I purchased the fake brick wallpaper after reading good reviews for this product i received it last week all i can say is that it was so cheap looking i dont have a wall that i would put it on and i will never buy anything from this company ever again, i feel like i was deceived on a product that should of been sold at a dollar store. So it was my first time buying from this company and my last time, i will not even bother to send it back not worth the hassle, i will chalk it up to a lesson and stick to US companies,

Terrible

I ordered several items and I have a month with no response and the items never arrived, wish has a lot of scams and it is not worthy, I have tried to get my money back and they said because I have a lot of refunds I can not refund my money for items that I never received, don't take the risk, at the end is better Amazon even eBay than this wish.

UK customers need to be aware that when using Paypal to pay for purchases Wish.com hold on to your logon AND password data so that when an additional purchase is made, there is no need to enter this information again!
Your first reaction may be "great" but think about it. If you used a smart phone to place this first order and that subsequently gets lost or worse, stolen, it means that the thief can order whatever they want from wish, change the delivery address(which you can do at confirming the payment, and the first that you, who lost their phone, will know about it, is when Paypal advises you that you owe them a large amount of money for this thief's purchases!
Ebay operated a similar arrangement when Paypal was owned by them but provided a simple link for this to be removed when Paypal was sold off as a separate Company.
Also worth noting that Wish.com does NOT need to adhere to UK law in respect of "Distance Selling", so you lose that protection as well.
Lastly, my second purchase transaction which highlighted this Mal-practice, was advertised at £14.00 but Wish.com applied for £21.00, the additional costs are added AFTER you agree to buy and their cancellation process is a joke, they do not appear to agree to refund the costs of cancellations but "offer" to hold the money against future purchases.
In my considered opinion Ebay at least provides local to UK assistance, Wish.com Customer help is useless, as other posters have already commented.
These same comments will likely apply to Bank details, if these are provided for purchases.

Quality is not the best, but still the price is pretty good. Although in the commercials products looks like brand new awesome quality and stuff like that, but it's not true. But overall still a good place to shop cheap.

Listen if you are expecting to get high quality items for free with $2 shipping there is a problem. It is all cheap stuff. However, I buy from here multiple times a week. Only one time did I not receive an item and it was instantly refunded to me, no problem. Shipping can take up to 30 days, it's from China, that happens. It's been getting better now that customers can post photos of their products so you can really see what you are getting rather then a stock photo. I love it, I'mma continue to spend too much money with them.

Not one item that I purchased on t his site was correct. They falsely advertise many item and when you get them they are completely different or the wrong shape color or size. I'm am so disappointed and they make it hard for you to get your money back to. I have just chalked it up as a loss. But buyer beware this the worst shopping site I have ever used. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SHOPPING WITH THEM :(

I placed 2 orders for 2 umbrellas back on 08/18/18. Never received a confirmation email, tracking number or the product but the money was taken out of my account ($27.40 & 21.70). Her it is 2 months later and several emails back and forth with customer service (& an attachment of the debits from my account) and no refund. I will never deal with WISH.com again!

Bad enough that someone actually referred me to the wish site, but worse is when most of the clothing on it, doesn't even match what the pictures show of the item. Stupid me decided to buy about 10 tops all at once for my very first online experience with them. I didn't even pay attention to the fact that half of the shipping on each time, was almost the same price as the top itself. 2ndly, I ordered tops that were 3 sizes bigger than what I normally get here in Canada, being that they come from China. To my dismal surprise, a few of the tops were tight on me. Man that irked me to no end. Most of the tops did NOT even look like the picture of what they were. They were either really thin material when it looks thick on the picture, or the cut just wasn't the same at all. I tried again one more time and ordered 3 more tops, this time even bigger. Wow! What a joke that was. They too were also tight on me. I really don't think Chinese people have a clue about big sizes, at all. I swear they think the world has tiny little people like them. *rolls eyes* Anyway, I know now that I will NEVER again shop on the wish site. So NOT impressed with that company. Oh yeah and if you try complaining about anything on your order, you'll get stupid emails that don't even make sense, such as giving you instructions on how to go to your account and my orders. I did that, clicked on "my orders" and whaddya know... a webpage popped up saying " you have no order history yet". Wow, outright lies from them. Yeah they just mess with you so you'll just give up, which I actually did... because I did get royally choked at the email back n forth head games. Not a decent company to deal with at all. THEY SUCK BIGTIME! 1 star is even too much for them. *grumbles* Sorry I can't add my order ID because I just deleted the email when I gave up on getting any answers about a specific item in the order, that never showed up at all. 9 arrived and 1 went missing in action, never to be found.

FUN SHOPPING

Wish is a fun place to browse and buy inexpensive items. And no their 925 sterling silver isn't 't the same as our standards and will turn your finger green but what do you expect for free just pay for shipping? Speaking of which shipping is charged on every item so it adds up quickly. At times I haven't received an item but it is a simple fix just by logging into your account, going to orders and report not delivered. You will be refunded the amount you paid so you have nothing to lose Some of their items are nice and worth the 2 or 3 dollar shipping charge and occasionally a coupon arrives in your mail for a percentage off or free shipping on your next order.

Horrible quality and fit

I bought a "dress" from wish.com or lack thereof, the quality of fabric was horrible, nothing like the picture and the length it was unbelievably short, it had to be worn as a shirt... not happy, would never order from wish again and I wear home the item... and apart from all that I had to wait nearly two months to receive the item

You know the phrase, "you get what you pay for" - well that pretty accurately describes wish. You are getting super cheap prices but the quality is hit or miss and sometimes it can take a month or to deliver.

With that in mind, if you search reviews carefully you can get some great steals.

I will say most of the items you see on wish are also available in some form on Amazon but they are often more expensive.

They have great promotions though!

Ordered a flashlight, tracking is horrible. I expected shipping to be slow but this is nuts. You can not contact any customer service by phone or email. How do I get my money back? I will never use this site again!

I don't like the fact I'm told a item has been delivered. I'm the one that goes to my mailbox and I know what is in it and I rate each item as it arrives, no rate, no item.

Items came faster than expected. Clothes run WAY small so it's a good thing I read the reviews and knew to size up 3 sizes. I like what I got but I wouldn't order anything without reading through the reviews thoroughly

If you're buying from this site, please go by the reviews. There's a lot of fakes but it's really just taking a chance for the majority. If you don't care about the item not being like the picture then by all means go for it. You should however be safe with the reviewed items.

Scam
October 9, 2018

On October 4th I was removing items from the cart and their app crashed and I was receiving an error message logging in. I then received 4 minutes after I received an email stating my order was confirmed. I then wrote customer care canceling the order and explaining what happened. No response! 9 hours later I get emails stating my items are processing and shipping. I again send messages to customer support through the order history page on each and every item again canceling and explaining what happened to each item. Again no response from customer support. On October 6th and then received a response from customer support stating that I have to go through the order history and cancel each item individually which I did on October 4th. I also attached each individual correspondence with each item to customer service on the 5th again stating the issue and again canceling the order I was then told that because the items had shipped they cannot cancel the order. However if they would have cancelled the order when I had first asked them to on October 4th this would not have been an issue at all. Today October 7th I receive a message from customer support stating that they do not understand the issue. Do not use this site do not put in your payment information as which holds that payment information and therefore charges your account whenever they feel like making an order placement that you cannot cancel per their policy in the 8 hours. They also do not actually have a customer service number the customer service number that is provided tells you to go through their customer support through their app.
