One shop selling goods at really good prices but not posting them, WISH pretending that they dont see it. Waiting for dispatching my orders few weeks and when I've asked whats happening they just refunded me? Doesnt work like that... Its scam and false advertisement. Also the Wish profits from the postage as its in 90% items inadequate postage for the items. Some deals are good but you have to spend there hours to find them
I have submitted to them pictures and description of their very bad products and still asking me more questions over 16 messages I sent to them following up with my refund and never refund me over $150

They refund product of Irs 3$ or 5 but above 10 they deceive customer to buy more and program their site to get you buy without consent as buy scale move suddenly charging credit card without consent they took 71.80$ for fake phone doesn't even turn on as they puts false picture of the phone and specification. They disable my massages so I can't asking them for refund and does t allow me to submit photos about their false products. Their shipping GB and handling priced very high. They put picture like iPhone 12 while it's falafel photo. Never ever buy from this very BAD Company

What seemed too good to be true is. I had done a number of separate orders, most of which were okay. Then I had several items that came from the same seller with multiple business names all in one shipping bag with each item over taped. Each smaller envelope had noEnglish to identify what was inside. Only numbers and Chinese characters. I found one brown watch box that was empty; another was totally missing.
When I tried customer service 3 times, the broiler plate responses seemed sincere but didn't, solve the issue. They kept sending the same reply. They had proof it was delivered. All they had was proof that a large delivery bag was delivered with who knows what is inside.
I finally just told them to keep my money for the 2 watches and that I was done with them! They probably Don't know enough English to be ashamed!

I have been receiving a large order of cheap garbage from China for 3 months. Each day is a surprise of some piece of clothing arriving. The material is unknown as it does not carry tags, the items do not fit or stretch beyond recognition and today was a new surprise... received two items. One blue top that I am not even sure if I ordered yet and the other was a thin sweater. The sweater is a baby poop green different from the sites and the best part!? Wait for it... the item was damp inside the bag and smelled like a moldy old building! Big deal they looked great online with amazing prices... I would do better shopping at the local dump!
Bought car mats suppose to fit a 2018 escape as advertised. Waited weeks and mats are not for this vehicle. When i took pics and sent in the complaint all i got was a Dear John letter. " so sorry your disappointed but i checked the order and that was what was sent. Complete BS. Never again Wish im done with you. Absolutley brutal

I bought from wish.com 4 beach rod rests alu legs costing £40 to hold 5 rods, non of these work, when extended legs keep sliding back up, i got in touch with Wish they only refunded me for 2, i sent photos of the 4 to them, so please keep away from this firm, alot of their stuff never arrive also you can not believe their photos
Please do not buy from wish, I had 6 fraudulent charges on my credit card from wish! And the item was ship to weird Russia addresses that do not even exist! How did the seller even manage to ship the item out?! Scammers! One of the order was the best, it was marked delivered to Russia' in a day! From China!

I ordered kitchenaid attachments and received two pieces of plastic with netting attached. I sent an email and was told to use wish assistant to get refund well that was not an option listed. See photos the first is what I received the second is what I was supposed to receive. I paid $32 for two pieces of crap and after complaining was continually told to use wish assistant again worthless.

I'm so upset with wish. It was so attractive but most of the items I ordered didnt arrive after 5 months or ordering. The customer service is the worst. You cant get anywhere with automated replies and they dont refund. I'm going to sue them

I foolishly placed over a dozen orders on Wish in April 2020. Not one single order arrived within 45 days. Most have still have not arrived after 60 days. There is absolutely no way to contact anyone there. They have no customer support. They give "expected" delivery dates but keep moving those dates back endlessly. The name says it all. You Wish your order would arrive. You Wish they had customer support. You will eventually Wish you had never ordered anything there and, finally, you Wish you could get your money back that you lost there!

Since it takes over 30 days to receive items ordered because they are shipped from China, having a 30-day limit on receiving a refund is completely unacceptable! I will never, never order from them again. They take your money and after you wait and wait for an item to come from China which takes over 30 days and you never receive it, they refuse to refund your purchase. Terrible business! Buyer beware! If there was a zero star review, they would have received it!

I have had problems with over 75% of the orders placed on wish.com. I ordered one item in particular on two (2) separate occasions and BOTH orders were botched up by wish personnel. I ordered a PURPLE flag two (2) different times from wish.comThey sent me a dead red flag on the 1st order and they sent me an acid washed blue flag the 2nd time I placed the order. This is pathetic and totally unacceptable. Wish.com is a logistical nightmare and should not be allowed to sell their "knock-off" items in the United States! Www.AliExpress.com has better pricing quality products, faster delivery, & excellent customer service. Don't waste your time or money with wish. Com!

I think I have just saved myself a lot of money & stress. I came across this site via FB, a pair of shoes I thought were great, so I went browsing & ended up with a shopping trolley value of £100's. Fortunately before I went ahead with my purchase I decided to conduct some due diligence & am I relieved I did that! Yes not all the reviews are negative but overall it's not encouraging reading. So thank you all, pos/neg reviewers, it's appreciated. Needless to say, I didn't make my purchase.
I would finally advise that any purchases made from wish.com should be via PayPal, that way you have the security of consumer protection of your remittance & control of when they (wish.com) get paid.
No wonder why there are so many bad reviews. I bought a rug from them and it was nothing like its picture on the website. Contacted their customer service and it was absolutely useless. Neither fish nor fowl.

Ordered items on May 20/20 it is now August 11/20. Everytime the delivery date gets close they just push it back a month.
Website has no customer service no way to cancel order or even speak to someone about the order. The worst company ever don't waste your time and spend the few extra $$$ and buy from someone eles.

My sisters use wish, I use wish. Bought many things on there & plan to buy more. You just have to be smart about it. Find buyers with good descriptions & good reviews.
Sure the shipping takes time but that's the only real downside. Just remember most of the items on wish are evening shipped from China or around there. So of course it is gunna take time. Don't order if you need something super quick. Although they are expanding their choices for quick delivery.
Their customers service is good as well! They have a reward program as you buy. & offer amazing deals on things.
I have ordered from wish several times and have been satisfied with all but 1 item. 1 item I never received but I was fully reimbursed for the price I paid immediately. You really need to read descriptions especially sizes of you may end up with a washcloth sized towel. I will continue to use for certain items because even after passing shipping is still less expensive than purchasing at a store
So glad i used prepaid cards for my transactions and not my actual debit card. They restricted my account and i can no longer access any other prepaid cards under the same email address. I have money tied up in these cards that are unexplainably shut down by this bogus "store" how anybody can be truly impressed with this terrible customer service is beyond me. Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
