I ordered 7 items at once from wish and got first item within 2 weeks which seemed pretty good till I opened the package. The first item I get is broken and does not work at all, I received an other two items couple weeks later, had to get them sized but that's fine. I am still waiting for 4 other items to come and no luck... over a month gone by and starting to think I got ripped off. Another thing you can not call to speak to anyone, recording just sends you to they're crappy contact support in the app that is not helpful at all. I gave them a 1 on review because doesn't let you pick any lower. Stay away this app friends. Terrible.
I purchased something, but when I checked my PayPal account they billed me more than what I agreed to at the point of sale. I'm not talking about currency exchange or shipping costs either. Beware of wish.com!
I ordered from this company called virago.com. They claim to be an American company but the products are actually from wish.com. I never received my item and cannot get in contact with anyone. Beware of hoax websites that wish tries to hide behind.
Prices advertised double once you try to place an order. Or, they charge your card, hold your money for a day or two, then say SORRY that promotional price is no longer available. Don't waste your time.
While the Wish company is a knockoff brand of major labels, it should still offer as close to decent clothing as possible. What I don't understand is that they manufacture in Asian countries and sell to Americans using their own measures(which are considerably smaller). Why not find out what the measuring equivalent is and make that instead of having a product that constantly disappoints. I'm a plus size women almost 6 feet tall, very few of their items have ever actually fit as described. I don't know why I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. Then on top of that, they make the return and refund process extremely difficult. This is a fraud company from their material to their sizing. I will not be a continuing customer.

As the majority of items are from chinese sellers, lower case intended, expect inferior quality and poor communication. Also have found that shipping/tracking updates are totally bogus. While there are a few good sellers, most are sub-par at best. While I dislike eBay and Amazon, at least they are above board and forthright, when it comes to shipping and taking care of your complaints. Wish has zero/no way of contacting support directly. From now on I'll just pay extra $ to get better quality and service. AVOID Wish unless you are a total idiot!

I ordered a couple of action cameras from wish and fedex claimed they delivered my items to my porch at 6:25 12/20/20 and no items were on my porch, after reviewing camera footage of my front porch I found fedex never delivered anything. In all fairness Wish did refund me for 1 camera then sided with fedex and said delivery was verified so effectively stealing my hard earned money a few days before Christmas. Please do not purchase from them and definitely dont trust fedex, the liars that they are, spend a little more and shop elsewhere because it's a toss up if you will have your items or if these fedex drivers will have something. I bet that fedex driver is filming all kinds of cool stuff with my cameras!

I have ordered close to 30 items from wish in the past 2 years. I've always been satisfied, even when a problem occurred. If something didn't get to me they refunded it no questions asked. If it was damaged they replaced or refunded, sometimes both. From my experience they are trustworthy. I can't speak for all their employees. I use to work at a satellite company in tech support. I heard of reps who stole card numbers. That can happen anywhere. If I didn't take my card off after an order then accidentally ordered items that's my fault. I can't give them a bad review because of a mistake I made.
I bought several pet clothing for about $50 in 2020. It took over 4-5 months for merchandise to start trickling in. I only received four out of seven articles (sizes were too small). When I contacted Customer Support about remaining items, they said shipment was delayed due to Covid. I checked later and they said Customer Support ended after 6 months and I need to contact store owner individually to check status. Never heard back from seller(s) and lost $30 worth of purchased goods. I started to get fraudulent mail delivered (hacked account?). I will not buy from them again.

Someone used my paypal, then cc/debit card to make a purchase from these idiots, not once denied, but twice, then went through and can't even talk to anyone about it? Fraud, theft! Still no reply from them!

Never had a problem getting my merchandise through them. Prompt as can be seeing as most of the stuff comes from China. Just have to read carefully because Asian sizing very small compared to Canadian sizing but they DO inform you of that on their website. Thank you
While it does seem like this is a wholesale business with several different distributors, they don't seem to worry too much about the quality of the items being sent out. If they already have the option "This is a counterfeit item" as one of your choices as the reason for returning an item, it must be a pretty common problem. I spent $7 on a memory card here that turned out to be fake. I have to pay shipping to get a refund, but I'm not ready to go through the hassle and risk not getting any money back anyways. I guess Wish.com made some more money...
From cheap faulty products... That don't work... And to Xmas present orders showing up 2 months later in the end of Feb... Don't waste your money or time... You will be disappointed in one way or another!
Ive ordered three things from here a butterfly necklace...a lip pencil and a hair thing with white flowers on it...all items came in different wish boxes...all were broken and the lip pencil looked like someone had broken it into two pieces...worst site ever i want my money back
I've ordered about 20 things. All but 1 has made it now since my first orders in November. I've learned-- just don't get clothing or bathing suits. Everything else has been fine. I loved the shark blanket I got my son, mascara, building toy for my son, pillow covers. Just be careful with clothes bc I have stuff that's too small for me and that was a waste of money. Yes it's coming from China and yes it will take awhile. Be ok with that and you'll be good.
Wish is a fun place to browse and buy inexpensive items. And no their 925 sterling silver isn't 't the same as our standards and will turn your finger green but what do you expect for free just pay for shipping? Speaking of which shipping is charged on every item so it adds up quickly. At times I haven't received an item but it is a simple fix just by logging into your account, going to orders and report not delivered. You will be refunded the amount you paid so you have nothing to lose Some of their items are nice and worth the 2 or 3 dollar shipping charge and occasionally a coupon arrives in your mail for a percentage off or free shipping on your next order.
I use to praise this app. I never had any issues. But the last 3 months I have ordered at least 7-10 items. Out of that order only two have arrived so far and one was poorly made and I haven't tried the other item yet. If you want to risk it then go ahead. I'm just tired of requesting refunds all the time
I made an order mid May - delivery was first estimated at end of May, then early June, now late June. Theoretically it is now in the UK, but there is a worrying line, the latest, saying it's just left the village. I suspect I'll never get this package.

My wife was sucked in by insanely low "first customer" prices. Be real, $0.50 + $0.25 shipping, not in this world. Just read through here, read the 5 star ones, most are mixed up one-star. This place is simply bad news, try dhgate.com they have always done well with me. This place plays games: Cancel even half an hour after my wife ordered: Nope. Call your Visa, cancel the orders, don't play the long drag-out games this place will play.

I ordered an item on May 21,2020 to be delivered by June 9,2020, few days before the delivery date wish changed it to him 19 and after couple days changed it again to Jun 29 and yesterday changed again to jul 14,2020! And it's the same case with my other orders bought from them! Is this a joke? Is wish a proper company?

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
