I ordered a few things from wish the first thing was some of the clothing that they sent me they sent the wrong sizes. Second thing was that I ordered five different sets of handbags I never received the order I tracked the package they had no information on the package I even emailed them three different times with my concerns asking for a refund it's been 4 months now and they never got back to me or refund me my money I will never order anything from this app again totally dissatisfied with their service also there's no customer service number that you can call to speak to a live rep this is unacceptable
Don't buy anything seasonal because by the time you get your item it will be out of season! Don't let the ads entice you. Yeah it's cheap but yikes!?
I bought a fidget hand spinner to help my ADHD and I bought it off Wish. I bought it on march 10th and it never arrived. So I asked support if they could get me a refund or give me a new item and they said by April 6th they could get me a refund. So I waited and on April 7th I asked again and they still refused. Its now April 13th and I am almost getting to the point of contacting a lawyer because I am really mad! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE WEBSITE!
EquivalentAll of the idiots on here saying otherwise clearly haven't read the agreement with Wish. First off you are not buying from Wish, it works like amazon or eBay but based in Asia and now the US.
You are buying from different venders and if you do not receive your item by the date wish states, they will refund you all the money if you ask for it and they also notify you that if you still receive the item you can keep it as a gift.
I order stuff from there all the time, and i'd be lying if I said I received all of my items but I have gotten full refunds for everything I did not receive.
Also those complaining about the long shipping time, these items are coming from China and use their equivalent to the USPS. When item are shipped outside of china using that medium, your items sit in port for a minimum of 10 days (could be more) for inspection before they are loaded on a ship and sent to you home.
That's how wish works, use it and love it, or get over it!
It has been 6 months by now, my order is still not delivered. Items look so tempting but delivery is not guaranteed. Sofar I have ordered 4 items, in which none of them are delivered. Customer service is bit Good.

Purchased a bra. Each cup was a different size. (The left was a size D cup &the right was a size B cup)
Purchased a sundress for the beach( XL ladies). I'm a size 10 so I upsized because I wanted it to be really free flowing. The dress is too small (seems like an XXS)

I ordered 21 items, and out of my order 9 of the items fit, or I could use. One item never even came. I don't have time to go through the return process. So I will just have gifts for family and friends. I will be removing this app and will never use again.
I knew this sites shipping took longer than any reputable site, but really... It has been over 60 days since I placed an order and I have received only half of the products. No customer support team, just a bunch of looping questions and a comment box that takes 2-3 business days to get back to you. What a joke.
Chaques vêtements que j'ai pu acheter sur ce site, ne correspond pas à l'image, on se dit que ce qu'on va recevoir va correspondre et nous aller mais en faite pas du tout, ils envoient des tailles plus grandes, le tissu n'a rien à voir ou sinon c'est déchirer. Au niveau de la livraison c'est pratiquement toujours en $#*!. Les seules choses que je recommande chez eux c'est les vernis à ongles, pour le reste ce n'est pas la peine de commander
The dress I bought which was not linen as described, had no washing instructions. So I handwashed it in lukewarm water & hang it to dry. Well it shrank & it doesn't fit me any more! It sucks, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this site!
I give wish three stars because when I ordered a 24 pack of gel pens, I opened the 24 pack of the gel pens I got the ink inside the gel pens, not the outer plastic cover. When I ordered a cat squishy I came with one tear and one inside rip on the top of the squishy. The items that wish sells are very tempting to buy but I recommend looking very close at what you want to buy!
I read all the reviews thought I would give it a try heard and witness a lot of bad bad reviews but even so thought I would still give it a try but absolutely not was gonna order twenty one) items so glad I didn't so what I did was tested them my self put some items I'm my cart I figured up the total my self along with their total it was right. But heres the catch everyday their total went up more and more they kept adding more and more to my total so then I knew something was absolutely wrong wish you can't do that because my friend you always got someone a lot smarter when it comes to math you try to cheat the wrong person this time you're never gonna prosper people if you don't stop cheating your customers well guess what I bet you wished you didn't try to add now because you just lost someone who could have been your biggest buyer so who lost out you did you all will pay by the hands of GOD... I promise you I give you no stars and you better be glad you don't have a zero for a rating so I've said enough...
I have ordered 6 items and only received one and they keep changing the ship dates and they $#*! you around for your refund i will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN ITS A SCAM BEWARE
I've used the site twice and they stole my card information both times. The first time I was shopping online a lot so I did not tie it to one specific site. Then I shopped from Wish again and no other online store, and I got my card number stolen again. The products take forever to get to you and they're cheap as well. Do not purchase anything from Wish.
Ordered a waist trainer in 3 sizes bigger than I actually wear and after waiting forever, it arrived today and it is so small if might fit a small child, Im so disappointed. Wasted my money and my time
Always gotten good product and service from this site, everything delivered even though it takes time, but coming from overseas i understand, Had to use customer Service only once but they fixed everything right away, will continue to have fun with Wish.com
Placed an order for magnetic charge cords for Galaxy s7 waited months for the order to arrive. Did not receive the order contacted through geek app and at first they ask is I wanted my money back or another product I ask for the product. Then they said it was past 30 days of the order. Duh... they are trying to keep my money! Don't use these creeps!
