I ordered 2 ipockets for Christmas and they never arrived. After sending multiple emails and getting a load of bull$#*! back from them a couple of times, still no products. Wherever you are or whatever they are selling, never never buy anything from this sham of a company. They are shoddy crooks. I'm disgusted.
Well where to begin with Wish? I have ordered 7 things total from Wish only two of which actually showed up before the guaranteed delivery date. Out of the two things that did show up both were way smaller then I thought they would be. I am a 3XL shirt size in Canada. To be on the safe side I ordered a 5XL and it was way to small. They even threw a 5XL sticker over top of a 2 XL sticker on the Tag lol. The other item I ordered was a set of 5 canvas prints that were way smaller then they looked on the photo. They were however the stated size I ordered. I just assumed they would be bigger then they actually were. The price of Wish is great and as far as quality goes it is what it is. You get what you pay for at least if it shows up you do anyway. As far as the other items I have ordered none of them have arrived yet. 2 of the items are well past a month late and another 3 are at this point a week late. The tracking numbers say the items arrived in Canada and to expect deliver in 14 to 19 days but that was a month ago and still they have not arrived. And tracking does not continue after the airplane touched down it seems. What I did like from Wish was the immediate refund I got for items that did not arrive by the delivery date. They put the money back on my card by the next day everytime. The problem is I want the stuff I ordered and was expecting. I have a baby due in a week, where the hell am I going to find a $10 dollar diaper bag now?
These people are a sham. I ordered 2 necklaces for Christmas and they never showed up, then I ordered another pair of leggings. "One size fits all" they said. Yeah ok maybe if one size meant something between twigs and chicken wing. Then finally I ordered a matress topper and I sent them a photo of the item I recieved they wanted another photo as proof before they gave me a refund. I had to make a claim with PayPal. Such a bull$#*! app. I order online a lot and rarely have a problem - whether it be Ebay or Amazon or some other online shopping shop but this Wish app is a joke. Nothing but problems. All around issues. Never using it again. They try to suck you in with their cheap, rock bottom prices.

Ordered several things within the last month... a few things started coming. Terrible! Its like they show you the pic of an item they are knocking off and laughing at you because they have your money. Customer service is a joke! If you order from them, be prepared to be disappointed!
For a brand name company their services are terrible. I ordered several items in October that where due to arrive in the first week of January. Its now February and have only just received a refund for my items. Although, they did refund my money, I never received a reason for my items being delivered or an apology. If you dont want to be scammed don't order from wish.
I bought a present for my mother for Christmas, a month before December, and it's feburary now, I sill have not gotten the package. I also reviewed my bank account activity, and it showed that wish.com had charged 3 times for that product, even when wish.com's customer services claimed that they have refunded me. I agree that one star is too high a rating for what I've received thus far. I ordered a four-part painting. The cost, I should have believed, was too good to be true, even after shipping. The product arrived as four rolled-up canvases that looked nothing like the original pic advertising the product - very washed-out and much smaller than the "dwarf" couch over which they hung in the pic.
Shipping: OMG! I realize that they project a date about a month after you order, but I also believe that the shipping charges and times are not visible until after you commit to the order. You've already committed yourself to a purchase, and so they have you!

I could write paragraphs of how incredibly disappointed I am that I even downloaded this app and spent money but I'll keep it short. They take FOREVER to deliver, if they deliver at all. The site is suppose to give you updates on your delivery status once you place an order but their system never delivers accurate updates. If something does happen to go wrong with an order maybe you'd think to call? No, because there is nobody to call. There is a number, but they tell you to email them. Now to be fair, they do email you back but they always have an excuse or reason why something went wrong. The customer service is no bueno. In short, I will NEVER use this app again. I'd rather punch myself in the face.

The 2nd time this happened wish.com decided that my(!) profile is fraud, blocked it and are now delaying the refund for my 2nd cancellation (requesting photo of my credit card, prof of ID, etc.). Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
