Products pictured on the app and the way they are described are NOT AT ALL how you will receive them! By the time you receive your item you have that much less of time to return it, if you so choose to. They try to say how they will make it right and refund your money... I'M HERE TO TELL YOU... THEY WILL NOT! They want you to take pictures of the product in order to get a refund, exchange, etc., which I did and with in the 30 day period ( I even offered to mail it back at my expense). The problem also is that you NEVER deal with one person. You send in your request and Susan with Customer Service will reply and has a question for you. As you respond, you then get a response from a John with Customer Service who is now responding with a totally different outlook on how he feels the situation should be taken care of. Bottom line... they give you the runaround and It's a BIG SCAM! Needless to say I'm out $102 for a defective Professional Airbrush Makeup System Kit that doesn't blow out air as it should (I can blow air harder than this thing can) and stuck with this machine that doesn't work! DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH!
This is a San Fransisco based company with probably good intentions and hopes on being the next Amazon. Will they succed? Not likely.
All the suppliers on this site are direct from China, which keeps the costs very low and that is atracting millions of customers from around the world.The problem is that 90% of the suppliers are scam artists. People pay for goods and never receive them.The tracking numbers given out is almost always a fake. And the info given on this site about the location of your pkg is bull.
If you are are in the lucky 10% that actually recieves a pkg you'll soon realize that the item is total rubbish In which case you'll feel like a bigger fool.
There is little or no customer service wich means you will most likely loose your hard earned money. I don't believe that Wish's management is unaware of the problems but it seems they aren't too eager to solve them. I hear they are waiting for a buyout
Ebay and Amazon are still the safest choices. Stay clear of phoney wishes

I would give it 0 stars if I could! Ordered a golf net on 27th March on the basis the delivery would be with me between 3-7th May (birthday present). It didn't arrive by 7th May so i contacted them asking for a refund and was told it would now be with me by 22nd May. I then waited over another 2 weeks and it didn't arrive by 22nd May. I am now demanding a refund under Consumer Rights Act 2015 and they keep ignoring my request and simply sending the same email over and over again. They are now saying to get in touch after 6th June if it doesn't arrive. This is the 3rd delivery date and they told me after the 2nd one to get in touch if it doesn't arrive. But when you get in touch after it doesn't arrive, they do nothing - tell you to wait again and give you another date over 2 weeks in future. Absolutely shocking service, would never ever use again in a million years and will be making a point of making reviews on them so everybody knows they will take your money, not deliver, and ignore your rights as a consumer!

The Set it up was a little difficult to do and it don't hold that many of all contact numbers only a few also the volume is too low.
I have been waiting almost 3 months for my product to arrive. It is almost impossible to talk with a real person. I will never order from Wish again!

Would never ever use another Chinese app again and that is just what this is. Send wrong size gave me refund back again but stuff is very poor grade!
Don't be deceived. Wish isn't a good site. Go elsewhere. You will just end up wasting your money without getting what you want or the way you want it

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
