They were very helpful on the phone with picking the right unit. They guided me to their brand to save a few dollars and it seems very good quality. I ordered the package unit and it showed up in 2 days! I hope I don't need parts for a long time but I'm confident if there is a problem that I wont wait long at all for any parts I need.

Easy to order online. Order confirmation was fast. Sent additional product documents and instructions. Unit arrived well packaged and protected. The furnace works great. I will order from them again if the need arises. Thanks!

My experience with dealing with Alpine air was great. There were shipping issues involved that were out of the control of Alpine Air. The representative that called me did all she could to assist me in finding out why the heater had not been delivered. She also helped me to attempt to find out why the shipper did not follow directions regarding delivery. I will not leave a review in regard to the delivery as the issue there was not Alpines fault.

Alpine is great at helping answer questions about the process, the size of system, what is needed for installation and how to get everything set up. From diy or hiring someone.

My systems have been working for years, (2015 & 2019) with no problems. I had to replace a part on the first one fairly soon, they diagnosed and sent it right out, it's been fine since. I needed to replace a front on another from a careless ternate, they were excellent there too.

I gave 4 start instead of 5 because it wont let me change my billing address where i want the bill sent to which is different than where the item purchased is going to

This is my second Union from Alpine I purchased a mini split last year and a furnace this year mini split works great only had the furnace for 2 weeks so so far so good

We purchased this, it was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. It was easy to install ourselves and when I did have a question that I would have known if I would have read a little closer. Customer got back to me very promptly, knowledgeable, and more than happy to help me.

somewhat difficult to find out if a drip pan is needed for the furnance...since I already have a drip pan for the existing ac condenser coil in place. No clear answer..

Everything with order process went smooth. Was given alternative to save $50 purchasing a different brand. So I did.

The delivery and prices of these furnaces have been great and reliable for me. Delivery is almost always earlier than expected. I've purchased about 6 of the blueridge furnaces since 2020 and I haven't had issue with any of them since the install.

I would like to find the complete units easier also like the way I ended up buying mine that the units would say what would go with what.
