I so far have not had a problem with the Wish app and neither has my fiance. I recommend that you check reviews on EVERY item you are thinking of purchasing so you don't end up with a bad item. I have only purchased items with awesome reviews because I am aware the entire site is sketchy! I would rather play safe then pissed passed off sorry. Otherwise everything i have ordered was awesome and always showed up.
Every single item I've ordered on wish came a month or so later. I was used to my items coming late! However, this particular time, my items never showed. The money was taken out of my account 6 months ago, & I STILL haven't received my items. They've even been taken off of the ''my orders' list. I contacted customer support (through email of course because they don't have "real people" on the phone) and I've been going back and forth with them for days. They keep saying that I've extended the refund date which is NOT any fault of mine. I'm speaking with different representatives each day & they all continue to tell me "have you any problems with future deliveries, contact us immediately." What about NOW! I'm never buying from wish again. I used to be a VERY proud customer, but this time, they've done it. If you want to KEEP your hard earned money, don't buy from here.
Beware of wish. I ordered on two separate occasions and have not received anything. When it's supposed to arrive on the expected date, it's pushes it back a week sometime two. I'd rather pay a crazy shipping fee from amazon then get ripped off and partly refunded from WISH. When you call no one answers. When you email they always email you back the same thing repeatedly... as if they just copied and pasted it. Scam scam scam please beware and don't shop here. I've placed over 25 orders with wish over the last two years. Every one has come perfect, with varying shipping times. If you're looking for next day shipping, wish is not the place to buy from, because they rely on individual sellers mostly in Asia. If you're looking for decent products, and outstanding prices, it's a great place to buy.
I questioned one item that was late. After that, I noticed all my iems arrival date was changed and the "Rate" button is gone on all. Example... due to arrive on the 1st. The 1st is now changed to the 8th. The rate button is gone but yet theres wording on my account that says..."if you have not recieved your item by the 8th please contact customer support". Huh?

You cannot trust this company and the things that come are different from the pictures when you first order. The first time I had a problem with Wish it was a "leather jacket." Obviously I wasn't expecting real leather for the price, but what came looked kind of like a shiny trash bag which is nothing like what the pictures on the website looked like. They refunded me for this, but then when a ordered a Phone charger with USB cable it arrived with no cable and for an outlet in a different country. They said that their website clearly tells you to select a certain size to get the right product, but I never saw this anywhere. They say the will refund me if I pay to ship the item back to China. I had a similar problem with another charger where I tried to go back and select the right "size" to get the product advertises and they said not to worry, just send the item back to China and I can have a refund. I cannot even imagine how much money I would have to spend to send items from the US to China. You cannot trust this company.
This company is I joke... I ordered a iPhone 6 Plus phone case and they send me a phone case for a 6... two months later all the other items I ordered is not as displayed on wish. Very disappointed with what I waited months for and can't even get a refund because no one responds!
I have ordered quite a few things from wish period I have never had a problem. Every item I have ordered with the exception of two things were received. When I went on the site and inform them that I did not receive the items buy money was immediately refunded. The delivery time usually takes a few weeks as indicated before I purchase. I am completely satisfied with wish as it has allow me to purchase things that would have cost quite a bit more when I did price comparisons. Have not had one problem yet.
I just wanted to tell everyone who might be interested in purchasing anything from the website "Wish", who also provides an app if you want to download it to your phone or computer.
When you get on the site, and look at the deals, you can't help but be amazed at the prices. They are amazing good. However, here was my experience when I dealt with them. I also spoke with a friend, who I unfortunately turned on to the site... they had same problem's... now I feel like an idiot for recommending them.
1) Of the 9 items I ordered, and gift I was promised for my first purchase, I received only 2 items. Of those 2, only 1 came on time. The rest... well who knows.
2) It was eventually explained that the items I ordered don't come from them directly, rather they come from whomever manufactures the item.
3) Purchase orders must be paid for in advance. Approximately 4 months after, I still haven't all my refunds.
4) There is NO WAY WHATSOEVER to speak with an employee to straighten problems out. Only via message board. They are exceedingly polite and endlessly promise to rectify problems, however when I attempted to request help with detailed explanation's of the issue, thir response is to repeat my complaint back to me, and to offer no solution except to assure me that "HERE AT WISH, WE HAVE YOUR BACK" followed by a request for me to be patient and a refund if the item hasn't arrived by the new date...
THAT IS EXCEPT FOR THE PRESENT THEY OFFERED ME FOR FREE... I HAD TO PAY FOR DELIVERY... When I complained I hadn't received the gift. WHAMBAM. They said they were refunding me the delivery fee.
In other words, they backed out of the free gift.
So I don't recommend dealing with them... they will try to hold on to or perhaps keep your money.

I have ordered 3 shirts or tops. First one was a xxxxxl since I wear a size 20 and reviews said it runs small. It may actually be a medium. Someone who wears a large can not fit it. The next one fit better but was not the 3x k ordered. Today I got what looked like a long sweater. I ordered again in a xxxxl. Got it and it is paper thin and not pretty. They sent it in a small and I do not know how to return this stuff. So I say do not order.
I ordered several items in October 2016 for Christmas! The remaining items finally arrived January 26,2017! Two of them were damaged! I sent my first email to Wish on February 1 to say I couldn't upload pictures and was there any other way? I tried to call them - no customer service! Long story short, nearly 15-20 emails later and two months - they now tell me that I'm outside of their 30 day return policy! Can you believe it - they have been giving me the run around for 60 days and then they tell me they can't reimburse me! This site is awful. Ordered 3 separate things. 1 st was a hat stitched so poorly that my 7 year old could have done a better job. 2. Never arrived but at least I got a message asking if I wanted a refund or keep waiting for it to show up. Luckily I picked the refund. 3rd same story as 2nd but I picked that I was willing to wait. When I inquired 2 weeks later I was told that they did not know where it was and that I was not eligible for a refund because it was 30 days past when it was supposed to arrive. In other words no product, no refund on price or shipping. Never again.

My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
