ATROCIOUS COMPANY, PRODUCT, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

PIECE OF CRAP PRODUCT, COMPANY & CUSTOMER SERVICE.
WHIRLPOOL IS A NIGHTMARE, WE NEED A NEW DISHWASHER - WE ARE UNDER WARRANTY, YET THEY CONTINUE TO LIE AND GIVE US THE RUN AROUND.
WE HAVE WARNED ALL AGAINST PURCHASING FROM THIS ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY.
We purchased a brand new dishwasher from whirlpool, thinking it was a safe and reputable brand. After five washes, it broke down, showing two error codes for a leak under the dishwasher.
From there we called Whirlpool customer service, as we had only had it for a month and it was under warranty. THE WARRANTY IS BS, JUST LIKE THIS COMPANY.
Whirlpool sent out a repairman from a local company, Tri City, and they have now come SEVEN TIMES. Each time, they have searched for a leak, and then replaced a part of the dishwasher (a few times being REQUIRED by whirlpool to replace a part we KNEW wasn't causing a leak! Just because Whirlpool said to). The customer service, which shouldnt even be called that because they are useless, knowledgeless, and several of them rude and impatient - not listening to the actual issue and even admitting that the solutions they were offering were inane, but sticking to them anyway).
I have had to take off from work SEVEN DAYS to have the repairman come and replace another part of the dishwasher, to NO. AVAIL.
Whirlpool PROMISED us that after the third 'functional repair' where they replaced a part, if the same error codes were still happening, then they would replace the product. WE JUST HAD THE THIRD FUNCTIONAL REPAIR, IT STILL IS NOT WORKING AND NOW THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE!
MIND YOU, NOT ONE WHIRLPOOL REPRESENTATIVE HAS LOOKED AT THE MACHINE- IF THEY DID THEY WOULD SEE IT IS NOT FIXABLE AND HAS A MANUFACTURER ERROR!
However, they said that us, the customers, are the problem. That we...
1) Do not know how to properly load a dishwasher
2) Have put in plates that are not dirty enough or are too dirty
3) Two reps said we should use pods and the other one said we should not use pods.

NEVER, EVER PURCHASE FROM HERE

Junk washer

I bought a brand new washer hadn't worked right since the day I got it and now it won't run at all they've had four service technicians out there to try to fix it and I had to explain to him how to operate it that's how stupid they are but I bought it off at Don's appliances in Washington and they was supposed to have me a new washing machine within a couple days but whirlpool doesn't want to fix it they don't want to replace it they want to sit on their $#*! and let me go without a washing machine when I paid $900 for it I'm tired of putting up with that woman in the main headquarters Latisha giving me a hard time day after day she's a ignorant sob I want I want a new washer and I want it yesterday don't ever buy a washing machine off Whirlpool don't ever buy any appliances off Whirlpool since they bought all the other brands out that they make junk I want a new washing machine but don't ever buy anything off of whirlpool and don't ever count on their warranty I've been playing with them since January really February I was telling Jeff down at Don's appliance it was a piece of junk but he told me I was out of my fing mind then I waited around for this mat to call me he was supposed to get me a new washer from Whirlpool Here took a vacation all I want is a new washing machine I don't want this one work doing anymore because it is a piece of junk they want to replace every part and would you want a second hand washer when you bought a new one I'm not settling for this one being fixed so don't ever buy anything off of Whirlpool anything freezers washers dryers electric stove chest freezer done by anything off Whirlpool cuz there are crooks they don't even try to fix your appliance or replace it I'm tired of it I want a new washing machine Whirlpool don't ever buy anything has Whirlpool on it don't buy anything with Whirlpool name on it junk junk junk

Bought in June, quit working in October, Now February and Still waiting for a working dishwasher!

Bought a new Whirlpool dishwasher Model WDT750SAKZ in June of 2022. It worked well for nearly 5 months until it didn't work at all with a flashing error code of E FE- no such code in the manual; it took over a month for us to get an appointment with a service provider ( the 1st provider that didn't show went out of business before the technician was dispatched) 4 months, 3 holidays w/out a dishwasher, we are in February 2023 now. The service provider has been here four times and he seems very knowledgeable about dishwashers. In between visits we waited for new parts to arrive twice - with COVID delays I can accept long waits for parts and service, not my issue. After the third visit, the service provider closed out the case and communicated with whirlpool that a solution could not be found and a new dishwasher should be provided. We've had several phone calls to Whirlpool customer service -each time waiting long periods on Hold- one time for over an hour only to be put on hold while the csr reprimanded his child for over 10 minutes without realizing he had never muted his phone. The last phone call to a CSR was made approximately a week after the third service provider visit when we had heard nothing from Whirlpool about a replacement. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told that The supervisor would not speak to me And whirlpool required the service rep to come back again. So we made another appointment and waited several weeks for another visit. The service provider was here today for a couple of hours – Whirlpool tech support took over an hour to respond to the provider and was annoyingly chewing/eating throughout the conversation. The technician was asked to manipulate the control panel which was replaced on the 2nd visit. BTW the control panel is warped. The first one warped too, I assumed from heat or moisture but the dishwasher hasn't been run since the panel was replaced. I would hope that would be the end of it but whirlpool is now requiring the technician to consult with their engineering department. Am I jerk to think that Whirlpool should dispatch another dishwasher already and fix this one on their turf? Why would anyone want a whirlpool product if It takes hours to get through to Customer service and months to get an appliance fixed?

Beware of Whirlpool Customer Service; they do not meet expectations!
