Buyer beware! W

My 1st time to order., and now 2 months later n no items have arrived. Used to watch for the mailman but recently gave up. I now believe I will see anything. I think they should be investigated and put out of business so more n more people stop getting ripped off.

I ordered an item from Wish company in early January, it's now April. I had contacted customer support multiple times to say I had not received my item. They kept replying saying check the post office and sending the post office' phone number. I had contacted the post office before I had contacted Wish.
I had to make a claim through Paypal which they never replied to so I could get my money back.

I ordered 8 things 3 months ago and only ever received one item. Refund process was fast and easy but makes you think. Maybe they never send out items in hope that you forget about it and they can keep your money. Very weird experience!

Scam! Beware

I ordered from this company called virago.com. They claim to be an American company but the products are actually from wish.com. I never received my item and cannot get in contact with anyone. Beware of hoax websites that wish tries to hide behind.

So free item when you open your account cool. Then you have to give cc number to pay 1.00 shipping that's the hook. Then you think OK wow is it really this great. So you order something else OK the line. You receive your items very quickly, this is great. So you place another order. Some things don't come or show up late. WISH has your back. They refund your money a month to 6 weeks later item arrives so it's free because they had your back. Place another order and stuff starts to trickle in each day. This order isn't what was shown or described so their gone to make it right. But you have to pay for the return shipping in order to get a refund. Even though the first reply to my complaint said I was validated in my complaint. The next day stuff comes and it's 3 pieces should have been 6 they are gone to send me rest of my order so sorry. Next morning the message says they will send a refund. I wanted the items not the refund so now must go out and purchase items some where else WISH I'd done that 3 weeks ago then would have it and wouldn't have a headache. Some items have been above and beyond my expectations. Several not so much. Buyer beware. Shop at your own risk. Clothing listed in description as a US size 22 is barely a size 10 US. And all is see through. They tell you order 2 sizes larger so next thing comes and I can fit 3 people in it. If you order gone by descriptions and overview pictures they tell you your fault for ordering wrong size. Snapshot all order information and questions and reply because you will at some point need it. Do not throw away original packaging if you are in question of an item ordered because they will ask for a picture of the original packaging with the tracking number because (THEY CAN'T FIND IT) so yep love to hate hate to love relationship with #WISH

I love shopping with Wish but I must admit it is addictive.
I bought some weight loss patches and only received 1/2 my order and Wish didn't hesitate to give me a refund. I felt the patches didn't suppress my appetite.
I purchased a nice blue top from them and I loved that top so much that I ordered 2 for my adult daughter.
I ordered a bluetooth speaker for my teen son and it is that awesome that he takes it everywhere as it is also a power bank for his phone. I have ordered another one for my daughter.
I have ordered toys for my grand kids. The alphabet snake is smaller than expected, the building pack was also a lot smaller thanexpected and theirfore the pieces are too small and dangerous for a child under 6.
The fidget spinners are great. The daughter, son and grandkids all have them.
I bought sheer curtains and they were good.
I also got a nurse watch arrive today. It is nice but I have not had it long enough to see if it keeps correct time. My son bought a beautiful shockproof, waterproof sports military watch that keeps time and has a blue night light.

My advice is to study the item detail and reviews before ordering the products.

So, I have ordered several things from wish.com. The shipping takes forever! But since it is coming over seas I expected that. Plus it says it in the reviews that they provide on the site. Sizing is also off. Again it is stated on the site that you should order up because the sizes are wrong.
For the price I paid for items and for the amount of time I got for them I feel like I got a decent deal.
I would shop here again, but never for anything I needed quickly!

Det är värsta inköp jag gjorde i hela mitt liv. Jag beställde några saker. De lovade leverans inom en månad. Det har gått 2 månader. Jag fick 2 saker av 4. Ingen förklaring från de. En trasig jacka, färgen inte den jag valde. Inget i jackan stämmer med bilden på Wish hemsidan. Det är en bluff företag som säljer skräp.

