Its all scam my order wasn't ship and stop laying there is no within the estimated shipping window. I place the order on Jan 29th receiving day was 5 days now its 35 days. The firs email I receive was 5days to cancel the order now its 8 hours can you make up your mind. Its been over month I don't want your order and do not lay that order has been ship. You are a scam and I will do my best to expose you.
I INSIST CANCEL THE ORDER AND RETURN MONEY.
The other issue I have the product made and send from China so to epidemic coronavirus you should cancel the order and stop spreading virus. I don't want any product from China due to epidemic.

I have ordered over 50 some items on this website, that was around mid-November. Considering that I have received all but 11 items so far I don't think I will be complaining. The only time I have had an issue so far is when something was supposed to arrive and it did not, I then requested a refund and put in that it had not arrived by the given date, the next day I had my money back and a pleasant message telling me that if the order should arrive to simply keep it as an apology. For those complaining about the difference in size, there is such thing as a description tab and 9 times out of 10 they give you the dimensions of an item. If you don't look before you buy then you should not be complaining about it, that is called user error. Also as for the fact of items looking different on occasion, hate to break this to some of you but this also happens at big stores as well. I have gotten plenty of items from legitimate stores that have issues. However, the biggest difference here is you are not paying an ignorant amount of money for most items for it to not be correct. With all honesty do not let the negative reviews scare you away. I have ordered different variations of things from this site and I love it. Allow me to break it down however, always check the description tab for dimensions, some items may appear a little cheap although it was so, many items I have bought from there (including charms, bracelets, earrings, and necklaces), look like legitimate quality item sometimes even better than the cheapie looking ones you can buy from stores around you. Considering the amount of money you pay for most of these items, and as long as you are not in a huge hurry to get them, then I would definitely suggest using this site! As previously said I absolutely love it.
Purchased a watch from wish and the watch band did not fit and could not be adjusted. I was offered a full refund, what else can you ask for.
All items are from China, ordered 8 items all too small... shoes, pants and dresses. I ordered the correct size they just send u anything.DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH. HORRIBLE. BIG RIP OFF
I have been making regular purchases from Wish for the past couple of years. I learned the over half of the items never arrive and probably 80% of the product that does arrive is late. Up until recently I was always refunded for my missing/never delivered or late products. All was great until the last 12 or so items that I ordered didn't show. I requested refunds for these items as I always have before and they blocked my account. I emailed wish and was told that they could not unblock me, no reason given btw. I can only assume that it is because they refunded the last 12 or so items to me (never received the item so I should be refunded according to their policy).
My theory is that most of the items never actually ship from the store. I was always ok with that because I got my money back for these items.
I am still waiting on a number of items to arrive, most of which are a few weeks late already and I'm guessing that they will never arrive.
Of course now that my account is "blocked" I will never get my money back. Poor business wish!
I was one of your biggest promoters and advocates, telling everyone that I know to use your site with great reviews. I will never spend a dime at wish again and I hope that many people read this review... be hesitant before buying because they will screw you!

I received three of the outstanding orders that I have been waiting for.
The 6 order so that have should have arrived but have Not. AND they still have my account blocked so I can not be refunded or contact anyone to find out Where my stuff is. The tracking doesn't show these in Canada. I still have another 3 orders that are late but say that they should arrive soon.

I ordered an item from Wish.com on 20 April, I paid for shipping and was guaranteed a delivery date by 4 May. After five days watching my item move between warehouses in spread throughout China, all updates ceased on 25 April.
I attempted to reach Wish.com through their online customer service where I discovered it to be a one hundred percent automated system of yes/no questions that provided almost the same general, non specific answer no matter what I chose, something to the effect of "You've paid for your item and it has shipped. Because we use a variety of international carriers, it may be difficult or impossible to provide tracking updates. Please continue to wait for your item."
After days of trying to reach a human being, I went looking for an 800 number to call customer service. I had to Google search to find the number, and when i found and called it, "Thank you for calling Wish.com. We no longer provide phone support to our customers. Please use our online customer service link for more assistance."
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, it is obvious Wish.com is a scam. Wish.com responded to BBB's complaint with a response that was nearly word for word the same automated information I received using their online customer service and is refusing to refund me as "... our records show your item has shipped." They've added an additional 8 to 12 weeks waiting time before I receive the item they claim "Already has shipped."
From the time I purchased the item, I believe all the information Wish.com provided was fraudulent and intentionally misleading; Wish.com, a mistake I will never make again!

I love going on wish and I have ordered from their twice but BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU BUY. I've only bought small, objects like Phone cases and pens but I would NEVER buy clothes or anything over $10 on those site. Many of the stuff that comes from the site are cheaply made and poor quality. Almost all the clothes on the site are VERY poorly made! Also beware, a lot of the items you order come from China and take VERY LONG to arrive - usually it says a month but it will come usually 2 months or even 3 months to arrive!
The only good thing about the site is that smaller things like nail stamps and earnings are good for the price (usually $2-$4) as well as they give you a 100% refund if the order is wrong, broken or never comes - no questions asked. I bought some nail polish once and when it came it was completely hard when it arrived - it was frozen solid! But when I asked for a refund and sent a picture they gave me a full refund which was very nice since I was so excited for the product and it ended up a bust.
You order a number of items at one price and check out then it says you were to late to get it for that price.

I purchased a high end product over $230, plus shipping. I followed the prompts to track this item and the response was always that the item was delayed for 2-3 weeks. Item said it was delivered but I never received item. When I approached WISH and kept receiving an automated response regarding a 30day refund policy. I believe it is unfair if WISH responses that the item is delayed 2-3 weeks from the initial ETA and that customer should wait for item, but the item never arrives. Customer waits for item and the 30 days pass because item is delayed (perhaps due to covid) and customer in good faith waits for item to arrive. Passing 30 day refund policy. When item does not arrive, WISH should provide a REFUND after the 30 days has passed plus the extra delay time WISH suggested us to wait. WISH does not provide a refund for the item although WISH told customer to wait for item to arrive 2-3 weeks delayed. I am not satisfied and never received my expensive item. Does WISH value us as customers? In good faith, they should honor the refund.

The quality of the produkts are variated. Some are of okej quality and some are nothing like the adds description or pictures.
The sizeing is always smaller and yoi have to order atleast 3 sizes up from your normal size.
Many of the produkts does not arrive.
The orderhistory almost never work and when it does it works poorly and often freeze. It takes alot of energy to leave a rewiev.
Absolute garbage. Items are STILL STILL in China. Not even on a damn plane after nearly 3 weeks. Service is abysmal.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
