I rise a ticket for AC installation, but after one week i got slot today for kolkata-*******, but instead of apology they they ordering me to keep wait for few more days, i purchase the AC on 15th april 2023, it still not install in kolkata. They keep making excuse, like Eid / Sunday, the Whirlpool register service center, "South point servill" the guy name Asif iqbal Sardar and Dipshika, threaten me, that if i keep calling them they will make me wait for next week,, the exact word " i will not do your work, if you feel so much hot install your self, why you guy purchase AC in summer? I will not install your AC, do what ever you want to ". I found it very unprofessional, and i recommend all people in kolkata dont buy whirlpool products, today what i faced is very hurtful, i never knew the company like whirlpool keep such unprofessional service center, i will not buy whirlpool's any product in future.

We bought a Whirlpool 2 in 1 top loader agitator in January 2023. It's not April 22nd and the sensor mode is stuck on "Done". Their service is abysmal at best. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WHIRLPOOL! This is not the company it once was and it's quality is non-existent. I wish I did more research before I wasted my money.

We have a 9 month old whirlpool refrigerator that quit working, and whirlpool has nobody to service it in our area. It came in our brand new park model camper. They won't replace it or fix it. Junk

11 months after we bought a new Whirlpool refrigerator from Lowes, the freezer started having problems and would not keep things frozen, which inturn the frigerator would follow. Deep frost controls went out and has been a horrible as we have to constantly empty out everything, let it defrost over 48 hrs and put everything back in. Warrenty under 12months doesn't cover that. Using a outside contractor, the part has been on back order for months. DONT BUY WHIRLPOOL!

I purchased a washer and dryer set from Lowe's less than a year ago. Still under factory warranty, I've been without a workable washer for two months. Two different parts have replaced and now another has been ordered for three weeks. Whirlpool warranty center says they are just following protocol. This is definitely not for the customer's benefit. I will not buy another whirlpool appliance or recommend the brand to anyone

Purchased a washer 10/3.10/22 after delivery and set up, it didn't work called for service. Control panel out so had to wait for them to order a new one. Finally got it in used a couple times same problem occurred, had ti call service dept again. That in itself is a nightmare, literally let it ring 45 min. No answer several weeks before I could get some one on the phone. Again sent a service person out same person same problem. Waited again for another one to come in finally got it installed and than yet again it has gone out. During thos time we have used this machine less than 5 times. So 3rd time on the phone for yet another service. He shows today said we were pushing to hard, I said no there is another machine next to it and it gets pushed the same way and never had this problem. After 5 min. He proceeds to tell me because we are a dry cleaners there is no warranty. Ok same guy and it takes you 3 visits before you realized we was a drycleaners, which by the way that was never hidden. So the machine has not worked since I received it but because we are a drycleaners they won't fix it.
A total nightmare. Worse company ever.

Washer is a lemon.

Purchased a new WTW6120HW2 in April 2022. It stopped working in January 2023. Fastest warranty service available was three weeks later and then the tech was "unavailable" and we had to wait another week. It took less than 30 minutes for him to replace a part that "frequently quits working". Now it has stopped working again saying the drain hose is clogged. Scheduling service by the website STILL does NOT work. Called "Customer (we don't) Care" and after waiting exactly 10 minutes (suspicious?) a nice lady tried to help but she couldn't schedule service and said they'd call me back within three days. If possible, Whirlpool should be rated a "0 ".

Always thought whirlpool was the brand to buy! How wrong I was washing machine breaks twice in 14 months same problem no one wants to fix it and don't buy an extended warranty it's worthless!

Whirlpool front loader washer MOD WFW9620HBK0 leaks water and does not drain water after one year it has been repaired and it still leaks water and not drain. The Whirlpool front loader dryer MOD WED9620HBK2 heating element failed after one year and it takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to dry a regular load. Whirlpool front loaders washer and dryer are horrible, I will never buy a whirlpool again. These models should be recalled as defective and me refunded. Whirlpool said they can't do that.

I purchased a Whirlpool dryer on 8/16/21 and got an extended warranty through Lowe's Assurant. The has already stopped working. The factory warranty has expired and Assurant extended warranty only wants to pay me 500.00. Whirlpool and Assurant from Lowe's is trash. I'm currently out of a brand new dryer in less than 2 years. I just purchased a new house and don't have money for a new dryer especially if I just purchased it. MOD: WED49STBW1, SER: MA*******. I hope this helps someone from losing money like I just did.

