It might take a few weeks but you get the product. There are some realky nice things on the site. I enjoy shopping.

All of my items have arrived and I've been happy with all of them. BUT, here's what you should take into consideration:
- Sizing is NEVER good for Wish clothing. Buying any sort of clothing article on Wish is a huge risk that will more often than not leave you disappointed. However, I am one of the lucky few that picked sizes well so it is possible to get good results. (1 size up for a sweatshirt and my medium butt somehow fit into all the underwear I ordered)
- It takes a LONG time. You'll be waiting for months. Yeah, I don't care what the cute little display says, it'll take months. If you can learn to be okay with that, (all shipping is 2$ so, personally, I am) then Wish is a good option.
- It's cheap China-made stuff... so buy things that don't need to be high-quality. The things I've bought were mostly cute little decorations that have no problem during mass-production. If you need quality, look elsewhere because you get what you pay for.
- You see those blue check marks next to certain items? Those are reliable. Go for those when you can.
- Make good use of the refund system! As soon as your item exceeds its LATEST arrival date (Not when it's pushed back. Spoiler: it WILL be pushed back.), contact support under the refund option. They've refunded about half of my items in this manner because, as mentioned, it takes a long time.
Is it worth it? That's up to you. But it's not a scam, per se.
EDIT: Fraud and individual sellers
- I've seen a lot of reviews lately about credit card fraud originating from Wish sellers. This has not happened to me but pick your sellers carefully. The blue checkmark should be a safe bet as far as sellers go and items with tons of good reviews should be as well. What buyers need to understand is that Wish is a marketplace. It doesn't have the best security and it allocates a grand total of 0$ to customer service but they're not stealing your money, unwisely chosen sellers are.
EDIT 2: Price bump-up
Wish has now significantly increased all their prices, now gaining more profit from the item itself on top of what they added into shipping. These are no longer bargains and I will therefore be giving Wish a lower rating.
When Wish sends items, it's completely "Buyer Beware"! 1/2 the time, items are shipped in flimsy, unprotected plastic bags. Trying to buy electronics or fragile items (tempered glass screen covers, perchance?) - hope that one of the 4 or 5 or 10 are unbroken and usable. Oh, and IF your items arrive within 30 days from ordering... so that you can see them and verify if they're intact or damaged, then you can contact support for help. Heaven forbid THEIR delivery is late (last 30 days), but the items finally show up damaged... because then it's 30 days past ordering and TOO LATE to get your $$ back! Shady, shystery, customer UNfriendly, manipulative, and impossible to provide a fair and protected customer shopping experience.
(I'm in a similar situation now where 4 of 8 screen protectors arrived broken. But they arrived more than 30 days past the order date... and when I realized they were broken (almost 60 days after ordering), instead of offering me at least site credit OR my $$ back, they referred me to an updated refund policy that only goes back 30 days. Now I'm out of luck, out of screen protectors, and fed up with Wish's horrible Customer Support. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. THEY CHEAT CUSTOMERS AND REFUSE TO STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS AND "QUALITY".)
Ordered 2 shirts 4 my son not only did they not arrive on time BUT when I contacted wish I was given run around via email

Foolishly ordered 7 products from Wish. I'm normally a savvy shopper and do a goodly amount of on-line purchasing.
Of the 7,2 were cancelled by Wish but I am still waiting for my refund more than 30 days later. They said it would take a while and to ask my Credit Card company for it. I have; and United Mileage Card is not remiss in handling refunds.
2 items were both due May 1 - 14. But here we are on May 28. One is still in China but "will be here tomorrow the 29th" to Rochester NY. Rally!? Pretty fast shipping if you ask me. Supposedly the other in is Stamford Conn, and it will now be here June 10. The shipping status is fabricated in that the entire chain shows 8 (yes 8) transfers within China over a 3 week period, with pairs of them into and out of the same locations.
Please look carefully at the 'sent' date of April 29 of the order confirmation, even as I forwarded it to myself today the 28th. All other status were pulled from the Wish site today.
As a point of note: the two different stores they show as part of the order fulfillment do not exits; and no legitimate shipping company (not FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other) show up. Just what Wish chooses to show, and which is clearly not valid.
Last: please note that Wish says they will not process refunds for more than 8 days after and order has been placed... OR has been shipped. Hence they will not allow me to cancel and get a refund as they show that everything has been shipped.
Do NOT order from this place for anything over a couple of dollars including shipping. And then consider it like a carnival... you do it for fun. Unethical hardly covers it. My only consolation is that what goes around comes around.

Cancelled order before it was shipped. Asked for refund. It was 1.80 short! I find their practices and advertising are deceptive!

Sometimes desappointed pictures not always matching reality and sizes being left to imagination but correct and pay you back good site

Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
