I was pretty skeptical about buying from China to begin with, but I thought I would give it a try. I purchased two shirts about 20 days ago and received them together today. They look exactly like they did online and the quality of them is comparable to Forever 21 or H&M, so I'm pretty satisfied. Overall, the shipping process was realllly slow and the tracking was pretty useless, but they came in-tact and consistent with the picture. I felt the need to share this experience because all the bad reviews made me unsure about my purchase!

I ordered a light blue Champion hoodie in a small. The package took a while to arrive When the package arrived I had received a medium black, very obvious knock off Manchester United Nike sweater. If you know Premier League soccer (I really don't) you would look like an Idiot because that soccer team is sponsored by Adidas, and Nike doesn't sell Manchester United team paraphilia. And it was also most likely made in a sweatshop.

I ordered over 20 items from this company over a month ago and have yet to receive my whole package. 10 of the 20 items that I ordered the sizing is COMPLETELY off and the quality is HORRIBLE! I also haven't received 2 of my items and they basically told me that I have to go to the post office and figure it out on my own. I will never order from them again and warn everyone to not even try. DONT DO IT

I am a regular dropship buyer and they close websites, they increase prices by 25% without informing customers. NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM DESPITE CALLING AND EMAILING. IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS THAT ORDER 3000 DOLLARS A MONTH YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR BUSINESS

Horrible Customer service from Bree. I paid extra to get my items in 3-5 days and my items has not arrived after the scheduled delivery date. I would not be refunded for the extra time so it seems like a scam, I am not even aware of the quality because I haven't received my items yet

I am so beyond frustrated with the situation. I ordered 60 items for NEXT DAY AIR by 10:30 am for $108. Noon next day comes and no item received. I called the company and the owner I spoke to was so, extremely rude. He told me it was my fault that I can't read that, in small print on the email after you order it says orders are processed next day. Which would result in 2 day shipping. He refused to cancel the shipping charge but would refund $25 of the $108 for "my" mistake. He was screaming at me as I tried to stay calm. Then told me he refused to ship to me. I repeatedly stated how frustrated I was and eventually hung up. I have never in my life been spoken to the way this man has. He was so degrading! He is a scam, this company is a scam. There is NO way this man has worked at this company for 20 years and treated customers the way he does. I'm still fuming.

Terrible quality, clothes look nothing like the photos. The clothes are cheaply made.
I order $200 worth of goods and am very disappointed. All garbage. FYI! Reviews on the website are fake! Buyers Beware!

This is the worst Wholesale place Ive ever dealt with. I received my order and was missing 3 items, called that afternoon was told to call back tomorrow and they will research and get back with me. Next day, they never called me back. I called that afternoon was told everyone was in a meeting and they would call me back. Never received a phone call. I called the next morning finally spoke to someone and the said they would just refund me the money, I said no, I have customers waiting in these orders, you need to send me the product. She said hold on, and transferred me to another person, the other person said I will refund you, I said no, I've waited long enough, you need to overnight me the items I'm missing, he said well there out if stock. I said really, was it that hard to get someone to state that, is it that difficult to just tell someone that, I've been getting the run around for 3 days. He said we will refund you. Ok. And that was it. I will never use them again. I thought at first they where an awesome wholesale company with good items, but not now. I can't trust that they won't just take my money and run.

I have and want to share my experience:

- Order process is easy.
- Price is very reasonable
- Shipping cost is also reasonable
- Shipping is fast compared with others China stores
- Shipping package is VERY bad ( fragile item will arrive broken for sure)
- Customer service is VERY VERY VERY VERY, did I say VERY VERY BAD.

Buy at your own risk, you might get luck and receive everything intact.

Just saying... I'm a regular customer just like you.

If you like to spend in garbage do it nice photos but not what you get all merchandise is damage goods if you are lucky to get all the items. This is a must past

I ordered clothing items from wholesalebuying.com. I received a package, opened it and every item I ordered was missing... replaced by what I think are teen girls clothes, so I immediately informed them that I was sent the wrong order. I sent photos of the clothes I received to show it was not anywhere close to what I actually ordered. It took them 4 days to get back to me, asking for pics, that I had already sent. But again I sent them photos of what was in the package. Their next response was, "after investigating, our packaging department says they packaged the right items and that I should send pic of packaging, which I already had done. They are missing the point! THE WRONG ITEMS WERE SENT?... I will gladly send the wrong items back to them at their expense, why should I pay for their MISTAKE, how do you even make a mistake like that and make it worse by not owning up to it. Now they have stopped communicating with me altogether.

I wish I had seen this before I ordered from them! It has been a nightmare to say the least. When I received my pkg the outside showed the items I ordered... inside the pkg was... not one single item of clothing was right... wrong items, wrong size, and yes totally junk! I let them know they sent me the wrong order and sent them pics showing them. It took them 4 days to acknowledge my email... when they did they asked me for pics so they could investigate my claim... so I resent the pics, I repeated this step several times as their reply was always, "Dear, after investigating, the pkg department said you received your order", so again and there were many days of agains... yes I got my order, but it was the wrong order! It was finally obvious to me they were just playing with me so I opened a dispute with PayPal... I just heard from them saying that now they discovered someone else got my order and I got theirs so we should exchange pkgs... lmao at this point... I said back to them. I want a refund... they wrote back saying the other people will contact me to exchange. As I said it has been a nightmare with Wholesale buying!

If there is anything worse a retailer can go through is to be stuck with a problem created by a supplier, that is what i am going through right now, and to make it worse you communicate with a bunch of incompetent customer care consultant, i spoke to one called Bree funny thats when i figured out dresslink and wholesalebuying are one and the same company. They are just out to get people's money after you have given them your money whatever happens to your orders is non of their damn business as long as they have pocketed your hard earned cash. Imagine my frustration:

Dear you could google or ask your local tax policy about that as different country has different custom policy.
But for the Chinapost shipping, which bear little risk for the custom fee.

I LOVE IT! AND I DEFINITELY WOULD ORDER AGAIN. I was so scared because all I read was bad reviews about EVERY WEBSITE, not just wholesalebuying.com EVERYONE! Every site I look for reviews, had sooo many bad reviews, that I really don't know where to buy clothes.

So I take the risk with wholesalebuying.
A little, because I did an order to try how it was going to be.
So I made an order of $7.78.
I live in Panama so it took 17 days to get here (I think it was fast if it comes from China)
The customer service always had very good answers everytime i want to talk about my order.
I was so anxious to see how its gonna be the dress, and it was awesome. The quality was just amazing, there wasnt any problem with the dress, everything was just fine and EXACTLY LIKE IT WAS IN THE PICTURE.

So inmediately I received my order, I went to the site to keep buying clothes.
