I've bought items from wish before nothing too pricey and never a lot of items and I was always satisfied. However this time I bought over $100 dollars worth of items and the packages are missing. They say delivered to the mailbox however upon not finding then in the mailbox I contacted wish's customer service. Wish has refused to help in anyways just telling me to contact my local post office which I have and they say they never received anything with the tracking number wish told me to provide them I emailed wish customer support and they refuse to offer me a refund because it says delivered I feel stolen from I will never use wish ever again because of this I wasted $100 on items I was so excited to get and now I don't have them and everyone especially wish are just ignoring the fact that the packages are missing. I feel cheated I've never had anything like this happen and now everytime I email wish all they're doing is resending what I just emailed. I'm disgusted I hope this never happens to anyone else.
Attaractive deals with worst quality products and defective many-a-time. The price they quote might be half of what you get normally but then when the product arrives, you regret paying even that half price for that cheap quality product which would be price of a scrap material. Never recommend this app or site to anyone. Like everyone says... Chinese items last only for a day(that too even if you are lucky enough, else it would normally be a defective one most of the time), this app proves it JUST RIGHT! Low quality Chinese items... Wish.com charged someone else's credit card for items that I ordered without my knowledge even though my card was also on file in my account info. Then one day I went to place another order and found that Wish had suspended my account (I presume because the other card holder disputed the charges). I have followed the instructions the contact them to resolve this enormous error and not only have they not contacted me back, now the site and app won't allow me to contact their customer service department. I recently read a comment that they are harvesting peoples credit cards, and I have frantically tried to remove mine from their site but can't be sure If I have been successful. I was pleased with the service and products I received until these fraudulent acts occurred. If only they would contact me to resolve this. Now I'm contacting a law enforcement agency about this. I urge anyone who reads my post to use caution. And if anyone has credible info that can help me please let me know. Don't bother with snide remarks or wastful words as that would just be insult to injury.

Firstly I ordered about 60 items altogether end of January and still waiting for half of my stuff

THIS COMPANY IS CROOKED. THEY STOLE FROM ME. THEIR APP GLITCHED AND ORDERED MY ENTIRE CART BY ACCIDENT. DID NOT ALLOW ME TO CANCEL THE ORDERS UNTIL AFTER THE ALLOTTED 8 HOUR TIME LIMIT. I CANCELLED MY DEBIT CARD AN HOUR AFTER THE ORDERS WERE MADE AND STILL 11 items WERE ORDERED AND CHARGED TO ME. I have lost over $250 TO THIS THIEVING "COMPANY". Terrible horrible experience with items unintentionally ordered. Returning items ridiculously impossible. Loss of over $250. No way to speak to a human. Save yourself heartache. They probably will hide this review. They need to be SUED by all of us whom they've stolen from!

They refuse to issue money refunds, almost 98% of the time, they will only do "WISH CASH,"mail gets lost, and they'll say items were delivered. They do not take responsibility for any fault of their own. They ask very pertinent information including Driver's license, sometimes random pieces of identity, and they even Social Security! No real customer service number, everything is robotic. They do not care about their customers. This place needs to burn straight through the ground. Wouldn't be much of a loss. They are the worst merchants They are 100% robotic. They lack compassion and understanding of the customers and do not resolve issues accurately. They are the worst merchants I've ever had to deal with, and I'm just so fed up with their con games. People every where are finding them out. They lack true professionalism. They need to be completely shut down.

As other users here said... they just keep changing delivery dates forever without giving you a chance to request a refund... THIS IS FRAUD!... You can't rip off people's money like this. You need to stick with the first delivery date and if it doesn't arrive or the product is returned to the sender (as it was mine when i did the international tracking of the product), YOU HAVE TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK!

This site is $#*!ing amazing! If I haven't received an item or it is late (happened twice) they send you a message. They gave me a refund and resentthe items at no extra charge.

I knew I was going to get a total piece of junk knockoff. I ordered a OTF Microtech knife. Let me reinterate I'm no idiot, I expected junk. What I got was worse and not even the piece of junk knife I ordered. Then they had the balls to put Benchmade w/ the logo on the blade. Bet they would like to know that. Trust me Benchmade is top notch and wouldn't piss on this knife if it was on fire. I found out what I knew all along. Don't ever order from Wish, unless your curious like I was just to see how bad they are. I mean it could have been at least a knockoff of what I ordered. Rot in hell I really WISH you would. One star because I had to. Wish deserves - 10 stars.
IF you decide to buy from this outfit be sure to pay with PAYPAL and like all the items that I ordered that NEVER came, I had to open a dispute with Paypal to get my money back. I do not like the game they are playing. I think they think that because their prices are sometimes LOW that if it does not arrive that we will not bother to come after them to get our money back. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