I purchased an Whirlpool dishwasher less than two years ago
And it is now broken.
Very disappointing and expensive. $400.00 repair for a new pump.
Look at other brand.
Sincerely unsatisfied customer.

Whirlpool horrible

Purchased an ac 3 years back, within 8 months fan motor gone. It was under warranty. They put another after lot of communication. Then in another 4 months ac was getting switched off on its own, again repaired, but the cooling was not good. Now after one year fan motor again gone. They are asking money for going to site. Not giving any explanation for why it is frequently getting damaged. Customer service guys are least bothered. Talking rubbish, they are only interested in getting money. Treating customer like a beggar. Selling substandard products. Now they are not ready to take up further. I have to call now other service provider for repairing it. So friends don't go for whirlpool even by mistake one of the worst brands and the worst customer service. After sales service is very poor.

Whirlpool Washer

I ordered a washer through Home Depot and didn't know you only have a 48 hours window to return appliances. I ordered on 12/3/22 couldn't cancel the order the washer was in back order didn't get until 12/30/22. I used it twice and realized something wasn't right tried to return it on 1/14/23 to home depot and that's when u found out about their policy. Contact Whirlpool had to request a service call before they would even consider giving me my money back. The company they scheduled to come never called twice or showed up. I called Whirlpool each time and they basically told me I had to wait and they rescheduled a third time and someone finally came out to tell me that the washer was damaged and needed parts that were unavailable. So Whirlpool is sending out broke items to people that work too hard for their money and they don't care. After doing more research, I found out that the name we all trust and knew to be the best sold out years ago to some foreign company oversees that is garbage. Now I'm stuck with a washer that don't work and was broke from day one. It's now almost 2 months and I'm still having to go back and forth with them. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone ever.

Disapointed

The past 4 years I chose your brand. I have heard everything was good with Whirlpool appliances. I've owned Microwave, Dishwasher, and Oven. Which all died one year after another. I have owned your Microwave for 3 years and 2 mos. Which started humming and stopped heating. I owned the dishwasher for 4 yrs which turned out to have a leak causing my whole island to rot. Now today after 4 years our Electric Range. So now I have nothing positive to say about your brand just so you know you lost a customer.

I am forewarning customers not to buy from whirlpool at all! I was in desperate need of a refrigerator. My grandmother was nice enough to help me buy one from home depot, was a whirlpool. Now it stopped working after 2 days. Their protocol for items that break is they refuse to replace and will constantly send technicians out to try to fix them even after 100x of no luck with fixing they still will not replace. They will do absolutely nothing. I am a single mom and this refrigerator has wasted $100's in food leaving me devistated! Now I can't feed my baby all thanks to whirlpool. Also when I told them about this they showed 0 concern just got nasty with me. My grandmother paid $1,000 for this refrigerator to help us out in desperate times and I barly have had it a few weeks now even though it didn't work starting 2 days after it arrived from home depot. They have treated me and others so poorly as well as taking advantage of a woman amongst other things! So buyer beware! Especially if you are a woman. There has been a technician here almost every week since it has been purchased and they still refuse to replace it. They do not care about their customers at all do not buy their products save yourself the headache. Do you really want something from a company that does not replace a product if you were to receive a lemon?

Absolute shocking company such a scam. Suppose to get my dishwasher seen by an engineer who's not turned up 3 times on different occasions, first because they couldn't find the booking, second because there's no one in my area and thirdly because the van broke down these have been weeks apart. On top of that customer service were absolutely useless not helpful at all couldn't say anything apart from no one is in the area. When trying to get through to customer service they like to hang up on you and send you round in circles and to different people who send you back round in circles it's an absolute joke.

This company will NOT honor our Warranty even though the 6-10 years says
"any issues with the Sealed Compartment is covered. Whirlpool Technician states Refrigerator UNREPAIRABLE due to the Sealed Compartment leaking Coolant our of back for Refrigerator.
Whirlpool Customer Service Team came back saying "the Sealed parts in that compartment are under warranty not the outside cabinet?" They offered us the exact same model for $2,900 only as a replacement. We Obviously DO NOT WANT another Whirlpool Product...so we are out the over $$3,000 we paid for this refrigerator that is barely 6years old. We've spent a lot of $$ on it previously to this as we def got a Lemon. We've wrtten to Whirlpool early on to No avail!
Horrible Company! Do NOT BUY ANYTHING MADE from WHIRLPOOL!
