart. I selected one of these. Paid the expensive shipping. I get a single but a 1-pack. Customer service doesn't care that the fraud is on their end. I can only get a refund if I return it and pay the shipping. They've done this a couple of times. At other times they've sent inferior product (clothing, lights, pictures) with long delays... and the shipping has consistently gone up. Ripoff site.

Fun to shop for strange things you don't find in shops and if they are it's cheaper most of the time customer services are one of the best I connected some orders take longer than the time stated but it has to travel from out of the country only had two items not turn up out of over 50 orders better than other on line shops I have used in the last five years
I have made a purchase of a phone, in the description, they said 128GB, once received it's only 32 GB, and the battery dries quickly, the process of opening a case was easy, they even mark it in the title: Return in Progress, but the problem this $#*!ing wish customer service, keeps telling me, we have sent you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send the item back to us, which i never received in my email box, even in spam, they didn't send anything to me, I wrote to them more then 5 times, and they keep telling me the same thing, I got in touch with their $#*!ing customer service, same story. So, my advice from my experience. Never deal with this guys, because if there is any issue with your product, just forget it, like mine, is good for garbage. Of course i will never buy from them.

You don't always get your your items delivered to you and it's hard to keep up with purchases that's coming from China because you may sometimes forget that you placed a order. Then when you inquire about it and they tell you that it has been delivered. You've lost out on money and you don't have the items so what I do is go on wish if I see a item, I put it in my Google search bar and find a better quality item and most of the the a better price at another business.

Don't buy anything from Wish. Deliveries typically 3 months and if your item arrives damaged you can forget about a return or refund. They will tie you in knots and disregard anything you say. Even photo evidence.

I ordered a white sculpture from Wish. I received a pair of FAKE Louboutin sneakers that smell of cancer inducing chemicals. I'm now back and forth with them, speaking in circles of course, about a refund. Apparently they send the shipment from China to a facility, then the facility sends it to you. They put a new tracking # and sticker on top of the one with the customs info thus making it unreadable. I also ordered 18 brooches and received 2 pairs of horrendous black boots. Same thing. Although this time, I was able to peel the local sticker off, indicating the original sticker clearly saying "brooches." DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

In September last year I and a colleague ordered a lot of clothing and other articles from Wish for Christmas presents. Only 5 of these items arrived and despite ordering two sizes larger than normal, they did not fit. Even the watch and bracelet was too small. To date we have not received the many other items. There answer. "It is too late for you to ask for your money back". WHY? Surely I am not responsible for the non delivery? Every time I had asked why I had not received my goods they moved the delivery date further forward and now all of a sudden it it too late. Definitely will not be buying from them again. So much of my hard earned money gone to waste and my poor daughter did not get any of her Christmas gifts. My colleague has also not received her items.

Clothes sizes were way off. 2 shirts were supposedly delivered at the same time only 1 was on my porch so it likely wasn't stolen. I also live in a safe neighborhood. Asked for refund and Wish said to wait and see if it would show up although their system said it was delivered. I waited, it never showed up and now they say it's too late! Are you kidding me? I put the request in the day it was supposedly delivered.
Had ordered 3 other shirts XL but the ones delivered were S at best. Wish only refunded 2 of 3 so I guess that's better than nothing. I'll never use this site again. Buyer beware.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
