I just found this site and I'm a pretty trusting soul. I am home recuperating from spine surgery at BARROWS... My daughter's birthday is in June so since I can't go out (surgery AND Virus) I ordered a dress... Because I then looked over OTHER. Dresses (curiosity) and then because there is NO WAY to just verify your order BEFORE hitting the "PAY" BUTTON... WISH.COM... charged me $79.84 for what was supposed to be a.$3.00 charge! (They had changed the price at checkout to $14.00). I swallowed that and NOW I CAN'T REACH ANYONE... There 1-800 # goes NOWHERE! NO WAY to reach ANYONE! I KNOW NOW that everything comes from CHINA;! I feel VIOLATED... Nothing like this has ever happened to me before.(like with GROUPON, etc) I just want to cancel EVERYTHING...(I Had also ordered 5 pairs of medical gloves for apprx.$7-$10... THATS ALL! I am just SICK that I can't reach ANYONE! I WILL NEVER USE THE SITE WISH.COM again, and I will spread the word!

Initially the price on clothing is one low price but when you get to the checkout it is several dollars more. And this has nothing to do with shipping charges. I have a complaint to wish.com twice
Lots of new items and gadgets to chose from. The prices are great and delivery is quick. They also have a 10 day refund/return policy at no cost which is a great incentive to order through Wish.com.
Half come on time some never came at all. Some was good quality. Some was garbage. Dont look at pictures because most are a trick to get you to order something but not what is in picture

Great Experience, Great Customer Service, Refunds Given Without any Issue. They've oft Times Contacted ME to give me a refund if the item takes too long to Deliver. What people do not understand is that wish is comprised of several stores not just 1 store. They over look the cost and the shipping. When you buy from Wish the shipping is either mass shipped or come via Snail Mail. You do not have the option to choose ergo your savings. Snail mail from China can sometimes take up to a month, but in all my experience with Wish they've always contacted me via the App and asked if I have received my item and if I haven't, they offer me a refund which I always receive without issue. I'm sorry for what everyone else is going through but I've bought stuff ranging from a single $1 with shipping another $1 to $250 with free shipping and they have never disappointed me. If they could not send the item. I'd get a notice on the app and given a FULL refund. I'll continue to order from them until they mess up on my orders I guess.

I have been patiently waiting for my order. For example Wish sent me a message asking if my disinfectant gloves were received. I sent a message no. They were due in June. My item is a month and a half late. But the automated customer service "chat" refunded the shipping charge and suggests following up in a few weeks for a full refund if I still haven't received it.

I've ordered many things from this site. A dog collar, some shirts, two piece outfits, makeup, jewelry, a pillow pet. Everything has been of excellent quality and I have no complaints! Here's some things you need to know when shopping on wish:
1) Wish is made up of individual sellers, it's not one big company where everything comes from one place. That being said, different sellers will have different quality and different reliability. Don't discredit the whole site based on one seller.
2) it is in your best interest to look at reviews before you order anything. If an item has none, I'd reccomend buying something else that does. Always read what people have to say, and typically stick to things that have at least three stars (I like to stick with four just to be safe).
3) Most of these items (if not all of them) are coming from sellers in China. Keep that in mind if your item is stuck on the same shipment status as it was five days ago, or even if the item comes a few days late or never shows up at all. These packages are most likely making a very long journey to get to you and will occasionally get lost. With that being said, if you contact support enough times about your concerns or if your item never shows up, they will give you a refund. (I have ordered something that never showed up and got a refund, I reordered and that one got to me).
So, with all of that in mind, please shop at wish but at your own risk. Use your head and make informed decisions and you will end up as happy with your purchases as I am. I'd reccomend wish to anyone and everyone! There really is something for everyone
BEWARE! Returns are difficult! The product (building bricks set) was received defective. I was on bag 5 (out of 36 bags) when I noticed an important piece was missing (no I did not lose it as I was very careful). Also, this store is a drop shipper that increased the price over $100 from the supplier! I received the package with a supplier card and went to the supplier website to find out. Then there is the issue of the supplier ships some products (such as this castle) for free so the $12 shipping fee is ridiculously high since the supplier is the one mailing the product. Plus, this seller is basically giving away my information to the supplier as they need to type my info to the supplier site to order the item! This seems fishy. Beware! There is also the issue of returns being difficult on Wish as they give us the run around and waste time by taking 2-3 days for each response and not do what I asked. The return policy is 30 days and they ignored my wishes for return. Long time buyer and first time returning anything. I am completely disappointed. Needless to say, I will not be using this site again.

I would give 5 stars but the only reason for that is some times I dont receive my items I order but most the time I get refunded or my item replaced for you have good customer service, over all I dont have anything bad to say about WISH, obviously I like it because I have ordered over 50 items this past year alone

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
