Tree weeks ago I was make a Zelle to my friend for $500.00 I reliasse I make mistake by a number,but it's not working number I when called the bank they working with me through the process they told me 7-10 days the money will back to my account after 2 weeks I find a letter telling me the process when trough they can't refund me the money, when I called then again they hock up the phone on my face that reason I want other people know that.

Instead, these folks made it a challenge and were simply some of the rudest "customer service" employees in the industry. They have their canned answers ready, are pushy, impatient, and exhibit zero customer service skills. Downright rude across the board. All of them. Simply UNFRIENDLY and RUDE. No excuse for it.
I got my check from my job and Wells could not read the check, so instead of giving me the check back to have the bank who made the check cash it, they tried to process it in my account. This process took over a week to get fix because they flag it as a fake check. The fraud service people are rude and highly uneducated. I tried to open a new personal checking account online but for some reason it wouldn't accept my Drivers License number. No problem it says go to branch and someone can verify your identification. I go there at 4:45 prior to closing, six people there mostly standing around doing nothing and ask me if I want an appointment. Incredible I say no one here can open a checking account now. No they say call this 800 number. Long story short I never get a live person and tells me to go back to the branch. I paid off a mortgage with Wells Fargo and have had their credit card for seven years. I'm not doing any business with them any longer.

I have moved funds from other bank to Wells Fargo but they withdrew the money from source back and put it on hold for 12 calendar day, and made that money unavailable to me, I specifically ask teller how long I have to wait to access that money, She said 3 business days but reality is they withdraw the money from source branch and put it on hold for 12 + calendar days and without giving any intimation.
We bank at Wells Fargo business and they hold checks, and we also bank individual, they say their is no hold the day you deposit then you deposit it and they hold it for 10 days... Even cashiers checks which is the same as cash! Never Bank with this bank NEVER! They do not want to give you your money we called and if you mobile deposit it is worse Never mobile deposit if you make the mistake of mobile deposit with them be sure your money will be held!

I have been with Wells Fargo for over 10 years. It received a call from a rep on Saturday saying my account was closed. I call on Monday to speak to a rep to see what was going on and the rep was very rude so they chose to keep it close because of the bad customer service skills.

They offer you credit cards and give your limit and if they don't like how you use it, even though you PAY every month, they will reduce your limit. They didn't just stop the merchant they stopped the entire payment method. Which I use a lot. So I called today to get that stop removed and with my social security number my PIN number my card number my account number routing numbers logging numbers everything I can't get this done on my account. I know how to fix the problem. I'm going to close all my accounts with Wells Fargo and I'm going to go to a competent Bank!
The branch in Belleview, Fl was a bit crowded. So I waited while banker Mala worked with an elderly woman. Mala was so patient, always smiling. She did things for the woman on her phone, explained over and over many things. I was close enough to observe how helpful and kind Mala was. Have been a customer at WF many years. Will stay with them many more because of staff like Mala

What a horrible experience we had with or home loan. I will never use Wells Fargo for anything in the future. We had been established with them since 2018, bought a house, refinanced the house then sold it and paid it off. None of that mattered. The other issue is there were 8 to 9 people involved with our loan and NO COMMUNICATION between them. Some asking for paperwork that others had already received. Others asking for paperwork that didn't even exist and other items that were not part of our lives. If you are thinking about buying or refinancing run away from this company. There are plenty of other financial companies out there that can do better. Only reason we stayed with them was because we were established with them since 2018. This did not matter at all
Please run away! I've been with WF almost 5 years. Every year since 2020, I have received an annuity. In years past, I've had no problems! A little bit of the funds released and the rest pending. This year, they've decided to hold my funds till the 22nd. It's the 13th. According to the ATM receipt, part of the funds were going to be available today. I'm facing imminent eviction and no one cares! They won't even release enough for me to pay back rent which would be only $1200. I've fallen on hard times and counted on the funds. Please find another bank. I'm facing homelessness! It stinks. I have nowhere to go.
Beware. I agree to an 18 month, no interest loan with Wells Fargo. I could have easily paid it off, but I thought I'd take advantage of the 0% interest. Payments began at nearly $400 per month, which I paid, plus a little more. Each month I paid the amount that they requested plus a little more. My balance was $800, but I just saw it jump by $1800. Why? The amount they were asking for was below what was necessary to pay the loan off in 18 months, and I wasn't paying attention. They provided no notice that the 18 months were nearing an end, so, I'm 6 days over the 18 months, and have to pay all back interest, totaling $1,800.
