The prices on this site for all items are hard to beat! I have bought many items from this site and do most of my xmas shopping via Wish! Lots of choice over a wide range of items from clothing to hosuehold items to electronics. Delivery can take a few weeks in some cases, but customer service is great if you ever have any queries!
This is how they get you. They offer low prices, but high shipping. You get product, in my case everything I ordered large came as children's medium, way too small and wrong color and one was wrong item. They tell you to pay for shipping to send it back for a refund. They profit from overcharging on shipping and making you pay for returning wrong items. I have yet to receive a refund. Someone needs to $#*! them down.
All i can say is i love this website. Fast shipping, great products... the shipping is usually twice the amount of the order but it depends on what you buy
Okay well Wish had rebilled me after giving me a refund of 40 bucks. Then they went back a month later and re billed my CC for 40 bucks. This was all done with out telling me or letting me know I found out when I couldn't use my CC and went to find out why I was over limit.
So I fought the charge I had to take screen shots of all the messages between me and the Wish staff which plainly said we will not re charge you even if you receive the items later consider it a gift to you for us not getting you your items in the time frame we said we would you can always count on Wish.
So I sent in my screenshots and gave the my side of the story it took about 2 months to finally got cleared up but got my letter from my CC company the other day and they found in my favor and have refunded my money once again to me.
So wish you can stick that where the sun don't shine and as I told you after you did this dirty trick you were losing several customers and you have me my wife and also my son and his wife and a couple more are all closing there accounts with you because you can't be trusted. My advice people is stick with EBay I have been with them many many years over 20 years and have never had a problem!
Nope no questions just here to post how Wish ripped me off by re billing me way after a case was closed and I tried to complain to wish but got nothing but bullshit comments back from wish and was re billed $39.01. Let me make this clear I was refunded my money it was sent back to my credit card company case was closed and months after they re billed my credit card and I just checked my statements and they did take their money. Even though some items have never came ring was to small for even little finger ask yourself why would I buy something that would b to small. As of now nothing I can do except forward all my screen shots off Wish and write a statement of what happened and show case was closed and Wish is just a bunch of thieves.
So this is my first site I am going to to warn people NOT to use credit cards and NOT to buy from wish it's just as I thought from the beginning a rip off site.
Wish says they aren't doing it my CC says it's Wish that is going ahead with this charge after a couple to few months after closing my case. Plus because my case was closed I received a ring that was wrong size didn't even fit little finger but because case was closed couldn't complain about it. Wish had stated even if your items come in because seller didn't send on time I get something from that order 3 or 4 months later and guess what I am billed for it.
Wish says even if you get items after refund keep it as our thanks for shopping wish and because seller did not get item to me in time frame allotted.

I still never even got all the items I ordered but ended up paying for nothing. Also be cautious of what you are buying some items were fine but other items pure china crap that is unusable. Yes they say send it back for refund just check to see how much a small package will cost you to send it to china you will be paying 3 to 4 times more just to ship than what item is worth.

They were delivered the next day. Is Wish perfect and all their merchandise high quality with prices too good to be true? No, however I believe they're not as bad as they're made out to be. Wish.com got me over the smartphone. They advertised very inexpensive prices so I started putting things in the cart. I wanted to review my order and delete somethings before sending it in, but instead my order was automatically placed and I was unable to cancel it. Not to diss China, but a lot of their products wee shipped directly from China and it was hard to keep track of what was going on. There was no one to contact if an item wasn't good. Every time a package came from them I was disturbed by it because I hadn't intended to order! I would advise everyone to stay away from wish.com.
I'm new to wish having bought my first order but I can say that Wish is definitely a keeper. The Items are very reasonably priced and the delivery of the products are quick. I enjoyed my first visit, bought several items and will repeat the process many times more in the future.

A friend had told me about this Wish app and I have seen it on Pinterest as well. I ordered a t-shirt, trousers & jeans... All came in earlier than expected delivery date which was great. The t-shirt was a low quality, but the jeans and trousers turned out perfect! Glad I went with my gut instead of listening to the reviews below me. Definitely made a good purchase and good experience.

I ordered 2 items and they came according the estimated time of delivery, my hair extensions are great, the free sterling silver ring is real, is has s925 imbedded in it. The quality of the hair is exactly what I would expect inexpensive clip ins to be. I feel horrible that others have had a bad experience, but I see it is has a risk, just a little risk for inexpensive items. One should probable stick with Wish approved sellers. I'll def give it a chance again and hopefully I won't run into the same issues others have had.
I ordered several pieces at once, and 90% we're horrible fabrics, mis-aligned buttons, and all of it was 2 sizes too small. The only ones I would consider going forward are name brand items and things you would use for cosplay / dress up, as nothing was work appropriate.
Purchased a product and it did not arrive. Messaged customer service to get a refund, and was refused on the basis that I did not message within 30 days of the 'estimated arrival date.' When I pointed out that they had messaged me after the supposed 'estimated arrival date' to say that the product would arrive late, which is why I did not ask for a refund sooner, they did not care and still refused a refund. Pretty sure this was a scam, since the product I purchased is no longer advertised on the site. I have since deleted my account with Wish, and will never use this website again.
I ordered 7 items at once from wish and got first item within 2 weeks which seemed pretty good till I opened the package. The first item I get is broken and does not work at all, I received an other two items couple weeks later, had to get them sized but that's fine. I am still waiting for 4 other items to come and no luck... over a month gone by and starting to think I got ripped off. Another thing you can not call to speak to anyone, recording just sends you to they're crappy contact support in the app that is not helpful at all. I gave them a 1 on review because doesn't let you pick any lower. Stay away this app friends. Terrible.
I've been ordering from wish for a long time. Personally, my only complaint is length of delivery time. I've often waited for like 10 weeks for an item. And if you aren't aware, there are hundreds of sellers, so keep that in mind as you receive each item separately. Also many people complain about sizes of things. Everything. So read the sizes/amounts of things which are always in metric. Get out your metric conversion done so you're not surprised. Pics of items are not accurate. So... if you order don't forget these tips. Also remember that clothing sizes will always be super small. I weigh about 115 and I'm 5'2. I would need an xxxl t-shirt. Just saying.

'On June 26th, 2017, my 7 year old son got onto my iPad and made a $850.00 purchase on my Wish.com app. I IMMEDIATELY began cancelling the orders. And I even sent an e-mail to this very same address. Even though it was within the stated '8 hours of purchase', there were several big ticket items that claimed were already 'being shipped'. There was a total of THREE items.
I have received TWO of the three items. And I have had them for about 3 weeks now. I contacted the seller IMMEDIATELY upon receiving them. They claimed they sent me a 'return address label' via e-mail. I only received ONE e-mail. Therefore, I have only been able to return ONE item.
1. The ONE item I DID return to sender, the sender has yet to contact me or refund my money. I KNOW THEY GOT THEIR PRODUCT BACK. UN-OPENED. AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR WEEKS.
The SECOND item, despite my MANY, MANY, MANY messages asking them to please re-send me the e-mail with a 'return shipping label'. THIS ALSO HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR WEEKS. Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
