Fraud or what!

I always pay by PayPal. Always paid on time, always received what i ordered, then suddenly they would not accept my orders. They want a copy of recent paypal statement to show i order from them. Why? I have asked many times and they dont answer. I personally would not advise anyone to pay by bank card, only use paypal, it is the safest way to use this type of site. There is something wrong here, not sure, but do not feel safe sending them any details of my banking.

I'm sorry. I find it extremely difficult to take people seriously when they are unable to use basic punctuation in a review. It sounds uneducated. A similarity I have noticed in most (not all!) one star reviews is that the writer doesn't either know how to, or have time to, write a review that actually makes them seem intelligible. Not only does it make you look like a dumbass, you also come across as not being credible. If you want others to start taking you seriously, slow down and actually take time to form an intelligent response. Also, Summer P., no one can "waist" your time honey. Crack open a book!

I place an order for 2 phone ear plugs and never received them.
I contact the coustmer service several time and they claim and insisted that I received them...
Also They suggested that if I did not receive the items I should contact the post office and not them.

Made my first order on May 4th was promised delivery on 1st july when it didnt come i was promised 8th july which has come and gone... still waiting... have stuff on cart but cant pay before i recieve first package

I have been ordering from Wish for a year or so now. The items are what can be expected for the price, and shipping to Canada seems to take a loooong time with some sellers.

The customer service is really good. They answer promptly and for every piece I haven't received on time or if the product is defected, I have gotten my money back in full.

I've spent thousands with them they said a certain item was deliverd delivered and it wasn't they gave me the run around for weeks and said they can't issue a refund so they are keeping my money on an item I never recieved I will not longer buy from them

Wrong shoe size

Ordered some flip flop sandals in a size 5, when they came through are more like a size 4, no point in sending back so just kept and sold on ebay, wont order again, the sandals themselves were lovely they did take over 3 weeks to get here, but it is china,

This site is a complete scam and overall is very untrustworthy. I will never order from this site again, and people please be warned... THIS SITE is a fraud and they do not actually ship your product, but still bill your visa. Stick to amazon or something else.

What a joke site

This site is a joke, I've stupidly ordered several times from this site and each time they only send a portion of my order and "conveniently" something gets "lost" in shipping. Apparently they think either we.re too stupid to realize that they didn't ship everything, or that the item doesn't cost enough to cause the customer to pursue the missing item! Whenever you do happen to receive your order. It's cheaply made and usually the shipping costs more than the item itself. Save money and frustration because they have a computer generated response to all inquiries and you can never talk to a real person regarding your situation!

No Item No Refund
July 4, 2017

I ordered an item before Christmas. After waiting 6 weeks, they informed me that I would never receive it. After contacting them twice about a refund, they explained about the huge amount of refunds they were having to processand I would be contacted. It is now July and I am still waiting!
