I've bought items from wish before nothing too pricey and never a lot of items and I was always satisfied. However this time I bought over $100 dollars worth of items and the packages are missing. They say delivered to the mailbox however upon not finding then in the mailbox I contacted wish's customer service. Wish has refused to help in anyways just telling me to contact my local post office which I have and they say they never received anything with the tracking number wish told me to provide them I emailed wish customer support and they refuse to offer me a refund because it says delivered I feel stolen from I will never use wish ever again because of this I wasted $100 on items I was so excited to get and now I don't have them and everyone especially wish are just ignoring the fact that the packages are missing. I feel cheated I've never had anything like this happen and now everytime I email wish all they're doing is resending what I just emailed. I'm disgusted I hope this never happens to anyone else.
