The size was much smaller than expected, I ordered a large thinking it would be loose cause I normally wear a medium but when I receive it it was quite snug and the shirt material was very poor quality. I also had ordered two and only received one, when I contacted customer service about my dissatisfaction of the quality of the shirt and the fact that I did not receive the quantity that I had paid for the person dismissed the fact that I wanted a refund for the item I did not receive and said that I should receive it in a couple of weeks and also dismissed the fact that the quality of the shirt was very poor! The customer service department is a joke and the quality of the items are so terrible and they make you wait over three weeks to get what you paid for weeks before hand!

My daughter ordered a purse for me as a Christmas gift in mid November, with an arrival date of January 17. When it didn't come by January 28th, she contacted the company and requested a refund, and boy am I glad she did! I don't expect a Coach purse for $14, but this is just awful! The purse arrived today (2/7) and it is so cheaply made that I will be surprised if it lasts a week! Yet the picture on Wish is the exact pic on the company's website, but the wording might lead some to believe it's the real deal. I will never purchase anything from this site, and my daughter will never again!
I love wish. I have probably purchased over $150 worth of stuff from them. Bag stuffers for kids parties, "as seen on tv" kind of things (love my hair curlers), and even baby toys.
I recommend reading the descriptions really well and if you question it don't get it. Also you have to look at the store review because the products come from different places. I have paid attention to the little things and give them a month to ship and I have only had one item not show up. They refunded my money right away.
You can get things on this site that are about a 500% mark up in the us, but you need to PAY ATTENTION! Also this stuff is from China. It's most likely made in China or a near by country. If you have an issue with that. Go buy something down the street for 500x more.

This company is a fraud fishing creditcard card numbers - they let you make few purchases and when packages wont appear or apper empty or containing broken/used/conterfeit items they block your account so that you could not mąkę any complain. They wont give you refund, just send you automatic answer that your account is blocked and you should send them the photo of your card to unblock your account. But even od you would - they wouldnt unblock it.
The clothing item had a huge flaw in the front, and was sized XL and fit like an XS.

I ordered the ipocket I saw advertised on Facebook, spent 58.00 on December 11. I got the confirmation email and a tracking number at that time. I have never heard anything else from them. When I track it, I get a confusing answer involving arrival to china? I finally sent them an email a couple of days ago and got a confirmation they received my correspondence and they are "looking into it" and nothing since then. Here we go again. I would totally say I have been scammed if it weren't for some reviews saying others do EVENTUALLY get what they ordered. HMMMM... it's no way to run a business.

I had ordered dozens of items with Wish and some items came quickly and were 100% great quality. You must be aware not all sellers on wish are equal and no matter how much you study reviews and photos and seller ratings as I did you will still end up disappointed. I have 14 items that never came and wish said i was refunded which i have to check my card to see if it was really refunded. They claim the items will still come even after refund. I have yet to see anything come in. Whats going on Wish?

My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
