I ordered from them Dec 5 and have rec'd nothing! When I complained they said they will resend but so far they haven't. Their email also said no refund! Scammers!
I ordered the magic grip on December 15th and have not received anything. The shipping/tracking number is one that you cannot track (according to the USPS). That just means they have printed a label and not that they sent anything out. Even if they do send it, you will not be able to track it. I emailed the Wiki Store and their response was to tell me they did their end of it and I needed to call USPS. Sent them another email to ask them what was going on and that I was going to contact PayPal. I will wait to see what they respond back with. So far, not looking good.
Wiki-store is so amazing. They helped me to get a license plate off my car that seemed to be welded on. Plate was on for 7 years.
Parcel arrived quite quickly. I've tested, really can be unscrewed and tighten very much. I'm satisfied, i recommend!
Order received. Shipping to Colombia for almost a month. Goods tracked. Done is not bad "stocks". In fact have not tried but for some reason does not inspire confidence, I think for serious work not good at all. Ordered out of interest, although it may help ever. Recommend the product and seller.
Not always the best prices but fantastic shipping and knowledge of product. When you catch a sale it's a great place to shop
This site is the best for sending gifts. They have some of the most unique items I have seen. I have recommended the site to my entire family and all my friends. I love the rule that you never lose lose the money you paid.

Ordered 12/2, still do not have my order... just checked status, still says in China. I emailed on xmas, they said held up in customs... starting to question after reading these other reviews.
If I had known it would take 20-25 days and that it was coming directly from China I would have never ordered it. This is ridiculous!
I placed this order weeks ago and decided the next day that I wanted to cancel the order before it ships. I emailed their support and they took 4 days to respond which was convenient for them because by then the item was being shipped so they told me they couldn't cancel the order. I told them I was unhappy that they took so long to respond and that I didn't need the item and they said too bad. So I left it alone and waited to get it so I could give it as a gift to my father for Christmas. Christmas Day came and passed and the item has just gotten here today! And the estimated shipping told me I would get it by the 23rd at the latest! So now I opened the flimsy packaging and the item is in a package with holes and tears in it! It's crap and now if I want to try and return this piece of crap I will be paying a total of $13 on shipping on a $25 product that I don't want. F THIS SITE!
I thought that I can not get it as a Christmas gift for my friend seen I realized that the shipping time took quite long. Fortunately, it arrived on Dec 23. On time for Christmas. Really happy.
My order had not arrived yet either. Ticks me off to be scammed! I have emailed and just told it would be the 28th... don't believe it will come, but they will hear from me again.

There is nothing good to say. This store is a scam. I have attempted to cancel my order 3 times I even contacted Shopify to locate a legit number. The representative from Shopify recommended getting a chargeback on my credit card. Like the previous reviews written they wrote me an email stating it's already been shipped that was over a month ago I(nov. 22) i still have not received my items. I will now be contacting Facebook where they advertise to warn them of the scam.
I orderd an item and within 2 minutes found out that it would not be here for christmas even though the shipping rates said they would. Their processing time takes too long. So I immediately emailed them to cancel. After 2 days I emailed again and still nothing, they don't have a telephone number. They waited until 2 days after I got charged and a shipping conformation to inform me that they cannot help me because the item was shipped. Waste of money.
I placed an order and within an hour I decided it wouldn't be shipped in time for Christmas so I emailed support to cancel it. I then sent another email a few days later asking if they cancelled it. Now 6 days later they finally replied that it had been shipped. I should not have to pay for return seeing I cancelled within an hour of ordering. No phone # to contact them. Now my credit card got charged.
I ordered almost $100 worth of product. Within minutes I realized I had made a mistake and no longer needed the items and immediately sent a cancellation email. They responded and said I would still be responsible to pay a 20% restocking fee! That's ridiculous! The item probably never left shelf!
I ordered a few items from this store and NEVER again! I just received one out of the four items I ordered after waiting over a month. On top of that they didn't send the correct quantity of my order. I tried contacting the company and still haven't heard back. Take my advice and order from Amazon instead. At least Amazon gives you tracking information and timely delivery schedules.
This company is a scam. I ordered something and literally 2 minutes later. Canceled the order. And they said have to charge 20% for cancellation... for advertising fees. WHAT? Company take 15 to 30 days to ship products. MY SUGGESTION. DO NOT ORDER...!
