I ordered 2 items and noticed that the shipping is part of the price - if you buy 1 item you pay 1,- shipping - buy 2 and you pay 2,- and so on. If you buy more items in the same store it schould be in 1 package en you should pay for 1 package.
Furthermore the shipping goes up with the price of the item sometimes 10 - 20 so beware of the cheap prices!

I've ordered things from Wish before, such as a pair of leggings and a T-shirt, and I was careful to read reviews.
Both came at the same time exactly a month later, on the day they were supposed to arrive, and I loved the products. It fit well and I had no complaints, but a year or so passed before I decided to order from them again and I regret it.
I ordered a hoodie, and a t-shirt, just a few days apart from each other.
Both of the items were delayed TWICE, in 2 week intervals and I was not happy. Disappointed is too small of a word to describe it. It just kept getting delayed for no reason, like come on, I live in Canada and the holidays are way long past.
Finally the day came where they were supposed to arrive and guess what? No delay this time, they just didn't come. At all. I had to get a refund on both items as they said they're still in transit. IT'S BEEN 2 MONTHS! The tracking number for the items was outdated too, it would show me the item's processing 2 months ago, nothing else so I didn't know what was happening.
They say it'll arrive soon and I can keep the items if they "ever" do arrive, but I'll never be buying off Wish ever again.
I highly suggest you guys read reviews of both the ITEM and the STORE you're getting it from. Keep your eye on the shipping date, track your item, and get a tracking number if you can.

Yes... i agree with all the comments here. Dresses are fine to some extent, but not the same quality as it shown in the pictures or sometimes not the same materials. Jewelleries NO NO. They say it worth a lot, but on sale. Bull $#*!. They are worth less than the sales price. Even the watches... you will see colour fading. Small watches are for women are good $6 cute ones. Hand bags are good. Not same as the pic. Got a phone case, still looks good. I didnt recieve a shoe rack, still waiting... cant call anyone. Messaged few times. No answer. And cant get back to my old history. They have changed the price. If you place few orders from one item they charge delivery for all. So not overall happy.

I have ordered several items from Wish. They advise on sizing being different from UK., give truthful idea as to how long delivery time will be, everything is very well packaged. You need to read carefully as to what exactly is in the offer and that is often a little confusing, but everything very inexpensive and worth a slight risk to my mind.

One store called "Baby Baby" lost an item I ordered it was 4 weeks since I had ordered it and still not received the item. I contact support AGAIN then I am told the 30 days are up (time frame) goven to return an item... what a crock. This is a racket... a scam... there is no LIVE person to talk to over the phone... Anything that one has negative to say or q-tip looking at you for 5.00 is a bunch of baloney! That person needs glasses or on drugs. Lol

After I called Wish.com and told them that I still not receive my order yet. They refund total $ to me and apologized about and told me that if I received item I could keep it for free. A month later I did received the item! I guess I'm trying to say that the customer service is good and truthful!

My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
