I deleted the app when I realized the stuff is mostly crap and the shipping time is ludicrous. I am drowning in emails from them now. Their "unsubscribe "page is bogus also. You can't do it. I just want them to go away.
Wish was the worst online shopping there is. They said it would take a week for a fidget spinner to get to Australia and it took a month.

I have ordered many items from Wish.com and have been satisfied with most of them. However clothing runs small so read sizing charts carefully and I don't like how sometimes certain selections are higher priced than listed when you choose your favorite color or size. However. I do recommend Wish.com to all my friends and family because I like their prices and it ships directly to your home.
Purchased valence didn't fit was in contact with them as far as returning item I was unable to print return label tried for 3 weeks in the meantime the put it on as wish credit card. This order started the end of May June they contact me and tell me that I owe them 150.00 for an 80.00 item and if I don't settle now that I will be turned over to collection. Be smart don't ever use this site!

I have ordered from this company twice and I am yet to receive my full order, and the worst is they are very hard to get into contact with them. This is ridiculous, I am done with them, all of them because there are others who do the same thing, they are scammers.
I ordered a dress received something completely different. Ordered a baseboard cleaner and I never received it and they won't listen to me. All they can say is it's been delivered. I would never recommend this site to anyone
I have ordered several times from this company. At first they were fine... I really liked most of their jewelry. Then my orders stopped showing up... after I paid for them. I contacted the company and asked for a refund because they were over 3 months late. Obviously the items are not showing up. I was told they had been shipped and were on the way. Well... that was back in November... it is now June. I tried to contact them again to request a refund and they had disabled all communication for those items. I deleted them ap... I will no longer order from this company. Save your money!
Every time I order something from Wish, you never send the products and everytime you just refund. Every time I get this email (Refund from wish) and therefore, I lost trust.
So I ordered a few things from wish and they gladly took my money but now all dates my stuff should be in have all gone by and all I got was o e damn thing. This app or site *******@sS I will never buy from them again and nor will I recomend it to anyone.
Cheap products at cheap price. Do not order from them especially XuZhiLi store with Michael. They sent product late, ring does not fit, cheap painting and material on ring. Product do not look like picture. Wish support person said they will refund once I send back the product. I sent the product back and still did not get my refund. I message Wish support group and they stated I have passed the 30 days refund policy when I sent it back within 2 weeks of receiving item that arrived extremely late (1 month and 2 weeks). Please be careful ordering from these over the sea people from Hong Kong or any other places mentioned here. They may scam you of your money and product. I ordered product on Feb. 27,2017; delivery estimated to be Mar. 24-28,2017; and received April 1st. I requested refund on April 3rd and returned product on April 12th. I still do not have my money refund even though it us within 30 days. Wish support was not supportive.
Bought earing mid april - only 15.00 including shipping. Never receive the order. O wrote them - took a while They credited the product but not shipping saying it was in it s way and keep them when they get there. Never got them. Sid we contacted merchant - will resent them. Wrote a week later - sorry merchant will not send them. Now waiting for the shipping credit.
You get what you pay for. I ordered 4 things before I checked the reviews. Got emails to say items had been sent. Looked at the reviews and deleted my account. I didn't even care about the 60 bucks I spent. Got a dress in the mail today. LOL 3 sizes too small, wrong colour, zipper that broke as soon as I tried to unzip it and bits of cotton hanging off the dress in 3 different places. It's the most see through cheap fabric and the lace has a yellow stain that looks like it's been bleached but they decided to use it anyway. Can't really blame them if these girls are making this crap ffor $#*! wages. I'm taking it to my dressmaker friend just to have a laugh but for 10 bucks what do you expect. I'm pretty sure the other items I ordered won't arrive now but if they do I'll be sure to put up another review. I went cheap. I got cheap. Hahaha lesson learned. A two dollar store will be better quality.
I have been buying clothing on Wish some of them did fit but too many do not. There is no way of tracking orders and most of the time there is no sizing tag on the clothing so you dont know what size you got. I am going to delete this app and save my money and get better made clothes in regular stores and not have to wait a month to get them.

I have been waiting for my order and never seen my order come and i have sent more mail messages for them and they are is horrible services i'm said that please don't buy anything and support this business anymore because they are lied to you and all shoppers like us end up they are scam and took the money from us stay way from this business people
