I do recommend Wish.com to all my friends and family because I like their prices and it ships directly to your home.
Purchased valence didn't fit was in contact with them as far as returning item I was unable to print return label tried for 3 weeks in the meantime the put it on as wish credit card. This order started the end of May June they contact me and tell me that I owe them 150.00 for an 80.00 item and if I don't settle now that I will be turned over to collection. I contacted the company and asked for a refund because they were over 3 months late. Obviously the items are not showing up. I was told they had been shipped and were on the way. Well... that was back in November... it is now June. I tried to contact them again to request a refund and they had disabled all communication for those items. I deleted them ap... Every time I order something from Wish, you never send the products and everytime you just refund. Every time I get this email (Refund from wish) and therefore, I lost trust.

Cheap products at cheap price. Do not order from them especially XuZhiLi store with Michael. They sent product late, ring does not fit, cheap painting and material on ring. Product do not look like picture. Wish support person said they will refund once I send back the product. I sent the product back and still did not get my refund. I message Wish support group and they stated I have passed the 30 days refund policy when I sent it back within 2 weeks of receiving item that arrived extremely late (1 month and 2 weeks). Please be careful ordering from these over the sea people from Hong Kong or any other places mentioned here. They may scam you of your money and product. I ordered product on Feb. 27,2017; delivery estimated to be Mar. 24-28,2017; and received April 1st. I requested refund on April 3rd and returned product on April 12th. I still do not have my money refund even though it us within 30 days. Wish support was not supportive.

O wrote them - took a while They credited the product but not shipping saying it was in it s way and keep them when they get there. Never got them. Sid we contacted merchant - will resent them. You get what you pay for. I ordered 4 things before I checked the reviews. Got emails to say items had been sent. Looked at the reviews and deleted my account. I didn't even care about the 60 bucks I spent. Got a dress in the mail today. LOL 3 sizes too small, wrong colour, zipper that broke as soon as I tried to unzip it and bits of cotton hanging off the dress in 3 different places. It's the most see through cheap fabric and the lace has a yellow stain that looks like it's been bleached but they decided to use it anyway. Can't really blame them if these girls are making this crap ffor $#*! wages. I'm taking it to my dressmaker friend just to have a laugh but for 10 bucks what do you expect. I'm pretty sure the other items I ordered won't arrive now but if they do I'll be sure to put up another review. I went cheap. I got cheap. Hahaha lesson learned. A two dollar store will be better quality.
I have been buying clothing on Wish some of them did fit but too many do not. There is no way of tracking orders and most of the time there is no sizing tag on the clothing so you dont know what size you got. I am going to delete this app and save my money and get better made clothes in regular stores and not have to wait a month to get them.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
