What a scam! Check out the refund policy... even if they ship you the wrong product or a defective product, YOU pay return shipping! I bought and Aqua Dog... doesn't work as advertised, nor how the packaging highlights the features... Wiki-store claims it was a "packaging error" and offered me a 20% refund, or 50% refund if I wanted to pay shipping to return the item. They are TERRIBLE. Don't buy here, there are other sources for the same product. Also packaging was terrible.

I ordered a garment folder plastic panels that aid in folding laundry. The first shipment was wrapped in a flimsy plastic bag that was shoddily taped. The plastic had ripped open and the edges of the item were badly scraped. The distributor then sent a replacement, which was still inadequately wrapped same sort of wrapping, with no protective packing. The plastic panels, which are supposed to be flat, were warped (curved) probably from heat damage and improper handling. I would NOT order from this company again.

I bought an Aqua-Dog water bottle for dogs to drink from which was supposed to lock after squeezing the water to the "bowl" of the devise. The product didn't lock and the water just went back into the container. When I wrote to complain about this, they told me (honest to God this is the truth) that the "new" version of the aqua dog in fact did not lock, even though the packaging said it did. They also told be they would give me a 20% refund. I told them the product did not do what it promised to do and I wanted a full refund. I was then told I colud have a 50% refund or pay for shipping back to their international warehouse. So, in other words, take the 50% or nothing. This was a blatant rip off. NEVER, EVER buy anything from this company.

I've been lucky with most merchants on my online ordering. A small order they claim as delivered did not arrive to me. After several interractions, they have decline to respond to me any longer. I think they should reship and fulfill their promise, or give me a refund and ask me not to return,
Last year I ordered an ECHO from Amazon that I never got. When I called Amazon they immediately sent me another item. Two weeks later the first order turned up, and I notified Amazon and they had it picked up for a return.

If I didn't deceive Amazon for $180, why would I rip off Wiki-Store for $28?

BEWARE buying from "Wiki-store," in my opinion (you can't be sued for an opinion).

I ordered my first item from them and canceled re-order within less than 12 hours. They notified me I could be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The sales rep named "Alex" admitted to me that the item was placed on hold on the order had not been processed.
I asked how they could charge me for restocking when the item never shipped and returns, which is typically when that applies.
Yet they still screwed me for a 20%restock fee.

They apparently are hard up for cash I will find a way to screw you over even for pennies, but that's just my opinion (you can't be sued for an opinion)...,

I ordered the Wanderlust map for my husband for his birthday. I actually bought it from a different retailer but somehow Wiki Store ended up being the shipper. The product came from China and unfortunately it was damaged when we received it. I've emailed to see if a replacement could be sent and they said yes but we never got it. I emailed back again and they keep sending me emails that correspond to the very first shipment. The person(s) on the other end of this "store" seem to be idiots.

I ordered an item recently and within ten minutes of placing the order I realised I had made a mistake. It was an item for my husband that I wasn't familiar with, hence my order error. I emailed them immediately, well before they would even have started to action my order and before payment had even been processed or item picked. However I was told that I would be charged a 20% cancellation fee despite this and when I questioned this with them with subsequent ( polite) emails I was ignored from there on in. Two weeks later I received an automated email telling me of my refund and showing me that I had indeed been charged 20% for an order that was never picked or processed.

I subsequently found the correct item with another seller and bought it there. I would never even consider looking at Wiki store's website again, let alone place an order.

Ordered the World Map where you can scratch and see country you have been to. Well when you do that there is almost no distinction from one country to the next plus some countries don't even have a name! This is an absolute WASTE OF MONEY! Will never ever order or buy anything from China ever again! Which is hard because everything you buy regardless of what country your living it always seems to be made in China! What a shame!

I placed my order May 30,2017 and received it on June 20,2017. I purchased 3 magical grips and 3 wallet ninjas. When I started reading the reviews on this site, I panicked thinking the products would never arrive... but they did! My dad and two sons will be excited to receive these gifts at christmas this year! Can't wait!

My suggestion to everyone reading the reviews on this company... Purchase using your credit card, to insure your investment. This way, you do not pay for products you don't receive.

I highly recommend these products to all my friends!

The Wanderlust Map I ordered was received from China poorly packaged and damaged over 2 weeks after order. They simply wrapped a paper map in one layer of bubble wrap and tape so obviously it was creased, frayed and completely useless. The pictures and descriptions of the item were purposefully vague and the item didn't come with everything a reasonable person would think. More over they removed the item from their store already so it's hard to prove. They won't give a refund unless I pay for shipping back to their return center in Vietnam.
