My daughter orderd and it took 2 months still no package all they say is wait a little longer. It should be there when it says. I will no longer order from wish i think its a scam and a rip off

I ordered 2 items and noticed that the shipping is part of the price - if you buy 1 item you pay 1,- shipping - buy 2 and you pay 2,- and so on. If you buy more items in the same store it schould be in 1 package en you should pay for 1 package.
Furthermore the shipping goes up with the price of the item sometimes 10 - 20 so beware of the cheap prices!

The first and only time I ordered a simple cushion from this website and what did I receive? - an embossing stencil and an email from wish.com saying my order had been delivered. Total crap!
Upon further investigation there is a scam going on whereby either the wrong address or item is being sent masquerading as the item you ordered i. E. in my case (and others) an embossing stencil! The customer service at wish.com is a joke too. You send photos of what you actually received and they still ask for photos. I have now been back and forth for over a week with their "customer services" department and still have not resolved the problem. The police and FBI etc should be notified on this ongoing and widespread scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I ordered a magnetic phone cable that came with the magnet attachment missing. Every email I sent to this company, I had to resend several times including pictures of the package with the item missing. After 5 weeks... FINALLY they offered a refund, saying "Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific date due to long queue on some accounting procedures." Sounds like there are a lot of unhappy customers in line ahead of me. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Waste of time, scam.

I've ordered things from Wish before, such as a pair of leggings and a T-shirt, and I was careful to read reviews.
Both came at the same time exactly a month later, on the day they were supposed to arrive, and I loved the products. It fit well and I had no complaints, but a year or so passed before I decided to order from them again and I regret it.
I ordered a hoodie, and a t-shirt, just a few days apart from each other.
Both of the items were delayed TWICE, in 2 week intervals and I was not happy. Disappointed is too small of a word to describe it. It just kept getting delayed for no reason, like come on, I live in Canada and the holidays are way long past.
Finally the day came where they were supposed to arrive and guess what? No delay this time, they just didn't come. At all. I had to get a refund on both items as they said they're still in transit. IT'S BEEN 2 MONTHS! The tracking number for the items was outdated too, it would show me the item's processing 2 months ago, nothing else so I didn't know what was happening.
They say it'll arrive soon and I can keep the items if they "ever" do arrive, but I'll never be buying off Wish ever again.
I highly suggest you guys read reviews of both the ITEM and the STORE you're getting it from. Keep your eye on the shipping date, track your item, and get a tracking number if you can.
Customer service was fast and nice, which is okay, but I didn't receive any of my items even now, so I'm not happy at all.

Depends on the product

Yes... i agree with all the comments here. Dresses are fine to some extent, but not the same quality as it shown in the pictures or sometimes not the same materials. Jewelleries NO NO. They say it worth a lot, but on sale. Bull $#*!. They are worth less than the sales price. Even the watches... you will see colour fading. Small watches are for women are good $6 cute ones. Hand bags are good. Not same as the pic. Got a phone case, still looks good. I didnt recieve a shoe rack, still waiting... cant call anyone. Messaged few times. No answer. And cant get back to my old history. They have changed the price. If you place few orders from one item they charge delivery for all. So not overall happy.

I have ordered several items from Wish. They advise on sizing being different from UK., give truthful idea as to how long delivery time will be, everything is very well packaged. You need to read carefully as to what exactly is in the offer and that is often a little confusing, but everything very inexpensive and worth a slight risk to my mind.

I love rings and have ordered more than a dozen on this site. Also sells makeup... shoes... watches everything under the sun. One store called "Baby Baby" lost an item I ordered it was 4 weeks since I had ordered it and still not received the item. I contacted "support" and was asked if I wanted to continue to wait or refund? So I chose to wait... still NO ITEM. I contact support AGAIN then I am told the 30 days are up (time frame) goven to return an item... what a crock. This is a racket... a scam... there is no LIVE person to talk to over the phone... I've been taken several times trying to cancel orders made in error without any luck. So save your time and money go through Amazon or Ebay... legit.

Excellent at refunding

I have ordered many things on wish since November,, I haven't received any of my orders, but they have refunded all my orders quickly,,, this is why I gave wish a 5 star,,,
I don't get over excited anymore when I do order because I am sure I will not receive my order, but at least if I don't get it, I know my money will be refunded

Despite of how long it takes to recieve something I order the package always gets here and prompt on the time wishlist tells you. Wishlist is on top of orders and service. Anything that one has negative to say or q-tip looking at you for 5.00 is a bunch of baloney! That person needs glasses or on drugs. Lol
I recommend Wishlist to everyone. Never had a problem yet.

Refunded my money

After I called Wish.com and told them that I still not receive my order yet. They refund total $ to me and apologized about and told me that if I received item I could keep it for free. A month later I did received the item! I guess I'm trying to say that the customer service is good and truthful!

The only issues i have had personally is the fact that after my packages are sent out on airplane and is scheduled to land at the destination airport i wont see another update till i go on to review the item and they ask if i already received it. On the package they put your phone number on the label by where the tracking bar code is "untrakable package "
My fiance has order a few items from wish and every one that he has got is broke or not what is advertised in the picture or description.
And their customer service just sends you generic messages. Refund system is kind of sketchy

I purchased several pieces of clothing. The pictures have normal material wish has cheap crap. I would have never ordered if I knew it was a foreign order.Not one of the articles was same as picture. What a scam and a fraud.Not easy to return either unless you pay high shipping cost... Bullcrap!,,,,,, All sizes are not right jeans tight on waist gigantic in hips and legs they were suppose to be pencil pants don't know what size there pencils are but ours are skinny. Shirts look like like made with spider webs, like they will just fall apart...
