After two whole weeks of trying to get in touch with a human being about my shoes - my husband finally reached someone. Because our shoes were outside of the return period, they'd do us a favor and allow us to exchange them. The catch? We had to pay the $30 to return the 2nd defective pair. I kindly told them to take their favor and shove it. Also - after this incident, I posted a full review on their actual website. Because it was negative - it was never approved so please let everyone know that the reviews on their site are biased cherry-picked reviews. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.
