We purchased the Queen a few years ago and there was absolutely no question that we'd be purchasing our King once the space allowed. We moved - finally have more room, purchased the king!
The box came absolutely destroyed - both ends open, the tape was useless. We had to wait 2 days before opening because we were in the middle of painting. A week later, so allowed time for poofing, and the corners of the bed just arent right. They sink immediately, they're like, crushed on the bottom? Or something, i'm not sure. (Photos attached) Anyway the quality has gone down hill, my queen bed was perfect, this is a $1800 mistake.

Easy to use website, products seem of good quality. Shipped 1.5 weeks before the estimated delivery which would normally be great but I hadn't moved in yet and was in another state, landlord just put it inside so no big deal.

You think you are doing a favor shipping immediately, but for such a huge object, this is a huge inconvenience. Kind of destroys the illusion of the mattress being made to order.

I already have 3 WinkBed mattresses, so I knew what to expect. The latest order did not disappoint. The mattresses arrived in plenty of time, and they were easy to unwrap and set up. No lumps, bumps, or chemical smells involved.

The bed itself and physical delivery were excellent. Communication from Winkbed was a bit haywire at best- after saying on the checkout page that delivery would be 10 days from order placed at the earliest, I received a shipping notification from UPS the very next day saying it would arrive the day following. (Later that afternoon I received an email from Winkbed reiterating the 10 day timeline). This was an issue as I was ordering it for a new apartment that I had not yet taken occupancy of yet and had deliberately ordered it early so as to avoid a lengthy delay in having a mattress. There was no real way to contact Winkbed directly about the issue, and when I did receive a shipping notification from Winkbed, it offered two different delivery dates. In the end I had to pay UPS $10 to change the delivery date.
But like I said, the bed itself is great.
So far everything with the company has been easy. Bed is still brand new so hopefully I grow to like it with more sleep

It has been stressful trying different mattresses and it is taking awhile to get the other one picked up which is problematic…having a king size bed sitting around the house is not great!
Answer: It was so bad. The firmer one felt like a concrete slab and gave me terrible back pain. I put it on a Rove Concepts bed frame that had slats. They convinced me to exchange it for a luxury firm but sent me the same firmer bed again, only in the wrong size. Customer service was appalling. I purchased the mattress on Feb 13,2023 and didn't get it resolved or get a refund until April 26,2023. I ended up getting what I had before on my old bed, which was SO comfortable- a firm Serta coil mattress with a tempurpedic mattress topper.
Answer: I tried to return the Winkbed firmer mattress and it as a nightmare. They convinced me to pay more to exchange it for a luxury firm mattress instead of the firmer one. But they sent me the firmer mattress again, in the wrong size! I purchased the mattress on Feb 13,2023 and didn't get a refund until April 26,2023. Terrible backpain from the mattresses to boot.

Answer: Big guy, 365lbs, twin xl, and after 13 months, it's really like new. It's softened just a bit, but no sagging or anything. I can tell because as I side sleep for an hour or so, my arm no longer falls asleep where my shoulder pushes down into the mattress. Best mattress purchase ever, works perfectly for me and being a big guy, I had almost given up hope.