Not only is my first time account somehow corrupted. But trying to REPORT SAID CORRUPTION... was almost impossible to do. And even in the reporting. Response system... is CORRUPTED.

This is the first, last and only time I will ever use this $#*!ing piece of $#*! program for buying on line. They can't make your account... THINK. I tried to buy something. I go to see where my package is. To have the acount tell me first... that I have never purchased through them... $#*! I have three emails verifity every $#*!ing step of my order a tracking number and a confirmation number for the transaction. So I go to report something is wrong. 404... cant report. I LOG OFF and file as someone NOT with a account. To have a auto response tell me I have not given them the transaction number. Not only did my email have the numbers in them. I added $#*!ing pictures... their website reporting issues is COMPLETE $#*!.

Ordered an 5500 lumen 3d 1080p projector an once it came hooked it up an didnt work wireless didnt work couldnt access the interactive screens not at all what was described crappy picture no 3D. Then after contacting wish.com they were useless really dont feel like there trying to return the product just getting the run around

Over charge

I never had problems before but I made an order of $17.81 and suddenly I can't make my phone payment because there is a charge on my card from wish of $110.22 I am very pissed that I was over charged and pissed that I can't get ahold of there stupid people and now it's gonna take them 3 days to even read my email. I need my money back asap and that's not going to happen obviously because there is no actual way to reach this stupid place. This is ridiculous and I will never be ordering from them again after this. I should be able to dispute it with them but now I have to go to my bank. This app should be shut down with crap like this happening. One star for this $#*! hole.

I ordered items a month and half early for a birthday party. Nothing arrived by the party, even though the party was 2 weeks after the 'arrive no later than date' Wish provided when I ordered. One of the packages did end up showing up a few weeks later. The order had 2 items, instead of the 3 I had ordered and 1 of the items had a huge hole in it and an arrow sticker pointing to it. They obviously knew there was a hole when it was shipped. Don't waste your time waiting long shipping times for the terrible quality items Wish sells.

Saw the ad with stunning low prices, then looked at the website with its beautiful product photos, and decided to give it a try. Ordered three pairs of shoes, a casual pair, dress shoes, and some boots. Total cost of about $100 (and disappointment began right there with the extra $10-15 per item that unexpectedly got added). I speculated that they had negotiated bulk deals with selected manufacturers, or that the long delivery waits kept shipping costs down. Wishful thinking. After about a month wait, each item arrived (and meanwhile I was slammed with endless emails from Wish daily trying to sell me more stuff). Shoddy packaging that barely covered the shoes, and the boots got badly scuffed as a result. But the biggest problem is the shoes are all crap. Made of cheap plastic that stinks like those red rubber kickballs you played with in school -- and what looks like cardboard. You can see the glue where the soles attach. Overall they look terribly shoddy, like classic knockoffs. It's apparent they'd fall apart after a handful of wears (though I'd never embarrass myself by actually wearing them). Knew I was taking a chance, and unfortunately proved that you get what you pay for. Deleted the app and won't go back.

I havent had a problem until now. Someone ordered something on my Wish app. Someone being like a Hacker or something and then I couldnt be refunded. NOT HAPPY. ONLY USE A PREPAID CARD OR DONT USE IT AT ALL!

I ordered 8 items to them last Feb. 2017, only 2 items arrived. I had my email confirmation on every items ordered, but when I track my order it says I don't have transaction made from them. Customer support is a robot. Hoax site.

First and last time ordering! Reveived first item in 6 weeks and it was broken (improper packaging) now over 9 weeks second item still not received. The only good thing was customer service took care of my refund right away.

I've ordered several pieces of sterling silver jewelry. I'm in love with the quality for the prices. This stuff comes from China, so be patient. I've ordered about 30 or more pieces of jewelry and I honestly feel like I'm taking advantage. I pay no more than a few dollars for rings and earrings and the quality blows me away. Occasionally, I get things added to my order that I did not buy. But it's so inexpensive, it's not a problem. They always offer s refund. Why bother for a few dollars. I'm sure its something I'm doing on my end, as it is merchandise I looked at. I recommend it..
