Hit and miss

I have never had any issues getting a return for items that I never recieved. However, they have the tendency to send you the wrong colors/patterns and sometimes "similar" products that aren't similar at all (eg: different brand of lipstick. Still lipstick but not the one I ordered)

You have to be cautious. Read reviews for the item AND the store reviews.
I have found it difficult contacting the stores selling the items, they tend to be unhelpful but when contacting the WISH support team directly, they're very good to make things right.

WARNING! EXPECT TO WAIT 1 month on all orders. It's from China. It drives me crazy seeing all the bad reviews just bc of slow shipping.
If you want fast shipping, but the same crap from Amazon for double the price.
Seriously, everything on wish is also on Amazon. For way more.

Generally I like the app.
Know if you see anything "name brand" it will be a fake/dupe. It may come close to comparison, you may just pay for the logo.
Either way, read reviews.

I have spent about $300 on items. Clothes don't fit, toys don't work or toooooo loud. Some items are ok, but just a few. It takes about 4-6 wks to receive it. I'm done, I won't be ordering any more.

I haven't received 9 items I ordered 7 months ago. They refuse to refund me! I complained regularly on the app, asking where my orders are, asking for refunds and all I get back is, I didn't let them know exactly before 30 days after the supposed delivery should have taken place and therefor no refund. Although I did inform them on the same app/notification board, more than once, before the 30 days that I did not receive my items.

How can they refuse to give me my refund for something I never received? That is stealing my money! I even have proof that the parcels never even arrived in my country (South Africa).

Oh yes, and the best part is, the few items I did receive, is very poor quality, didn't fit and not at all like the pictures, don't be fooled. AND I ended up paying so much shipping for it once I got to the post office to collect the parcels (that is for each item every time), I might as well could have bought something similar here in a retail store which would have been much better quality, fitted me and the same price in the end.

VERY VERY UNHAPPY!

Their slogan - "We have your back! You never have to worry when you shop on Wish" - SO NOT TRUE

Worst experience ever, placed my order on 24th of April and after month and half dated 05th June received just 1 parcel out of my 5 parcels(Baby towel made of China) and of worst quality ever, they post something else on their website and deliver absolutely different quality and stuff altogether
Reached out to them many times for my parcels but no progress when it comes to product delivery
