Purchased a couple swimsuits. The sizing was all over the map and the quality was worse than bikinis I have ordered from amazon! Completely see-through and the one bikini that actually had padding it was a very obvious circle on each side of the top. Returns are even worse! At the time of purchase they had banners advertising free returns, come to find out that was a complete LIE and return shipping will cost me a minimum of $20 and in return I will only receive store credit... The clothing is garbage quality so I'm better off throwing out the bikinis. Stay away! I will stick to Lulus

Really nice experience, very easy to purchase your items. I am not the first time customer so my previous order was shipped very fast. I live in Europe, Lithuania, so my items were shipped less than in 5 working days. Also you receive updates on your email about your shipment so you constantly informed and all your items arrives packed very nicely.
I bought from white fox many times because their clothes are cute. However, their customer service is one of the worst I've ever experienced. My return was delivered to them, and mind you they only issue store credit and you have to pay for shipping to Australia. However they didn't issue my store credit until I disputed the charge with my bank, how convenient. I will not be shopping on this site again. There are much better stores out there.
I ordered my first order during holiday/coronavirus season and it took around 3 weeks to get here. That's pretty good though since the package comes from australia and im in the US! Just made my second order since i loved the first few pieces i got. I do wish they used less plastic in their packaging though (each item is in it's own individual plastic bag). I like to shop more eco-friendly so it throws me off a little bit.
Ordered 4 items on 11/30/2022 for Christmas presents. Company charged my credit card immediately. It's January 4,2023 (35 days after my order and 10 days after Christmas) and nothing! I started sending emails to customer service on December 17,2022 to cancel the order (six separate emails for a week and not one response). Instead I got a email today telling me my package was delivered. Yeah right. Save your time, money and frustration. This company is not customer service focused and they just don't care about anything except taking your money.
I accidentally pressed purchase without entering promo code. Immediately tried to call customer service and there is no number on their site. So I emailed them and the said there is absolutely nothing they can do to help me

Ordered $400 worth of clothes black friday, so end of Nov for christmas (an understandably busy time). They advised 2-7 business days on the site so i expected maybe for it to be late, that's fine it's for christmas anyway... December 21st, about 7-8 emails to them, social media enquiries on instagram and twitter and NOTHING. No communication. Dreadful service. All I asked for in my emails was to advise me of status, I don't care if it's late, I just need to know where it's at. Poor effort by a poor company.
And to pour salt in the wound, a friend of mine ordered from them december 9th and got their order in about 3 days... Do your orders in order? Let me know your out of stock? Just communicate, not that hard...
Ordering from the UK almost 3 weeks ago and its still saying that the parcel is in transit when it says 3-5 business days. I have sent many emails regarding this issue and had very vague delayed responses. I am calling my bank to get the money back as the business is so unhelpful. Do not recommend ordering if you are from the UK!
Clothing quality is very average considering the $$ you pay and has an odd smell. The business has terrible customer service, only offering store credit and making you feel completely trapped. Never again will I be shopping here, complete rip off and scam.
I had ordered some clothes but unfortunately some did not fit and I saw that they only give out store credit unless the product was damaged which is fine except for the fact that it took 6 weeks for me to get the store credit. I had emailed and had gotten no reply after a week and so i decided to use the chat function to which i got a response from an agent 9 hours later. Their clothes are not cheap so having to badger them to just give me store credit after 6 weeks of waiting so absolutely insane. I will not be buying from them from here on out
I usually love the brand and have never had an issue ordering but first time using the app and it's changed my address from Goldcoast to Tasmania. When notified that they had sent to wrong address there was no care no responsibility just that the customer must of done it wrong and is lying. No help to sort it nothing.
They also said it will eventually get back to them and then will be issued with a store credit which I do not want due to this experience! They do not care about customers.
The quality of the products I've purchased has been great. True to fit, color matches image on website, and the customer service has been amazing. I purchased an item for a Sarah's Day collaboration but by the time my order was processed it sold out. They reached out to me asap, explained what happened, and were very accommodating to get me the product as soon as it was available. They even threw in store credit! Great company and worth your money!
Placed an order 12/2/2022. It is now 1/2/2023 and not a peep from them. They sure took my money though.
Can't get a response to my several email I've sent. Guess I have no choice but to call my bank and report it as a theft. By the reviews on FB they have taken thousands of customers money and never sent the items. I'd give a -0 rating if I could!
Hope they had a great Christmas spending everyone's money and leaving customers gift less.
$#*!ty policies and horrible customer service. They dont do returns and if you wanted to exchange they cant hold a size for you so you are pretty screwed either way! Not worth all the customs charges or hassle
I sent back $95 worth of sweatshirts as size was way too large. It's been 4 weeks and no credit. Contacted customer service numerous times with zero response. I can't even re-order a smaller size. Terrible customer service
Beware - this company is acting against the law in the UK by refusing to offer refunds on returned items. This goes against UK consumer contract regulations. I have reported to trading standards but I highly advise not to order from this company.
Love shopping at white fox, it's my all time fav, the quality of clothing are great, I find the fits are true to size and I receive my items no longer then 3 days after purchase. All reasons as to why I only shop for clothes with white fox.
Answer: It's a scam! No refunds only store credits that does not include shipping or customs charge! Dresses do not look the same in real life. Quality is very poor for expensive price! Shop on Showpo and Princess Polly instead. Good quality for the price.
