I am requesting refunds on about 4 items. I get computer viruses every time I buy something. And, the attached item purchased March 26, still shows the package tracking date same as the purchase date.
Also, those who get their packages in less than 30 days, must be paid to say that, or live in China or both.
I'd give Wish 1 star, but to be fair I have received decent items with tempered expectations. Where Wish failed miserably is in their product support. They claim to offer a 30-day guarantee of satisfaction, but when I initiated a claim online the day I received glasses with interchangeable lenses that don't fit the frame the product support representative basically stalled for weeks with unnecessary questions and "holiday" delays only to tell me right before the 30-day mark that they don't think there is a problem despite sending 5 pictures that clearly show the problem on a $50 item. Buyer beware.

At first glance, wish.com seems like a legitimate marketplace for bargains and unusual items. I've actually found some good gifts and clothing on the site. But the majority of the items on there are cheap Chinese crap that looks much better in the photo than it does when you get in the mail 4 months later. They are notorious for bait and switch listings... I purchased what I thought was a pressure washer, but all they sent was the nozzles. See the pictures below... I purchased what was advertised as a rug with the prince emblem. Looks Great in their photo, but the second picture shows what actually came in the mail. Some cheap thin pad with a poorly printed symbol... Completely useless piece of crap. Very shady sales practices, and zero sympathy for the customer.

I have been shopping lots on Wish and have always received my merchandise and never damaged. Today this little angel arrived with 2 broken legs. Must have been a rough flight as she seems to be packaged well. I love her so I just glued them back on. Not a great job but she seems content
As long as I order to a p. O. box, there is adequate proof of non-delivery. However, if you order to your home and you don't receive your package despite it being "confirmed delivered", you're SOL. Wish could care less. It matters not how much of your money that you've spent nor how loyal a customer. THEY WILL SAY, SCREW YOU! So, I'm done with them. You've been warned.

I occasionally like to shop on Wish for phone cases because of their low prices. I purchased a few from Wish and was happy with most of the cases that I found. A few looked a little cheap, but overall I was happy with my purchase. Wish has a different shipping price for each item so often times when purchasing multiple items, shipping can be high.

I have been waiting for 1 month they did not return my money. I contacted wish.com. There was no answer, just an automatic message.
Terrible platform. I've place 2 orders that go weeks without being fulfilled then finally get a refund. Wish does not vet the sellers so plenty of listings are bogus. And forget about customer service. You can only leave a message that may or most likely never get responded to. Do yourself a favor and skip over Wish.

I purchased a coffee tent that after taxes and delivery was nearly $100.
I made the mistake of waiting over 30 days to install it and when I did the product was one complete piece of junk. (Imagine the seconds department from a Chinese vendor who has been smoking too much opium) They have failed to refund my money or exchange the item because it is outside their 30 day window.
The product lasted exactly two days after installation before it destroyed itself with water that would not drain off. No wind, properly installed/tied down. The cheap bolts flew apart under the stress of 1/4" of rain.

Very disappointed with my items (clothing). Some are too big, others too tight for the same size, XL in my case. I could not return them because to send the items back is at my own expense. Poor quality, bad customer service. They always justify that's your fault.

Not even close to what I ordered, little cheap radio! No CD player! It a joke! Took forever to get here! People, don't waist your time here! You'd be way better off shopping at Goodwill or the dollar general! And that says it all! Actually one star is way too many! What a freaking bad joke this was!
I bought a supposedly new dog bed and decided to wash the cover 2 months later. The foam insert has a lot (underscore) of soft, brown, fuzzy fur on it that is not his. My dog has black, course, straight hair. They do not answer their customer service phone and send coded emails.
I bought a puzzle on Wish.com weeks ago. It was cheap alright, however look at how the box arrived! Pieces are even not thicker than a piece of paper! And their colors are completely faded. A real rip-off!

Please do not purchase any items from Wish! Very misleading regarding the item that I purchased. Paid close to £70, expecting a good quality and lovely outfit. The costume turned up folded a number of times and squeezed into a bag sent all the way from China! The product was awful, certainly not worth the amount paid. They were also an absolute nightmare with regards to getting a refund. They said they would refund me but I am still chasing for it months later. Dodgy, dodgy company - you have been warned

Most items delivered were never the same as what is displayed on wish.com website.The agents are just as bad. They disagree with your complaint and continue to insist that the right product was delivered. I advise you not to order anything from this website.

Been tracking this one particular item. Stated it is transit in Hermes approximate location for the last 3 days. However when I click on the item posting. Ordered 3 items on separate orders / days. Initial arrival date was July-Sept and then October - even now in December it says arrival October 2020. Never received any of 3 items. Gor refund yesterday for one and the other 2 they offering me Wish Cash. How useful is that when none of orders were ever delivered?

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
