Well I've ordered a few items from wish. Only two tops fit and out of everything I've ordered 8 tops only 2 fit and looked exactly with was depicted in the pictures on website. But the rest looked nothing like and way to small than what was shown on website. I gave what didn't fit away considering I only spent 5 - 10 bucks per item. So in a nutshell I wouldn't recommend shopping through wish.

I have been using wish for over a year
I have been using wish for over a year. I had no problems until recently. The last three orders I had sent to a local store for pick up. I got no notification that my order was ready for pick up and when I checked the app for status, no QR Code was issued. Then out of nowhere they tell me my order has been closed for pick up. The first time they reimbursed me purchase price minus 7% restocking fee. However, I lost over thirteen dollars in shipping. My last two orders are over $80 and it has happened again. I don't get my order and I lose out on $50 in shipping for something I am not at fault for. I will never order from Wish again.

I made the mistake of placing an order for around $150+ worth of items from this website (tennis shoes, jewelry, etc.). I only got like 3 of the 15 items I ordered. I contacted their joke of a customer service department and got a "so sorry" response along with 1 more item that was mine two weeks later! Then I received a bigger package in the mail a week after that and got so excited until I opened it and realized NONE of the items in the package were mine! Wish.com STILL owes me $75-$100 worth of products I NEVER received! And with that, I will never shop there again. Warning- buying from this website is risky with no guarantee you will receive what you purchased! :(

I got my item, but it didn't work properly. I asked a refund, they sent me an answer, I will get my refund in 10 business day. I didn't get it. It was hard to reach customer service. Finally they told me please be patient, I waited more 5-10 days, nothing happend. I complained again, but still didn't get anything. Worst company, I will not recomnend to anyone.

This company is WONDERFUL! I had a problem with an order and they were AMAZING! I was looking at recliners and put 2 in my cart to see how much shipping and tax would be etc. I have been taking care of my elderly parents who have been sick. I was so tired and clicked buy instead of empty cart! HOLY MOLEY! Could'nt get it to cancel (DIDNT REALIZE I NEEDED TO DOWN LOAD COOKIES) AND MESSAGE SAID TOO LATE TO CANCEL. Left a message with thieir customer service and checked back this morning and they so kindly cancelled it and got refund on my debit card! I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH! They thought more of their customer then their profit! Will DEFINETLY BUY ALL MY GIFTS FOR CHRISTMAS THRU THEM!

In the beginning Wish seemed to have good products I thought. Now the photos they show for products aren't of the real item you receive. If you want more than 1 of the same item they will charge you postage for each item even if it is a plastic pot and come in the same bag. I've noticed too that when they the parcels leave China they are combining different items in one bag. It's difficult to get a refund as they send you a generic " we feel the store has lived up to expectations however you can rate your experience blah blah blah... I think it's better to pay a little more from a reputable company, get a quality product and pay one shipping charge and actually receive the item you wanted. In the photo I've submitted the shirt they said they were selling was 100 per cotton, the photo had a denim slightly faded look and the material looked tough like denim, they described it as a viking fashion shirt.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
