They suspended my account a year ago, never answered me as to why or answered my calls or emails. They seem as useless as Beezid

I lost thousands with them never received items, had items in store and hundreds in unused bids. Filed complaint with Canadian BBB. Never did get response

They are quick, froendly people when you have issues or questions. They ship lighting quick!
