Items order didnt recieve ordered again and was trash literally wasnt even close to what was ordered and it was a joke went into the trash right there. Wouldn't even gift it to my worst enemy
They have a smart tactic of getting customers at the beginning to trust ordering from their site, they deliver the first 3-4 orders (even in these orders the items where not the right items that I have ordered, and then once we placed another 4 orders we never received them. Never got the money back.

I had purchased 3 times so far with Wish.com. Be aware that they publish unrealistic arrival date, get you excited and take an order. Then they will change the arrival date multiple times and you receive the shipment much later than you expected. I call this "SCAM"
In the app when you want to send the item back and file for a refund, the app demands you to upload a picture, which is stupid and absolutely not necessary, and when you want to upload a photo the app asks you to change the settings on your phone to grant permission to your files which I bet you can't do unless you google how to do it!
So keep that in mind and use the website if still want to buy some cheap product that just look good in the advertising.
You will probably not receive your product, and you will most likely have problems with refunds. My last case took almost 10 e-mails, I kept getting copy-paste replies, and no luck yet.

I ordered 10 items on July 19th and to date (Oct 2nd) only received 3 of the items. Was charged over $20 in shipping for items I never received! What a scam!!! Their arrival dates are unrealistic and all over the place and then they leave it up to you to keep on top of the dates and while you're patiently waiting, your dates expire and you don't get a refund! Would never ever order anything through them or recommend it to anyone! Big rip-off!!!!
Ive ordered three things from here a butterfly necklace...a lip pencil and a hair thing with white flowers on it...all items came in different wish boxes...all were broken and the lip pencil looked like someone had broken it into two pieces...worst site ever i want my money back

Are you kidding me? And if it does look inexpensive just wait til you check out and see 16 dollar shipping for a 3 dollar item. I sell online items too and I know when someone is jacking up the shipping to get extra cash. Just use ebay you can find the same crap without the overcharges.

When my order arrived it was something completely different to what I ordered. Initially Wish.Com agreed to fully refund me. The next day they e-mailed to say the wrong item that was sent was the same weight as the item I had ordered so they are not going to honor the refund they promised. Basically the have sat back and thought of an excuse not to refund me as promised. In doing this, they have also basically called me a liar. So there you have it: If Wish.Com sends you the wrong item they will not refund you. They will use any excuse to save themselves the time and effort to put things right. From my personal experience I have found Wish. Com to be totally fraudulent and outright liars. Do Not Use Wish.Com Under Any Circumstances.
I ordered an item and when the package arrived there was nothing inside, it was empty! I immediately took pictures and sent it to customer and asked for a refund, which I was ultimately denied. They claimed since the weight of the package printed on the outside was correct, therefore I received the item. Treated me like I was lying. I closed my account and won't ever order from them again. Please be careful when your buying clothes from WISH.COM. That is another Chinese site, the sizes are not comparable to American size and it will cost you more to ship it back to China. Also, watch out for delivery fees, everything that you place in your box has a different delivery fee. You can end up paying more for delivery fees that the cost of the items.
I have been shopping with Wish for a long time now. If an item arrives and is not the size or colour I ordered they immediately refund your money. I have never had an ounce of problems with Wish. Okay, they take a long time to be delivered (sometimes 6 weeks) but they do come and if they arrive a lot after the due date you will be refunded. Not always the best quality but you can rate the supplier on the Wish site. I believe they have many suppliers.

They use Very cheap shipping companies that will mail for as cheap as possible. I usually only receive half or less, of the items that I have ordered.
I must say they are good at Refunding after the expected date of arrival has past. They also tell you that you can keep these items if they still arrive to your house. Very few ever still arrive.

I ordered some things for good price, mostly paid shipping and the items don't look exactly like the picture BUT they were okay. Jewellery is not as high standards, phone cases are ok if you just want to have one. Pencil pouches are pretty good may have different coloring and I am still waiting on a couple more things. Overall everything is ok nothings special.
I do recommend you go to the reviews in the product you want to buy. There are a couple of tabs following and people usually get points for giving their reviews in videos, pictures, or just comments. Check those reviews they help. And you can see what the customer got instead of just the promoted picture

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
