Horrible Experience

I ordered more that 20 items since January. All the delievery dates have passed and so far only 3 orders have come. At this point im not even expecting the others to come anymore. This will be my first and last time ordering from that website.

While I don't buy clothes you have to realize you get what you pay for. If you are only willing to spend $1 on something do you really think its going to be top notch? Not likely. But for the simple things I need this is a good resource. As long as you don't try to order it for last minute needs. I've seen other reviews about not getting their refund. You can only get a refund AFTER the delivery deadline arrives otherwise they have to assume that it is still on its way. In fact after the deadline arrives they send you a message asking if you want a refund. Its up to you if you want it or not. I have done this on a couple of occasions and was refunded immediately. Not a scam, you just have to have patience for delivery. All in all for the nail items I have purchased they have been great.

I have been with Wish for a few years... I always get my item earlier than estimated. Most recently a sleep mask due 3/30 came 3/13
I would never order clothes, shoes or most of the electronics they offer. Always check reviews thoroughly. If I pay $1 for something and it's quality isn't 100% I just charge it to the game. I spend more on candy so meh *shrugs*

I read the reviews and wondered why my experience has been good for the past 10 months while others are so upset. I never buy clothes or more expensive items so that may be the difference. Shipping takes a very, very long time (4 to 7 weeks) but after my first two times I realized this and never buy if I need it right away. My daughter collects Harry Potter and the little trinkets are really a nice quality. Change purses, wallets, key chains, and necklaces have always been nice as well. The jewelry is comparable to costume jewelry at a Sears or Kohls. Only one item out of many (at least 25+) was not to my liking, it was a band with a little flower for your hair but for $1 I wasn't upset. Other than that I have been happy. I always use PayPal and do not store my credit card but I do that with most sites.

Awful! Don't sign up

I had the worst experience with Wish. It took almost 5 months for a couple things to arrive and when they did they were awful, not at all what they looked like in the pictures. I'm still waiting on a pair of shoes. I asked if I could just get a refund since it took 5 months and still nothing, they said I was past the date of a return? I haven't even received the product?

Terrible

My account got totally lost and I emailed them several times and I keep getting a response of them wanting all this info when I have none! I can't get in to send tracking numbers and I never even got a confirmation in my email! Worse experience ever

Paypal payment was offered and then denied.
Discount timer cheats on the timing before order completes.
Product substandard and doesnt do what offered.
Product is different from what was pictured and described.
No support from WISH.COM unless you login.
IF you make the mistake of logging in, your email ID is passed/sold on to any amount 3rd parties.
No amount of emails support are specifically answered as per your requirements - JUST standard scripted email responses are sent.

WISH and GEEK told me my items would be coming in on March 8&9th and then gave me a alternative date since I decided I will wait. Then of course noooooo delivery. I ordered a tattoo kit from light in the box and I got it no long wait or trouble. I think I will use light in box. FU*K YOU WISH & GEEK..

I order lots of stuffs from wish. Then i received a note to that said there is something wrong with my user account and requested me to send the picture of my actual credit card to them. I do not know wish since this my first time so i did not send anything to wish. Now i went to check on my bank. They charged me for what i order and i do not know when i can get my refund back? If not where i can send the report to?

Orders take a very long time to receive but their refund policy is 30 days. After not receiving my items and choosing to wait because their tracking said the items were "on the way", I finally gave up and requested a refund. The response from wish was that "I" waited too long so they would be keeping my money and sending me nothing! This company will rip you off! Beware!

I have been shopping in www.wish.com for the past 2 years. My experience with them is positive.
They have some really good items with good quality and less price.
But make sure some items are of bad quality which you should avoid buying.
Customer support is excellent and they quickly respond to whatever concern you have.
