I only recently started shipping here, u bought many things at good prices but they mis advertise all the time and nothing shows up in time. Then they'll change ur delivery date. My daughter's birthday was ruined, none of her presents or decorations showed up in time and I ordered them 2 months ahead of her b day

My reply to the latest Wish customer support telling me about ANOTHER shipping delay: "Just a lot of bull$#*! from you. Great customer service! Your estimated shipping window is way beyond the ship date you advertised on your site. I would never have purchased them if you had given a shipping date of July 30. Three months for a small order that I could get elsewhere in two weeks or less! You are fraudsters selling items you do not have and promising unrealistic delivery dates. I am going to let the public know how you work so maybe they will not want to buy from you."
There is a reason why you cannot leave reviews on their site, and why you can't cancel orders you do not get. They are so bad that they do not want you to tell anyone. They keep pushing back the expected shipping dates. Nobody should consider buying from this company. You only save a few dollars over Amazon, why go through the aggravation?

I have been with wish.com now since early 2016, I have never had a problem with any of their customer service! They have gotten back to me instantly when I don't get my parcels on time and always are easy to get a refund from! However I have usually had to wait a few months for anything to appear at my place So if you want something right away don't bet on wish! However some things have come before the due date most recently an elvis pillowcase that my mother loved!
I tried wish like most people do thinking the products would be cheap and unappealing. Not at all, I'e loved everything I have purchased with the exception of one item, and that was natural error.
I got the wrong color so, that can happen anywhere. What have you got to lose try them at least once. You'll probably try them again. They are not the best when it comes to the coupons codes though.
The items can be very inexpensive, then comes the outlandish shipping costs. Pay close attention to the shipping, it has made me cancel a few orders.
I have been try to get agile of customer support by phone and on the web site itself and can't get no where. I need to return a shirt that I got it's a child's large and you can see right threw it. I would just like my money back all the problems I'm having will never order anything else again.
Do not order from this site. Things look catchy because they are priced that way and the products truly are CHEAP made. In addition, after I ordered the first time, my credit card was hacked and all of a sudden I started getting additional purchases being made. Not trustworthy at all. Also hard to get any contact with this company - no numbers to call - all automated online. Products also take a long time - I have been waiting 2 months!

So as of writing this their average for actual delivery of items ordered is 15%. I've ordered way too many items and received far too few of them. Customer service is pretty non-existent. I've had about 4 refunds and never over 10 bucks. 30 dollar pvc figure for my son never showed and wish claimed it was delivered. I finally got USPS to find where it went. They sent it to the wrong country but didn't bother refund it.
This site is a joke, I've stupidly ordered several times from this site and each time they only send a portion of my order and "conveniently" something gets "lost" in shipping. Apparently they think either we.re too stupid to realize that they didn't ship everything, or that the item doesn't cost enough to cause the customer to pursue the missing item! Whenever you do happen to receive your order. It's cheaply made and usually the shipping costs more than the item itself. Save money and frustration because they have a computer generated response to all inquiries and you can never talk to a real person regarding your situation!
I have been a user of Wish for well over a year, and I will make one thing very clear, most if not all items are shipped from various places in Asia, so it will take a little longer for items to arrive, and also always order bigger than your actual size, as different areas have different sizes. Also just want to note that you have to read very clearly what the seller is actually selling you, because just an image can trick you. I enjoy buying from Wish because I've learned all of this, and although I mostly buy jewelry from them, my clothing items were well worth the find as well. Happy Buying!
Do not order tops/jeans/jackets or anything of the sort because it usually ends up with bad material or looks nothing like the picture. If you do want to order something order small stuff like maybe earrings, bracelets, phone cases, etc. I don't suggest ordering clothing at all from this app.
I was a bit skeptical at first because of all the negative reviews. But I decided to give wish.com a try anyway. In the past couple of months I have ordered about 20 items, mostly jewelry. One particular ring was received a size larger than ordered. I sent an email to them and got a reply within 24 hours stating that I could keep the ring and they have a refund on my account towards my next purchase. So far everything I have received has been what I expected, pricing and shipping was more than fair. I appreciate how quickly their customer service team got back to me, and I will continue to use them.
I purchased a dud item that blew up taking all my house fuses with it.
Went to contact customer support and got a white screen of death. Everything else on site ok. But customer support unable to load. Went thru net and suprise suprise got email saying only way to get refund was to use the support on app (despite already corresponding with me now)which does not load.
What a rip off. I know they peddle cheap junk. So be it. But this type of cheap trick is a poor way to make /$$.

Ordered a leather hat. Received a felt hat. Ask for refund. They said yes but I have to pay return shipping, which cost more then the item. Then asked just for correct item to be sent. Never heard back from them.

If the item is over 30 days in being delivered and damage. They claim too bad that you should have contacted before 30 days. How is this possible?. I asked to cancel all outstanding orders. Was told no because I ordered more than 30. Nothing will be delivered until September.

Terrible service, even worst return policy, do not... buy anything. It takes forever for things to come, return process is a complete nightmare, connecting with customer service is impossible. Stay far away from this site

I've ordered many times from Wish who use Merchants that provide the products from many different Eastern Asian Countries.
They use Very cheap shipping companies that will mail for as cheap as possible. I usually only receive half or less, of the items that I have ordered.
I must say they are good at Refunding after the expected date of arrival has past. They also tell you that you can keep these items if they still arrive to your house. Very few ever still arrive.
It just that your money sat out there for a month and time wasted in ordering.
I had my doubts about this app when I saw the prices of several of their items. I've only placed a single order... won't do it again. I ordered a pair of shoes... came in crushed, in spite of the lousy bubble-wrap job. Although I ordered a size 10, I got something much closer to a size 8... no way they'll fit. Considering how long it took to get them, I don't see much point in trying to return them. If an item is going to ship from a foreign country that sizes their items differently than Americans... the ad should SAY SO!
First remember you are ordering out of states. Shipping from Asian countries can be very slow. It took me several weeks to get my item. I knew this would be the case before I ordered. I ordered an adorable knitted heading covering that looked like a fox for my child. It arrived just in time for Christmas. I planned it that way. It was very inexpensive because having someone knit this would have been around 30.00 I purchased it shipping and all for 11.00 which is a huge savings. I am very please with my purchase and I'll purchase from the site again.
I think Wish has some really cool clothes and i thought about buying a couple of outfits until they started popping up on my phone every 30 minutes and sometimes with music and the Wish website flashing like fluorescent dance floor. How much more annoying can you get Wish?! I never even downloaded Wish shopping page from google play store or looked Wish clothes on my phone but only on my computer. When a company has a good or even great product they will lose business if they are pushy or become beggars and if their commercials are annoying, obnoxious or lack class. Your popup ads will be your demise Wish!

Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
