I ordered more that 20 items since January. All the delievery dates have passed and so far only 3 orders have come. At this point im not even expecting the others to come anymore. This will be my first and last time ordering from that website.
While I don't buy clothes you have to realize you get what you pay for. If you are only willing to spend $1 on something do you really think its going to be top notch? Not likely. But for the simple things I need this is a good resource. As long as you don't try to order it for last minute needs. I've seen other reviews about not getting their refund. You can only get a refund AFTER the delivery deadline arrives otherwise they have to assume that it is still on its way. In fact after the deadline arrives they send you a message asking if you want a refund. Its up to you if you want it or not. I have done this on a couple of occasions and was refunded immediately. Not a scam, you just have to have patience for delivery. All in all for the nail items I have purchased they have been great.

I read the reviews and wondered why my experience has been good for the past 10 months while others are so upset. I never buy clothes or more expensive items so that may be the difference. Shipping takes a very, very long time (4 to 7 weeks) but after my first two times I realized this and never buy if I need it right away. My daughter collects Harry Potter and the little trinkets are really a nice quality. Change purses, wallets, key chains, and necklaces have always been nice as well. The jewelry is comparable to costume jewelry at a Sears or Kohls. Only one item out of many (at least 25+) was not to my liking, it was a band with a little flower for your hair but for $1 I wasn't upset. Other than that I have been happy. I always use PayPal and do not store my credit card but I do that with most sites.

I had the worst experience with Wish. It took almost 5 months for a couple things to arrive and when they did they were awful, not at all what they looked like in the pictures. I'm still waiting on a pair of shoes. I asked if I could just get a refund since it took 5 months and still nothing, they said I was past the date of a return? I haven't even received the product?

I do not know wish since this my first time so i did not send anything to wish. Now i went to check on my bank. They charged me for what i order and i do not know when i can get my refund back? Orders take a very long time to receive but their refund policy is 30 days. After not receiving my items and choosing to wait because their tracking said the items were "on the way", I finally gave up and requested a refund. The response from wish was that "I" waited too long so they would be keeping my money and sending me nothing! This company will rip you off! Beware!
All the items you see are NOT what you will get if you order from this site. So many reviews will state this but how I wish I had taken that advice. Shame on the idiots who run this website. Should be shut down.
I have been shopping in www.wish.com for the past 2 years. My experience with them is positive.
They have some really good items with good quality and less price.
But make sure some items are of bad quality which you should avoid buying.
Customer support is excellent and they quickly respond to whatever concern you have.

My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
