All in one opener, what a con, I emailed my complaint and asked for a refund but was told to read the terms and conditions. I have since found out you can buy the same for under £5. Surely something can be done to stop this dealer from ripping people off.

I was stupid enough to order an arm excerciser off facebook. I thought the payment was $40 but upon checking my bank account they took out $65. No where when paying for this did it say it was that much. Checking ebay I can buy the exact same thing for $15. I immediately asked for the order to be stopped and for a refund. I have been ignored and now finally blocked from commenting on their facebook page, my emails fail to send and now I have just recieved an email from them to say my item is delayed in being sent. No doubt they are playing games! I wish I had read these reviews before buying from them.

This store is an absolute scam. The products in this store are rip-offs from China. They suck you in via a Facebook ad that has hundreds of good reviews about a "Travel Turtl Pillow" and lead you to believe that's the company you're ordering from. In reality, you're getting a super low quality, rip-off product with absolutely no branding that comes from Shanghai, China and takes about a month to get to you.

As soon as I received the product, I requested a full refund from the seller four times to which he refused at first, then offered 10%, then I escalated it to PayPal where he offered another partial refund. I was not having that, as I should not have to pay for ANY part of this scam transaction. I declined his partial offer on PayPal, went through the entire claim process with PayPal which took more than a month, but I was not giving up. This company needs to be held liable for their actions. Just yesterday I finally received my full refund.

All I can say is, STAY AWAY, but if you happen to get caught in this scam... stay strong. People who run scams like this deserve to be knocked down. They need to be held accountable.

I purchased "Master of Painting" which arrived with photocopied instructions, and half of the paint pads missing. In total I paid 27 dollars (approx £ 20?). I waited around three weeks for the set to arrive to me in the UK. As I said, parts missing, different colour to the one advertised, and a cheap photocopy of the instructions! I complained a number of times and they finally offered a 50% refund. I said I wanted the 50% AND the $ 8.95 postage that I had paid... they were quick to refund half the product cost, but have failed to refund the postage. STAY AWAY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! YOU COULD BUY BETTER IN POUNDSTRETCHER!

Purchase the aqua dog water bottle. Junk! It took three weeks to get the product from China and when I received the product it was faulty. It does not hold the water in the bowl as advertised on the box. Upon calling the company I was offered partial refund but I would have to send back the product to Vietnam. I advise staying away from buying anything from the store and from buying the aquadog product. I'm so glad I use PayPal. Horrible horrible company!

I have not received product. First was told they sent it. Then received tracking from Post Office saying it was returned due to incomplete address. Received tracking from Wiki Store where it does not show the item as being returned. It shows it as attempted delivery yesterday. Haha - then the Wiki Store keeps on saying the problem is with the Post Office and I have to go to them. Problem is definitely NOT with the Post Office. It has been several emails back and forth with them with no resolution. Wish I would have read the reviews before I bought from them.

Ordered a master of painter tool and after finishing the purchase procedure, i was informed it would take several days to process the order and 15 to 20 days to ship.
I wanted it to paint a newly purchased home before furniture was delivered, not in 3 to 4 weeks. I immediately sent a request to cancel the order. I was told they would cancel, but I was charged a 20% cancellation fee. Never, ever experienced anything like this. This company needs to be investigated and shut down.

I purchased the EZ Grill from Wiki Store. Took 3 weeks to get (shipped from China) and upon taking out of the box it smelled terrible (chemical smell). Hand washed and also ran through dishwasher before using. Still had slight smell. Used it last night and smoked a little and food tasted like the chemical smell. Come to find out (I didn't do nearly enough research) that this product is actually called a Pyramid Pan and you can buy multiple places including Amazon with 2 day shipping with Prime. The box mine came in looks similar but is a full box, not with a cut out where the mat stands in as shown on multiple other sites. Thinking mine might be a discontinued model. Will probably use as a heat resistant mat for my counter top. Lesson learned.

Purchased the above mentioned item for a friend and her dog to use when out walking. I expected it to be a great help. When I asked she said she was unable to use it and described why. I thought she was just doing something a bit wrong. Nope, she was just going both the use instructions as described. I did the same and indeed it does not work. It is junk and a waste of money. I will never purchase anything from this business again.

I Bought a bottle/jar opener on August 17,2017~ U took it out of my credit card! I did NOT get an order confirmation or tracking number by email=WHY? I would hate to think I was Not going to get this product! I emailed u several times and did NOT get a response! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT U COULD AT LEAST TELL ME WHEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED- IF AT ALL! I AM PRAYING I AM WRONG ABOUT U AND WILL GET THIS PRODUCT SOON / AND OPENER IS AS GOOD AS U SAY! IF NOT, U WILL BE TURNED INTO THE BBB! OR MAYBE U DON'T CARE-BECAUSE OF HONEST PEOPLE BEING SCAMMED BY U!

Very disappointed. After reading the reviews I am expecting to either not get what I ordered, or not be happy with it.
