Ordered well over $200 dollars worth of product from this company about a week ago for Christmas presents only to find out in the email receipt that shipping will take over 30 days to arrive. When I immediately responded to them asking to cancel my order so I can still get gifts for my family for the holiday they refused to reply. I have sent several emails since and have still gotten nothing back in return. Today I get an email saying my order has shipped! How can that be when I attempted to cancel several days ago? Complete scam stay far away!
My wife ordered some items from this store and after ordering discovered the processing time was 2-4 days and shipping would be several weeks (after ordering). In most cases that might not be an issue, but it was in this case. I immediately emailed support and asked for a refund. They said I could either be charged a 20% restocking fee or continue with my order. I said that was unacceptable and tried to amicably resolve the issue with no response. On the fourth email to their support team I got a response saying I would get the refund (which I assumed was the full refund I spoke of in the email). I ended up getting the 20% fee taken anyway. Just stay away, its not worth the hassle if you have any issues at all and in my opinion this store is unethical.
My package were lost, and then I asked them about it. They quickly help me find it, and it finally arrived at my door. The product came with no damage, high quality.
Bought a magical grip from this store, and it took just 2 weeks.
Product look as the advertisement, and the function is great. It fits almost all bolts and saved me alot of time.
They do have a valid tracking number, ship to US via USPS, and it's acceptable.

I ordered 4 anti-stress cubes as stocking stuffers for my family assuming with 14 days that I had plenty of time to receive them. Imagine my surprise when I rec'd my order confirmation which stated that order processing could take 3-5 days, shipping cod take 10-14 days with an additional 7 days due to the Christmas season! My package could take nearly a month to arrive! I immediately emailed support to cancel my order. I was even more outraged when I got a response saying they would charge me a 20% restocking fee! I will never do business with this company again.
Because we use to experience several power outages, these lights were in my mom's room. They immediately came on when she was close lighting her way even at night when she went to the bathroom. They shut off, on her returning to bed. Love them! Safe and dependable. I ordered these four for a friends' granddaughter. Who saw them work at my home!
