I've used Wish for the better part of this year. Had no problems with ordering or receiving items other than the often long wait time for arrival. However, within the past month, I noticed there were compromises to my security and privacy. The language was changed to Russian and my profile information was changed. Do not use them. They can't guarantee your online safety.
Ordered many items and every item order was cancelled due to "a problem with my account". After 8 rounds with customer service and no resolution, I gave up and uninstalled the app. An absolute waste of time.

The first item I ordered they cancelled saying it was out of stock. The second was not what I thought I ordered because it was described in tiny print with a deceptive photo. They said they sent the third but it never arrived. They did refund my money but that doesn't make up for the deception and inconvenience. Don't bother using this site.

Worst first time online shopping experience ever! Waiting on $100 worth of stuff. I keep being refunded as my package is lost in transit. Over it, went out today and bought the one thing I ordered as my kids asked santa for it. I thought score, they saw sucker. I really hope I get all my money back or the items. I just hope it's not a credit card scam.
Orders take a very long time to receive but their refund policy is 30 days. After not receiving my items and choosing to wait because their tracking said the items were "on the way", I finally gave up and requested a refund. The response from wish was that "I" waited too long so they would be keeping my money and sending me nothing! This company will rip you off! Beware!

My daughter wanted to buy a bunch of items from wish.com. After reading all the reviews we decided to try it with 3 smaller orders first. The website is easy to navigate and the deals are amazing! The first item arrived sooner than expected. The other 2 items arrived at the same day a week later. I didn't keep track how long it exactly took since we were not in a hurry, but it was around 14-21 days. This is what the website states very clearly. The items came straight from China, most likely from different manufacturers, although it could be the same warehouse too since the packaging was very similar. The quality is exactly as you can expect for the price.
We will order more from them when not in a hurry.
I knew this sites shipping took longer than any reputable site, but really... It has been over 60 days since I placed an order and I have received only half of the products. No customer support team, just a bunch of looping questions and a comment box that takes 2-3 business days to get back to you. What a joke.
Most vendors are reliable and produce pleasing results. Although I've had some less than glorious experiences every now and then, the last 3+ years as a customer on Wish have been overall worth it. From art and school supplies to trendy outfits and skin care products to duvet covers and kitchen appliances, Wish has it all!
I made the mistake of thinking this would be an ok merchant and have regretted it deeply. I bought a few things, returned most of them, and even though they were sent in the same box and they acknolwledged and refunded one item, they just never refunded the other as though I never sent it. Seems like a relatively easy issue to fix for a normal, functional company, but it became the most insanely frustrating confusing crazy-making customer service experience of my life. There is no means by which you can convey "you lost my item." None! They literally do not have a chat or phone customer service, just the automated system, which is super limited and keeps saying the same things, all off which basically mean "F you." I eventually gave up and let them keep my money, which I'm pretty sure is the point.

I ordered some cotton gloves end June to protect my hands as have eczema. Got an email thanking me for my payment, then nothing. I now, at end July, find the gloves will be delivered end October, having originally been given a lead time of six weeks. So, FOUR months lead time! The support service is non existent so I cannot cancel or complain. This company stands out from the crowd for pure arrogance. Service levels are zero. I will not be using them again.

After ordering from Wish for the first time a few days ago I noticed three fraudulent charges on my credit card. Someone bought online gaming chips out of an online casino based in Hong Kong. The other two were for Airbnb. Fortunately my bank reversed the charges immediately. I have no doubt that this came from Wish. As Wish is simply a website that allows merchants from all over the world, particularly China to sell their products, it is obviously very easy for a thief at one of the "shops" to steal identity and credit card information. No way to contact Wish about this. Their online customer support only gives predetermined choices about any complaints. And credit theft is not one of the choices.
I ordered 98 days ago. The items that I ordered were for an event that is long past. This isn't your normal site. There is no customer support to call. Everything is by email with no person. Completely automated. They just keep advising you to download the app and click on buttons. I have clicked multiple times on each individual item not received and although it leaves the impression that a solution is imminent the satisfaction of pressing buttons is no longer fulfilling. I really believe that the positive reviews about this company have been written by their staff. Don't get sucked in...
I'm only giving one star because I have to, in order to write a review. I placed several orders totaling around $50.00 over two months ago. I ordered dog clothing and still have not received it. The date keeps changing and the package is still in China. I have sent 4 emails through customer support and have never gotten a return response. They claim they will contact you within three days LIARS! Cannot get a phone number for them either. They do this in order to avoid giving refunds. Horrible customer service experience I have ever had. I will absolutely NEVER order from them again. Two week delivery hmmm not on mine. If you need anything for a special occasion do not order through wish!

I've ordered everything from jewelry to electronics and the only problem (which was just my ordering an incorrect size) was resolved within 5 hours of informing Wish about it. I don't think I would take a chance on something extraordinarily pricey, such as a laptop, but for everyday items such as trinkets, jewelry, home decor or chargers, Wish is my go to place! Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Claus!
I was reluctant to buy from Wish but they had a hard to find replacement for my favorite sunglasses that broke. This was not a discount item. It was sold on wish at full retail price of
$ 99.00 What I paid 5 years ago. I searched hi and low for the sunglasses and wish had them and nobody else to I rolled the dice. The glasses showed up in 4 days after a 1-2 week delivery promise and the glasses were perfect. Ralph Lauren polo with grey lenses not green. Green was readily available from multiple vendors, but not grey. I am more than thrilled. Wish has a shady reputation but this time they delivered what I ordered early and in perfect condition.
The thing I like most of this site is that you can find almost anything at a very low price. It's fun and the customer service it's always ready to help if something goes wrong.
Until now I ordered a lot of stuff and almost everything came on time, even early. The only problems I've encountered so far are that you must wait a long time for delivery (which is understandable because of oversea shipping) and that sometimes the quality or the size of the items is not what you expected. Especially with clothes it's difficult to find what fits you right.
But overall it's great for buying funny stuff and home accessories that you won't find in the general stores and saving a few bucks.
I have ordered a lot on wish and many different times. Yes it takes a couple weeks to get in but I have been satisfied with ever last thing I have ordered. Electronics, clothes, sunglasses, car stickers, smoking utensils, etc. For the price you just can't complain. All these bad reviews don't make sense to me
I've never received my order, tracking package number is fake and there is no possibility to contact client service!

I've bought things... they always take forever, quality is CHEAP... most recent order I made was 6 months ago. I don't own anything currently in working order that I bought from there. Everything falls apart and you put $50 of items in your cart and shipping cost $45... not a good deal

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
